It's unfortunate that freeware scenery for Pacific Islands such as Guam are not made/updated for P3Dv4. However I have found Guam sceneries made for FSX from the AVSIM library such as "Guam V3" and "Guam V4" (https://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=180730). Then I use the P3Dv4 Addon Organizer by Lorby-SI to install the scenery into P3Dv4. These sceneries work however, there are lighting issues at night and the biggest issue of all is a large FPS drop when nearing the airport terminal even with AI traffic turned off. I was thinking this probably had to do with the scenery being made for FSX. Is there any way to optimize this scenery or even possibly convert the scener…

Took a peek at their support forum and was a bit discouraged. Is EF working well enough to try it or should I wait a little longer?

Hi not sure if I'm doing something stupid but I can't get any MAIW aircraft that have been recoded for P3D to work. I've followed the instructions and placed the correct files into the correct P3D folders and when you launch P3D they don't show in the vehicle select menu. Is there something else I should be doing or are they not compatible with V4.4 ? Cheer Chris

I have the latest download for EZDOK 3.0.1.68 The problem i have is the ability to switch from the VC to spotter plane and back again. This problem has plagued me from the very first moment i installed it. And because i cannot fix it how i would like i revert back to ChasePlane. Done this about a 1/2 a dozen times. So basically i want to goto Spotter view by pressing S and back to the VC by pressing Shift-S Like the default way P3d has it. Its easy and gets the job done. Can this be done in EZDOX? If so, can someone help please. I did post this on there forums. But no response yet 😞 So i thought i would post here aswell. Regards…

I have a question that i am unable to find an answer for. I'm using GSX V2 and i cannot get rid of the default CS cargo loader on the left side, that seems to load by default when parked. Is there a way to remove it? Also is there a way to load the plane with the cargo option on the fmc to reflect the amount of loads GSX brings to load the plane? Seems it only brings one pallet every time no matter the amount i input into the FMC 😞 Regards Mike

Hi Mates, The screenshots below are from the recent Tivat scenery but I think I got that also in other addon sceneries. I'm flying in summer and on this screenshot the autogen looks right (franck green): Now in some parts of the scenery I have this, the colour of the trees looks like we were in autumn. Please right click on the image/View to see the image full size. I wonder if it is normal? Or an effect of the angle of view/light? Once I read that a FlyTamp scenery generated some mess in the general autogent but I am not sure. PS: I don't use shaders.

Is it possible to merge the VC on the Aerosoft Professional with the Project Airbus model? (P3D V4.5) I have found a thread but I believe its talking about the Airbus X and its from 2013 so I was pretty sure that's not what I want to follow. kinda expecting a few people to tell me to get the FSLabs bus but I wanted to see if this was possible first. I am experiencing some anomalies with the Digital Design Tivat scenery in P3D v4.5, when approaching the airport from the West from e.g. Dubrovnik. The following illustrates the problem: http:// If I position the default aircraft at the airport on runway 12, the above anomalies do not occur: this only happens when approaching from the West. Also, I have done a visual landing from the East and again no such anomalies occur. Any ideas or suggestions anyone? This could be a bug.

But before I might want to make a last attempt with REX 4 Texture Direct and Soft Clouds Enhanced as it is on sale $16.22 until July 14. Hello, Id like to know Your experience with native models used PBR techniques. Does it look right for You? I have few: AH He-111, AH Cessna 140, MV PC-6 Porter, ATSim Broussard + default for sure like F-16C for example. What I noticed models with PBR have very strange antyaliasing problem,very visible jaggies and flickering on external textures are very visible (or on parts of model), more than the same models without PBR texture what is really strange. Hi, I'm having a real problem with the above, It always happens when I change from outside view to cockpit view (doesn't go back to original lighting then though when I go back outside) the colours are really vivid greens etc from cockpit view but outside they are great very much toned down and true to life. Any ideas would be most welcome (RTX 2080 card win 10 pro 64 bit) I have 2 images but can't see how to post them on this ticket. All the best Keith

Hello! I've a problem Since my FSX always crashed I bought P3d. Meanwhile, I'm dousing my PC from a GTX 1050TI to a RTX 2060. Now my problem if I want to fly with the PMDG 777, 737 or the qualitywings 787 I have in the cockpit with low graphics settings 8-12 fps and medium / high settings between 9-16 fps. I just upgraded from 4.4 to 4.5. I'm somewhat surprised that 4.5 seems to be a fair amount better. For some reason the scenery files look a lot better, and so far I have held off installing any add on textures. I kind of like not adding all these huge programs. Now, my question is: Has anyone used ASCA with just the P3D 4.5 weather engine. I always set my own weather, and I kind of think just using the P3d weather settings works pretty well for me. I would like to use some Cloud program though to sort of spice my clouds up a little. Any comment or advice is appreciated. The Prepared screen comes up. When I click on any part of it like choosing an aircraft etc. I get a pop up message that basically says; Windows needs to shut down. When that message is clicked on, the Sim disappears.

Hi everybody I was able to break my sim (again). My problem is that everything is black and white now except for the cockpit. The ground textures are completely black and the autogen is monochrome. For some reason the cirrus clouds are blue. What I've tried so far: Uninstalling & reinstalling REX Environment Force (Suspected it to be conflicting with PTA) Restoring the original shaders through PTA Repairing/Reinstalling the P3D client to get new HLSL shaders Doing a system restore to a point where the sim was working just fine All of the above didn't work.
