Does anyone face a problem where after some time (like 30 minutes) of flying with the RealAir Turbine Duke once autopilot disengages the aircraft enters a crazy roll /dive/climb ? By having this issue multiple times I have nailed the problem down to the following phenomenon (not the cause). One of the Aileron/Elevator/Rudder gets in to FULL deflection in the background but autopilot prevents it from applying the forces. Once I disengage the autopilot the aircraft dives/climbs in to a crazy spiral dive/climb. I have a laptop and a new computer both running P3D v 4.5. On the laptop after the system loads to the default airport/aircraft I can then click on the "Scenario " Button and then LOAD and select what scenario I want to fly. On the other much higher spec system with my flight sim attached, when I click on Scenario and then LOAD the p3d program just exits ?????? any ideas? I have updated the v4.5 prog and repaired it numerous time on the sim computer to no avail. Both computers have the same add ons. I just use the laptop when I am on holidays

Hi there, Am just wondering if there is a list or a map that list ALL the scenery airports in the world available for P3D? Reason I'm asking is I do ALL my flying in Europe (not flying any longer than 2hrs at a time) and have got almost all the European airport sceneries and would like to "spread my wings" towards the middle east. Folks, I have Active Sky and REX SkyForce currently, and thinking about adding Environment Force as well. Is there currently a decent tutorial to make all these add-ons work well together? I'm concerned about getting the WX Radar to work on PMDG/FS-Labs and no clue how to set all that up, plus the visuals, shaders, etc... Do I need PTA as well? Grateful for any advice on how to config all this! -Bill

Hi folks, Hope you're well! I'm looking to get P3D to export GPS data to the JeppFD app on my iPad... I've done loads of digging on the forum and can't find a definite answer/method even though somewhat similar questions have been asked in the past... I know alternatives such as Foreflight etc exist, however, as I've already got JeppFD installed and running on the iPad, Iwas hoping to run with that software! Does anyone know if this is possible using the latest iPad and version of P3D and if so, how? Ta! 🙂

Hi, I have installed ORBX Global, Vector, and NA LC on Prepar3D with no problems. I also downloaded Pilots FS Global Ultimate and began the installation process but I am unsure of the next steps. Could someone please walk me through the rest? I have basic computer knowledge but that's it. I followed the included instruction sheet and unzipped the one file into a directory I named "Pilots FS Global Ultimate" . The path is Primary drive SSD{C): /USERS/TOM/DOWNLOADS/PILOTS FS GLOBAL ULTIMATE/. The LOCKHEED MARTIN directory is on the same drive. I also checked each of the 18 ".zxx" files with HASHTAB per the instructions to make sure they matched. The instructions …

I have a PC pretty much dedicated to flying a PMDG 737 with P3D v4.5. Also running ASN and Pilot2ATC. Intel core i5-7500 3.40GHz, 16GB DDR4-2133 RAM, 1TB HDD + 250GB SSD. Windows 10 64-bit. 3 monitors, primary is 1440p connected with DP, 2nd is 1080 with HDMI and 3rd is 1080 DVI. I upgraded from a GTX 1060 6GB to an RTX 2060 6GB and really expected to be able to increase air and ground traffic, scenery density, etc. When I changed everything to either high or ultra my fps was in the teens. So now I'm back to basically medium to high settings across the board and I'm sitting still on a runway in STL with fps in the 30's. It's almost like I'm missing something?? G-Sy…

My ATC window has started displaying a handful of strange characters within the normal text. This only started happening yesterday. For example, ATC displayed the following text when I started at London Heathrow....... "Air Portugal 361 @'d, taxi to and hold short of runway 27L using taxiway L B 28 A N2E NB2E @'d. Contact tower on 118.3 when ready" The characters in bold should not be there, and they were not there prior to yesterday. I updated my EditVoicePack XL sound clips, but would this mess with the characters displayed in the ATC window? If so, how do I get rid of them?

Well, guys, I'm beta testing REX EF and was looking forward to testing the new build. Well here is a strange story. I uninstalled the last build and installed the new build (cannot talk about the new things). Opening up P3D and noticed it was taking a long time to just open. Got into a flight (at the gate)and OMG! FPS 7-14 in the FSL in the maule normally 135, it was 7-50, P3D was screwed. Uninstalled EF deleted config, replace shaders with backups, still the same did a contend repair, still the same. Deleted generated file, BIG mistake, now I might as well to a reinstall. I found out what the problem was last night. I started to play WoW Vanilla as I …

Hi, Looking to expand my current aircraft in P3dv4.5. I already have the PMDG 747, TFDI717, A2A Bonanza and am looking primarily for a twin prop vfr aircraft to compliment my virtual hangar. The Carenado gets decent reviews and I think it ticks a lot of boxes but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking similar aircraft that maybe I should be considering. As the title states, I was doing a flight from CYYZ to KSAN. I was getting a steady 45 frames in the TDS 787 from at the gate all the way up to cruise altitude. I went out for a bit to hit some stores, came back and my game was lagging along at about 12-15 FPS. CPU temps were good and weren't throttling. I'm only running FTX Global and ASP4. Any ideas as to why this happened would be great. Thanks in advance!

I am looking for a flight planner map and an in flight map to replace the very small map on P3d v4.4. Hopefully not to complicated, I'm very new at this. It is very time consuming clicking the edge of the map over and over to get where your going.

So I looked long and hard, could not find a post I saw years back and also then tried all sorts of things in the sim, but perhaps older age has set it... I can not remember, and I'm sure there was a way, to move a particular scenery layers fast using the scenery library method. Can anyone remind me of how this is done, not using scenery tools but within the sim. Bryan

By mistake i installed FTX Central by Orbx to obtain some AI traffic. I didn’t want to install Orbx scenery. I deleted FTX and since then the airfield land class is a disaster on stock airports. Instead of grass/dirt it shows parts of roadways and mostly water. The higher above the airport, the more water is visible till at one point the whole airport is surrounded by water. (Always with airport limits/land class) i already started a new terrain cfg several times. I don t know what to do anymore. It is so frustrating. Who can help me? 🙏🏼

Hi mates, For P3Dv4 I'm looking for a streamlined utility to pause at a specified waypoint, or a specified distance from a waypoint, or after a certain amount of time has elapsed? I did some search and found: Xpause IWillBeBack Flight Simulator First Officer (FSFO) fspauser Most of them are in the AVSIM Library. Now either they are too old, or not for P3D, or 'bloated' for what I want to do (eg FSFO). Are you aware of another utility? Maybe I can learn a script language like AutoHotkey to do it?

Hi mates, I thought it might be useful to pass this info that I discovered recently. You probably know that Hong Kong Kai Tak (VHHX) was closed in 1998 but thanks to FlyTampa, we have a nice recreation of that airport in P3Dv4. Now to fly with an airliner into VHHX, you need the appropriate SID/STAR loaded in a flight planner (eg. PFPX), and also in the FMC of your favorite airliner. I wanted to install tomato shade for p3d v4.3 but I´ve had problems after I installed it. I've already put the reflection profiles on some aircraft. I'm currently rebuilding my P3D v4.5 installation after some issues. I'm also looking at the 3rd part add-ons I have & trying to decide whether I need all of: Envtex/Envshade, Active Sky & ASCA, & Rex Sky Force, all loaded back in, as there is a certain amount of overlap in their functionality. And 'less is more' has some appeal as regards trying to get to grips with the various boxes you have to tick & untick to get 3 or 4 add-ons working together. I prefer real time weather, realistic clouds & sky vistas, those orange yellow sunsets, plus good fog. So, can I drop anything from the above add on list? & is there a guide …
