In FTX a user has the possibility to migrate all the ORBX-folders and files from inside P3Dv4 to the outside of the Sim into a folder called X:\\ORBX\Library. It works great. Yes, you get a lot of Add-On-XMLs but is works great and therefor ok. However. There is one thing which doesn't work after the mogratie and that is the tool MIGRATIONTROUBLESHOUTER.EXE The nice thing of this toolfor me is that you can check if all the ORBX-folders/files are ok. Question: How can I get this tool work again after installing the orbx-fles in X:\\ORBX\Library?

I am experiencing some extremely foggy washout, low visibility (blue) scenes, that is with truesky on and off. Totally different when I am using v4, then when I am using v5. This does not effect my framerates at all......weird. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Current specs are l7-8700k with a 1080 ti.....

I have been randomly searching for a few airports with a runway 36/18 in P3dV4.5 yet I cannot find any. Could someone out there give me a list of 3 or four places with 36/18? Many thanks...

Good Day, I have been experiencing an issue with erratic throttle controls. Here are the specifics, P3D v4.5, Thrust Master Hotas.. I first noticed the issue while flying my Carenada KingAir 350I. The first time I seemed to to have issues was when I tried setting up a used Saitek Pro Flight yoke, pedels and 2 throttle Quadrants. I could not get any of them to work properly, just very jittery and not flyable at all. Tried setting them up with both FSUIPC and just within the program settings, but could not get them to work properly either way. I took the throttles apart and cleaned all of the potentiometers, but no improvements. Ever since then I have not been using the Sai…

Just a FYI. I installed all my LatinVFR for v4.x airports today. After installation, I checked out Key West, and for the first time, I had micro pause/stutter in my animation. Taking off and at taxi...had the pause/stutter. Until my LatinVFR installs, P3D v5 was as smooth as a baby's butt! So, I went into my Add-On's..and unchecked each airport. Dropped out of v5...went into my Documents Folder/P3D v5 Add-On folder and deleted all my LatinVFR installs. Ran V5...and all back to smooth as a baby's butt. I am looking for good quality Croatia photoscenery to use with my recently purchased ORBx LDDU Dubrovnik airport scenery package. I have found some nice photoscenery of Montenegro (which enables me to approach runway 29 without having to endure default textures), but I need some decent photoscenery for the "other side" of the airport (beyond the area rendered by the ORBx package). In other words, the coast to the north west of the airport, and those nice islands. I was hoping that the freeware photoscenery on the Europe9 photoscenery website would be suitable, but it seems that the colour contrast of most of the eastern European countries is all over the place. Hi Just purchased the above scenery and something is clearly amiss with certain things: - blurry road textures - roads not completed (just turn into grass) - roads sinking into the ground see screenshots. The airport itself and surrounding countryside look fine Can anyone advise what might be causing this ? Hello Everyone, I'm considering getting a Gatwick scenery for P3D v4, as I now have multiple aircraft that are operated with sizeable bases at Gatwick. I am aware that there are two sceneries for Gatwick, UK2000 and Jennasoft. I have read some reviews and thoughts on the scenery soon after it was released around half a year ago. I was wondering the state of it now vs UK2000. Here's how I see it, please correct me if you think else! For those of you that have My Traffic 54c Pro (for P3D4) or any version for P3D4...here are fast steps to have all that great traffic, sounds, etc..in P3Dv5 in only 5 minutes...ready, set...GO! 1. Carry over the My Traffic XML from your P3D 4.x Add On Folder...into P3Dv5's Add On Folder. (Both are located in your Documents Folder) 2. Go into your My Traffic Folder, (that should be in your root P3D v4.x Folder), then go into the Scenery Folder, and look for Mytrafficcommercial.bgl (123,574 KB) and copy that .bgl file into your P3Dv5 Scenery/World/Scenery Folder. Hi all, I was curious if anyone has any recommendations for some good Hawaii scenery for P3D 4.4? I know about the Hawaii Photoreal project by the flightsimjewels team, but the current lack of autogen or custom objects makes the surroundings feel pretty bare. Also know about the FSDreamteam Hawaiian Airport collections but from what I understand is that they are only the airport areas and not the whole island chain. Just looking to see if anyone knows a good package out there that I'm not aware of yet? Additional Info: I also have FTX Global, FTX NA, FTX Vector.

Hello there! After a fresh P3D v5 install the sim automatically starts the default scenario after launch. I did encounter this issue in v4. It doesn´t break the sim but it´s a minor annoyance.

Hello everyone! I am having an issue with v5. After installing and uninstalling Envshade, deleting shaders under Appdata plus shadersHLSL and letting P3D repair, I am getting a completely white screen in VC during nighttime. Hi all, I originally posted in the PMDG forum thinking that it was a 777,747 and NGX specific problem, but it happens at all airports, default or scenery. Did a full reinstall, no addons, default F-18 shakes like mad. As you can add 1+1, as the wingspean gets larger, the shaking up and down becomes more evident. Its driving me bonkers. My computer specs-i7-8700K Coffee Lake CPU 6 cores 3.7-4.7 GHz,Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB,32 GB DDR4 3000mhz,24” Asus VS247H Widescreen LED monitor are not enough to run P3Dv5 even at Default-constant stutters-very unpleasant! v4.5h2 is smooth Saving for a new computer! xxd09

Anybody knows if this program will be updated to work with v5?

This is an odd issue. I have installed both the PMDG NGXu and the CS 757 into P3d v5. Both seem to work fine except that the planes literally veer of the runway upon attempting to roll down the runway for takeoff. I know technically these planes have not been updated for P3d v5 yet, but I can't understand why this is happening. Considering that several others are not having these issues it has to be something on my end. I did re-calibrate my controller, but since the default aircraft work fine I am at a loss. Is there perhaps something I am missing? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Pete

Stephen at OpusFSI posted about some weather injection problems in the P3D SDK forum--he says that there is a bug in P3Dv5 that prevents wind direction at altitude injected into the sim from being acted on. Also, he says that when surface winds are updated, they are intermittently cycling to a continuous slow shift from the last wind to the new target without ever reaching the new target direction. And apparently each time weather at a wx station is changed, even one distant enough to be over the visible horizon, the sky/clouds flicker. LM has not answered his concerns there. I'm also wondering why we haven't seen a beta for ActiveSky--usually those guys are right…

Hey all. I just downloaded AI Traffic for all of the airlines on P3D V4 and the gate assignments at KLGA are not accurate from the real gate assignments at the real Laguardia. For example, Jetblue is not at the marine air terminal and a lot of Delta aircraft are showing up at the new concourse B instead of terminal C and D. Is there an updated ADE or AFCAD file for NY Airports KLGA anywhere that would update those gate assignments? I couldn't find anything on the internet. Thanks for understanding!

I strongly recommend keeping away from FSDT LiveUpdates!😡 Yesterday, in a PMDG 747-8i, BA Cargo, GSX L1+L2 would not de-board when asked to do so parked at the BA Cargo Hangars adjacent to 09R at UK2000's EGLL. Instead it warped me to where the pax 'Heavies' were!! And, just now, at MK Studios EIDW, guess where it warps to when just landed and at a gate? Runway 10 threshhold. Boy, this piece of software is most certainly bonkers after a LiveUpdate. Now to remove it and skip LiveUpdates in future😡
