Does Aerosoft Anchorage v2 (for P3D v5.4) have SODE jetways by default? I ask because I thought it didn't have SODE, so I went and installed the SODE files and double jetways showed up. After I deleted the SODE files and went back to default files I went back to the scenery and noticed jetways connected to the AI planes (I didn't notice that before and I don't have a SODE xml or SimObjects folder installed for PANC). So what is going?

Hey all, could someone please help me out, I am using P3DV5 and I have purchased the TFDI 717 a long time ago, its been fine since a few days ago when it started to give me an activation error when I try to load the plane. Yes i know TFDI have put steps on how to do that on there website and I've tried that and it still does not work. The product on the TFDI client area also says its active. I've contacted TFDI support but there hopeless and are so slow to respond and can't seem to fix my issue. Could anyone help me please?.

Hello all, my apologies for the sore subject, however I was curious if anyone is experiencing stuttering or a CTD in the vicinity of KPWM to the ENE VOR, and from KACY to the Atlantic City shoreline? The other night I was completing a long-haul flight from India to JFK, using PMDG 777 and P3D decided to call it quits at the ENE VOR. No error report on the event viewer, although I only get an App hang from the security and maintenance section. While investigating using no add ons, and default aircraft, I noticed no crash, just stutters lasting a couple of seconds. So - I'm late to the party since I just recently got a new computer that can run P3DV5. I went ahead and got the TFDI B717. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the flood lights to come on other than hitting the thunderstorm switch. I can turn the integral lights up and down using the outer knob, but I can't seem to get the inner knob to turn at all. Anyone able to provide some assistance? Thanks!

Hi, A few months ago I carried out a clean install of P3D 5.3 HF2 on Ray's advice, to solve a problem with LFPG. All went perfectly, and I've been flying happily 'till now. P3D crashed out and would not restart, so I carried out the same procedure as above. The sim now works perfectly with default scenery. I have a load of Orbx stuff, from Global airports to countries etc.. All is ok with Global Base Pack installed. Installing Global open LC Europe wrecks the scenery. Uninstalling OLCE returns scenery to normal. Adding Orbx Airports is ok with default scenery as before. Adding any European Region wrecks the scenery (I fly only in Europe). The scene…

Good evening, I've been trying to connect with Fusiboard, but they haven't approved my request in over a month. They have a texture of the Canada 150 DHC-2 Beaver for Milviz. I've been hoping to get a copy of that and can't find it anywhere else. There's actually a texture pack for a few DHC-2's operated by small British Columbia airlines. I was playing around with the Oxynator in A2A's C182 and it works really well, so well I'll be adding it to my other A2A aircraft (that don't have an Oxygen system). A2A's Accu-sim measures the oxygen level of the pilot's blood and a few enterprising fellows have created some nice gauges that add Oxygen systems to A2A aircraft and thus it's now possible to fly higher than ever before. Of the 2 gauges I've found Oxynator the easiest to install and use. Note: It needs a registered version of FSUIPC. New install of P3Dv5.3 Hotfix 2 with no addons and no previous install of P3D and some buildings have no night textures. This is at every city on the globe. Not sure out of the box with default everything these textures seem to be missing. I have formatted my SSD and reinstalled Windows and P3Dv5 three times. In the process I adjusted the CFG Texture Bandwidth Multi from default 30 to 120 did not work and Scenery Draw Distance is 32000.000000. I have adjusted P3D settings from low to high as well as frame rate and nothing makes a difference, I still get black building textures here and there everywhere. Whilst the Vertx DA-62 operates and flies fine in v5 the Configuration Tool doesn’t appear to be saving changes made specifically to the startup mode. There is C&D, Ready to Fly and Remember (the state when exited in the sim). I set the mode to C&D but it loaded with all systems running. I can’t believe the author got this wrong so it seems it’s something that’s broken in v5. If you have it running in v4 can you check if the correct state is set when chosen in the Configuration Tool? If you have Windows 11 open it and choose Home. A list of the most recently changed files will be listed. If there’s one associated with the Vertx what’s its …

I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall of P3Dv3. I should know the answer to this question but it's escaping me. I'm seeing wispy, cirrus like clouds on start up and I don't know how to get rid of them. EA is turned off as is everything in weather settings. Before the uninstall/reinstall I was getting clear skies until weather injection via ASCA/REX. Help please, and as always, thanks!

Hi all. i installed REX FORCE P3D. I’m using AS + ASCA, but I disable ASCA by changing extension to *.off to avoid starting every time I start AS. So I use AS ENGINE + REX. does anyone knows why every time I start AS, the sky color changes? Thanks all

Hi, Just wondering how to select altitudes in 100 ft increments. 0000-1000 feet is fine, but twisting the alt knob on the MCP goes in 1000 ft increments for altitudes greater than 1000 feet. No good if I want to fly at 4500 feet, for example. Any ideas?

I tried loading FSX Flights into P3Dv4.5. I loaded them into Docs & when I selected a Flight in P3D, I got a resource missing error. Any Ideas?

Hi all. I'm currently having an issue at busy European airports (Heathrow and Paris being the one's I've seen this in thus far). Namely there will be a sudden CTD. Each time it generally has this error log or some variation therein. I use AIG traffic, PMDG 777, and AI Companion. I'm not strictly sure where to go with this. Previous pages on the forums relate to P3D V3 and one fix is to use it in compatibility mode for windows 8, but I don't know if that will lead to performance loss, which is an issue I've been dealing on and off with for a bit. I know I've messed up...FSHud should "Possible pilot deviation,tell me when you can take a number." And if you're running a passenger/cargo app it could color the outcome. What'cha think?

I have all my addon scenery located on my SSD F: drive. Every time I go to add or delete a scenery it defaults to the C: drive and I have to drill way down each time to add a new scenery. Is there a file somewhere that I could alter to make my F drive the default scenery in the "browse" window??

There’s one guy out there (YouTube) that says P3D should be installed on the C drive. I’m doing a reinstall of version 5.3 and have always installed it to a dedicated SSD. I wonder what some of you tech savvy folks think about this?

I want to get a Bordeaux scenery (for P3D v5.4) but I don't know which one I should get. There are two options France VFR or Pilot Experience Sim. I am looking for the most up to date, most accurate, and best-looking scenery. Which scenery should I get?

I am getting lots of scenery errors ( like grass where there should be a runway ,or odd scenery elevations, or just missing ) a good example is at kagc. it is a mess in my sim I tried to repair the scenery using the repair tool (my scenery is all stock ) no 3rd party addons i have many examples of messy incorrect airports in this version How do i correct this Peter
