Hi. Lately i am having this annoying issue where rain is switching every 10 seconds or so to dry. I am using ASP4, REX EF with SF installed but closed. Using a PBR airport like KMIA is really nice but rather a annoying experience. Anyone who know whats causing it? The Metar is KMIA 120953z Thanks Michael Moe

First time posting so please bare with me, hopefully I am on the right place. I updated to windows 10 a while ago and upgraded from fsx to p3d. Since then I haven't had a single issue with anything. From the time I upgraded I ve been using the same x52 controller I have was using for fsx. I started to notice a known issue with it decalibrating from time to time (by unplugging and plugging it back on it would fix it temporarily). I got sick of it so I decided to download the latest drivers and software from the saitek website (I guess logitech now) Big mistake, this is when everything went to hell. I am just curious if anyone has a good mix of settings for the motion effects for Chaseplane; in particular with an A320 or 737. I've messed around with them a ton but can't find the right mix and wanted to know if anyone else out there has found a mix that they like. I also realize it is personal preference but would love a good starting point and go from there. THanks!

Hi, for some reason the TO Config message is staying blue and says Test even though I have set everything up correctly according to my opinion. Before the FSLABS A320 update to the newest version it worked fine. I just pressed the TO Config Button and it went green in the past. But now it stays on whowing the blue test message. Any ideas why? Spoilers, Auto Brk, Flaps, perf data, trim is all set. Thx! Best regards Andi

Hi Mates, I've installed OrbX HD Trees and did not like it, then uninstalled. Unfortunately before installation I forgot to tick 'backup'. So after deinstallation, I am not quite sure I retrieved the default P3D autogen trees. Is there a way to reinstall the default tree autogen without messing things? I have PMDG, A2A aircrafts and various aiport addons. I'm running 4.4.

I seem to have lost the runway and taxiway lighting at Digitial Design EGGP Liverpool. I have dynamic lighting disabled, and these lights were working just fine until recently. Does anyone have any suggestions? As a last resort, I will reinstall the software.

Every time about 10 mins after T.O. my AS airbus, drops speed, horn on, descends while he goes in to A-floor protection... No orange warnings, flaps, airbrakes, gear, OK. When doing the same flight with FS Labs airbus: none of these problems !

Hey all, So I'm making the migration from FSX to P3Dv4 this weekend, and I'm running into issues with my joystick and throttle (Thrustmaster HOTAS X). I'm getting control surfaces to respond but the throttle and rudder axis (twisting the joystick) are not responding at all. Even when I go into the control assignments and move the throttle or twist the stick to try and assign them as commands P3D will not recognize them. Anyone run into this problem before and know how to solve? Thanks!

Hello All, Just picked up the REX EF during the sale. I was wondering what the correct order to install the EF with tomatoshade is. I'm currently on default shaders. Should I run tomatoshade first, and then install EF or the other way round ? Also, which folder should I back up so that I may restore the orginal shaders if required ? Cheers 9W

Hi, - I recently tried out simwestALBQ free download. I had some problems with it and subsequently deinstalled it. A short time after (a couple of days) I found that the sim started crashing to the desktop when I tried to load specific airports. Sometimes it would hang at 1% to 3% when loading and timeout. Othertimes it would complete the loading and then crash to the desktop. I cant say for sure that it has anything to do with the simwingsALBQ but prior to installing I wasn't having any problems. Simwings was installed to the scenery library not the xml method it also installed something to my C drive but I can't remember what that was for. I have tried using backup…

The location of the base airport often does not coincide with the photo. I do not use these small airports. But the overall view is spoiled. I notice a mismatch when flying past. How to find such an airport in the database and disable it? I have enough photos on the ground.

Hi, unfortunately I'm not 100% sure about the perfect flaps extension procedure during approach. Currently I'm doing it the following way but I think its not correct. I reduce speed to 190-210 knots and select flaps 1. When selecting flaps 1 I notice the S symbol for slat retraction showing up at e.g. 180 knots and I reduce my speed futher below the given S speed. When passing S speed I select flaps 2. Then the F symbol is showing up with flaps 2 selected at a very low speed of e.g. 140 knots. According to what I'e read I have to wait now with selecting flaps 3 until the speed indicator passes the F symbol. Then I select flaps 3. The F symbol however then doe…

Just noticed a sale on this add on and I was curious. What kind of experiences do you all have with this addon? Does it work with P3D V4 and is it heavy on frames. I have been using all the orbx stuff so I would like to see if this is "better". What do you like or dislike about it? Thank you

Hi guys, I have a problem with leveling KLAS airport area with the rest of Vegas sceneries that I just purchased from FlyTampa last week, I disabled the airport from ORBIX victor setting but didn't help, this is the only airport that I'm having issue with. I have been contacting FlyTampa via their forum and with direct email contact but unfortunately they never get back to me or comment on the forum. I would appreciate if you guys can help me levelling the scenery if you have had a similar issue, I'm not good at digging into command programming, any detail help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello dear flight simmers, I have a very strange problem. I am using genuine copies of Prepar3d V.5 and STB. When I am following AI the com1 is on. I hear the control tower and the pilots. But suddenly the "voices" are gone (??). Only silence, no more com1 radio. I have tried everything. I send a verbose trace list to Simon (STB), but he couldn't find anything abnormal. The support of Prepar3d told me to update my sound driver, but the problem remains. So my last hope is you guys. Perhaps you have the same experience and fixed it. Hi, After seeing a very impressive real approach on EKVG of an A320. I'm considering buying this airport. I don't see anything indicated regarding possible compatibility with ORBX Global and FSGX2018 meshes. Can someone tell me if there are any problems? The MK-Studios site is under construction... Hi all, I am having trouble adding taxi2gates VHHH to p3dv4. I have done quite a bit of research and still cant get it to work.
