As you might know sayintentions is an AI-based ATC solution and more (co-pilot and a few more). The biggest disadvantage is that it only controls your own aircraft; it can't manage any AI-traffic. That's what I've understood about it. It supports vfr, ifr, GA. It already supports v6 and soon also v5. I think it's not for me because of the disadvantage I mentioned. I think FSHUD can do a better job in this regard. FSHUD will come with v2 and that will also support speech recognition. I'm waiting for that. What are your thoughts about sayintentions? Rein

I have a good number of seaplanes installed as well as a couple flying boats in P3Dv5 but I have a problem where some of them like to bounce up out of the water and back down again over and over in a very unrealistic way when the waves get a little choppy. I notice this especially seems to happen to native FSX aircraft I have installed. It is a very overdramatic and unrealistic effect and makes flying seaplanes more annoying than fun. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this? Like some values in the aircraft.cfg or something? I would greatly appreciate any help, Thanks

Looks like I came late to the GA party. After almost 20 years of simming in airliners, I feel now like doing shorter hops to local airstrips here. Since I don't like the FS9 GPS that has been carried over to P3D (because of the low refresh rate and the inability to create a flightplan directly there), I'm looking for options. I know there's still the RealityXP GTN 750. Looks interesting, but I tried the Garmin Trainer on which it's based, and found out the coverage out of the US is bad (as in can't even show the available runways). I gave a try to the GPS 2020, but it ended up giving me distances in km, instead of NM, and couldn't find a way to fix that (while k…

Hello Unfortunately I cannot start my c-172. I use p3D v5. Is there a way to have it on the runway with engine running ? Now battery is dead and I cannot access the maintenance hangar . I do Shift + 7 and nothing happens. Same thing wit all shift+ keys. Further more it is impossible to move the point of view inside or outside of the aircraft. It is also impossible to zoom out of the virtual cockpit only zoom in wich brings me in the sky not inside the plane. Cannot reach the fuel selector amo gst other thing I need your help thank in advance.

I really didn't want to open a support ticket for suggestions. But since you're working on the next iteration, here I go. 1 ATC should scold if we don't follow instructions up to, "I have a number for you to call..." 2 Integrate with Navigraph. The downloads, while welcome are slow. 3 Voice Choice 4 Allow for my MAYDAY - since you can have "breakdowns." 5 When I shut the app down, it should not be on the taskbars 'hidden items.' Is the base sim navigation database in V6 updatable or are we still stuck in some far gone decade?

I bought scenery for Adisutjipto International airport made by BDOAviation. I bought it because it was on sale, and it said it was for P3D v5 (I assumed it would work in v5.4). The problem I am having is the scenery uses the new airport code WAHH but in P3D v5.4 the old code (WIJJ) and default airport is still available. How do I get rid of the default airport and the old WIIJ airport code?

Hello, I have the Airbus A320 Family package from Rikoooo and it's always worked fine until I tried loading one of the planes this time and now when the flight loads, the PFD and MFD displays don't work, they are not even there, just blank spots where they go. The rest of the aircraft loaded and seems to work, it's just the panels are missing. I tried reinstalling it a couple times but it didn't help. I'm guessing this is a problem with gauges like in the gauges folder probably? Or is it something else? The plane is P3Dv5 compatible (which I am using). I would appreciate any help, Thanks

I haven't flown for a very long time. Coming back, I see my C drive W10 boot SSD is nearing capacity - largely because of P3Dv5 and v4.5 Add-ons. I have P3Dv5 on a 2TB HDD. If I move the Add-ons to the P3Dv5 drive, will the sim still recognise them, or will they all have to be re-installed? If it did I could free up a lot space on the C drive. It might even mean I could avoid a W10 reinstall. I'd be grateful for advice.

The P3D forums, even more than the X-Plane ones here at AVSIM, have regular and increasing activity along the last months, after the "initial" "fall in love" phase for the new kid in town.... For me this is very positive, if not for other reason because I still prefer P3D to MSFS, by far, when it comes to my preferred addons, the stability, and the fact that I don't like to depend on Cloud Services for my simming as much as we do when using MSFS. I believe that I'll always be loyal to my beloved FSLabs fleet, the quality of weather injection and created effects that Active Sky P3D can give me better than in other platform, alhtough it's also very acceptable in X…

I'm looking to add Istanbul LTFM to my scenery collection, and wanted to get some opinions on the LFTM available on simmarket. It has good reviews on Simmarket, but from my eyes, the textures don't look all that great especially on the taxiways and night lighting on buildings leaves a lot to be desired. It is 30% for the next three days, so now is the time to buy. Good Morning, Been using SA CYWG again but the gate assignments are ancient (Ralph still has jetsgo, zoom etc....). I have updated assignments to reflect CYWG real world ops however I am getting errors compiling. If I give someone my project file can someone try to compile it for me? It's not perfect as I couldn't add more PAG ramp spots but it should be pretty accurate. Thank you in advance, Sean

Hi, I'm just wondering if there is any F70/100's roaming around that can work in P3D v4? Jealous of MSFS simmers getting the F70/100 Professional haha. I have really wanted to fly the F100 around Western Australia for a while in the sim doing FIFO flights, but alas, no Fokker 100 that I know of works in the sim. Good day for everyone i installed ofx southamerica evolution and its an excellent software recreating the Terrain from Barranquilla to Buenos Aires .But with the terrain in Cali i got a problem in the follows pictures i show up which is failure i can´t insert the Url Imagen 😪😪😪 well the problem is like the Cali Airport terrain had been an exploted Someone else have this problem and how can i solve this

I decided to use the Milviz GPS 530/430 in the MVAMS for my DHC-2 Beavers. I have the RXP 530 but since the Beaver is more of a puddle jumper the RXP database isn't of much use. The clickspot is there but I can't get the GPS to popup. I tried making my own popup GPS in the panel.cfg, but I guess my ignorance of how the xml gauge files work didn't allow me to be successful. Prior to this Milviz xml system, I've always be able to manipulate the panel.cfg to my needs. What am I missing here?

I enjoy flying the Super Stallion that came with the sim and have read my manuals, but I wonder if some of the chopper's functionality was lost in version 5.4. I can start some engines some time, but not all of them using the procedure from the startup manual. Also I can fold the tail pylon but cannot get the rotors to fold. Has anyone had any success?

New P3d v5 version of ZSSS released today on sim market. I already have several of their airports and they are all fantastic. Hey Peeps, I noticed the chatter regarding the "Lossless Scaling" app available on Steam. Well.. I had a few leftover $$ in my Steam wallet and decided to give it a whirl. So for the very magic price of $10.25 AU I have installed on my machine. I hunted for the mega scenery Southern California and found it at PC Aviator for $15. About 1.6gb in three files that downloads and installs 50gb of files. When you start the install you see three download threads to help the process. I got two threads at 50mbs and one at 20mbs. Still took over an hour. 1039 files total. Loaded P3D and was (insert hyperbolic adjective, mine is AMAZED). I loaded KONT to find the ILS hardware, newer taxi signage, many trees, new road lighting, vehicles, a new & improved tower although the other items (jetways, vehicles, marshals etc) were the regular GSX. Hello Many years ago I purchased Active Sky Next for my FSX running on Windows 7. I have now bought brand new PC Windows 11 to run P3D v.5. Can I transfer my purchase to my new setting? Does my old program will run with P3D v5? Finally how do I proceed to download Active Sky on the new computer? thanks in advance.

Anyone with an AMD card try out the new stable release Smooth Motion Frame driver? Theoretically this should work with P3D V4/5/6 too given it's a DX11/12/12 game.
