Hi, I purchased SKBO last fall and installed it into P3Dv4.4. I could never get the install right. It looks like it has a single scenery folder, and doesn't appear to install any file outside of the scenery folder. I gave it the highest layer number in the library, but no matter what I do, I get default buildings bleeding through the scenery (terminal and ancillary buildings). I am using ORBX global, but not terrain (or whatever they call those products). Now, I have a new system and I installed it into v4.5HF2, and I still get the same issues - new install and new system with a lot less loaded than the bloated install I had on the old rig. I am installing AI into my P3D v5 (with the hotfix). So far I just installed GA AI and military AI. I go to KTEB (because that is a big GA airport) to see some of the AI in the sim and all the AI planes are blurry (my plane was blurry also). They did become clear when I got close to the AI planes after about a minute. What could be causing this?? I did not have blurry textures with P3D v4+! I did notice that with the dynamic texture streaming option not checked my AI was still blurry but they became clear a lot quicker. Hi Guys, I'm having issues with my vis in P3D. I use the free FSWX for weather and it always reduces visibiltiy really poor espeically at higher altitudes (see below): https://ibb.co/9Z69f1V I barely see the ground throughout any of my flights, please can someone advise? Cheers, Alex

Anyone any documentation for this feature just added? Does it need Vsync on or off? Frames capped or not? Looks like it could be handy for my G-Sync if I can figure out how its working...

So, I went on a rant last week about PMDG’s pricing policies, and while I still don’t fully agree with them, I decided to purchase the 737 NGXu. I must say that the plane is fantastic. I am finding myself becoming addicted to it. Although I can’t completely identify the differences between the NGXu and the old NGX, there is just something about it. In any event, I surrender. Was I happy to spend another $125? Not particularly, but I don’t regret it. Cheers, Pete

Those of you who were around in the 'steam driven' days of IT might remember the old 5.25" hard disk drives each with their own individual drive LED on the front casing showing any read/write activity on the drive. Those days are long gone, and now these days, some systems dont even have a single HDD LED to indicate any read/write activity, so sometimes it can be a guess as to any activity on particular storage devices in your PC. After a complete re-install, and doing things "by the book", I'm really enjoying V5 HF! Completely uninstalled V5 in Control Panel first and THEN the 6 additional locations where Lockheed Martin resides. YOU MUST DO THIS! Program Data folder Local App data folder Roaming App Data folder User/Documents folder v5 files User Documents folder v5 addons Restart computer Install V5HF Open ORBX (if you use it); check your addons there. ORBX Central, when doing a "Sync Simulator" is renumbering the layer numbers I put into my add-on.xml. I don't like this. Karl

I just upgraded to p3d V5 HF1 and noticed absolutely no sounds when the sim loads. Also I have extremely low FPS when sim starts up. I made sure I have sound and sounds works fine. I also had v4 installed and started up like usually, so I am a bit confused why I have no sounds. Plus low FPS. No addons were loaded this was my first time use after installing the HotFix. Specs: MSI H370 Mobo i7 -8700 3.7ghz 16gb ram 2 x 256 Samsung SSD RTX 2080 Super

Hello, You know well this issue from earlier versions and now autogen buildings patching again, I have lowered draw distance and autogen density, I have also locked fps at 30 but they didn't help. My system consists of intel 6700k @4.6 ghz and 1080ti with 16gb ram. Does anybody encounter this issue?

They did it again. Useless company that can't fix the main issue. I paid 1000$ for the latest CPU by new year and this is what I get... This is just unacceptable!

QUick question. I decided to install my QW 757 and BAE146 in V5. It appears to have put in the old FSUIPC in my V4. So now in the addons drop down menu there is two FSUIPC's listed. One for 6 and one for 5. Is there a safe way to get rid of the 5 so I just have 6? Thanks.

I'm having an issue where P3D crashes to the desktop without any reason when I get in the proximity of KTNP airport. It's the addon payware scenery by 29Palms. It used to work fine. Recently I installed Lorby's scenery organizer and I noticed when I go into the default P3D scenery setup the option is disabled. I can't even deselect the TNP scenery. Anyone know why these sceneries are grey? And anyone have an idea why the sim will CTD in the vicinity of TNP? scenerygreyed by ryan b, on Flickr

Hi Guys, Im not that much of a tech wizz, Im just wondering obviously the CPU heats up under load. I have the Ryzen 3600X and it reaches around 70/75 under full P3D load. Obviously some flights last 4/5 hours. Does running the CPU under that temp and amount of load cause any damage, or am i overthinking and is that what exactly its designed to do? Thanks, Alex

Lots of gates and parking spots at Madrid Barajas airport (LEMD) (default airports) are missing in the "Change Airport/Location" selection list. For example, all gates of terminal 4 are missing. Strangely enough, in the same list of selection options of P3Dv4.x these gates are being present. Is there a way to port the P3Dv4 list to P3dv5 (HF1)? Thanks

I very much like p3d V5 HF1 so far,I am contemplating purchasing the B777 from PMDG when ready, what I would like to know is how much more vram can I expect from a default plane like say the F-35a ? For instance at Latinvfr KMIA at startup, exterior view towards the airport, the F-35a and airport consume 6.0 gb of ram, the Real Air Beach Duke Turbine 6.2... I do not want to spend over $130 for the plane if I have to reduce sliders too much to save ram on my EVGA 1070sc 8 gb .. thanks in advance Alain from Montreal

This was working nicely in V5 RTM, but now it blows up my main memory when loading. Does this work for anyone?

in P3d V5 HF1, Menu; Options/ World / Weather my settings ; -cloud draw distance = 80 mi -cloud coverage densiteit = Maximum I cannot adjust those settings anymore, both are greyed out, and the Sliders are in fixed position, and cannot be moved anymore, anyone have an idea what the problem may be, or has the same problem? When downloading planes, do they have to go into the Sim Objects folder or is it better to put them somewhere else? After P3dv5 came out I put them all (Carenado planes) in the Sim Objects folder but then lost them all when I did the latest upgrade. Would hate to have to go through that again if there is a better option. Thanks. Jim
