I am literally so angry right now. I am trying to fix this for 2 days already and still no results. I can explain it simply. 1: I purchase P3D v6. - 2: I install it into my D disk. - 3: I purchase: FSLabs a320-321 (error = ND Path files could not be generated or something like that, then crashing the sim...). - 4: I download Orbx Central and purchase Orbx Base, Vector, Trees, Buildings, Europe and Tenerife South Airport. (Creating my own library in: C:\Orbx\Libraries\p3dv5.) - 5: I purchase Bristol and Flytampa v2 EHAM Airport from the simmarket. (Located in: D:\. This is because it is my P3D v6.exe root folder on D Disk. Now I'll tell u my P3D Root folder (1…

The Hi everybody, i tried to install AIG AIM and TC in P3DV5 HF 3 , but it will not work. Is there any detailed Information to match the right settings, Folders , etc. the Manual includes Settings for p3dv4, but i think i dont Need the SDK for the 5 Version. did someone have a separate install PDF for P3DV5 ? man thanks for your kindness help greetings Dieter

I have run into a problem. Trying to fly from Sydney to Hong Kong two days ago, I suffered a P3D crash, (it just stopped working. Not a windows CTD) over the north of Australia). As it is an Orbx scenery, I verified the files (Australia v2), did a repair to Prepar3d, did a Windows sfc check and tried again this morning. Exactly the same place, it happened again. Obviously something it doesn't like. But what could it be? The only paid airports are Sydney and Hong Kong and they are hours away. Any ideas?

Can anyone please advise me on the 747 fuel system when the HS tanks are used. These I believe hold 10,000 kgs of fuel which is to me a large weight to be present at the rear of the aircraft so I ask the following. Is there high weight cargo placed forward of the C of G to allow for this, if so what happens wen the fuel is used as the aircraft would become nose heavy. As the aircraft also stores fuel a bit rear of the C of G in the wings how does this affect balance. I am really interested in the above and also how the aircraft is balanced for take-off with the correct setting of the HS trim as this appears quite critical. I have read about the MAC and un…

Hello, lovely people! So, we have Denver. I marked IRL departures green, IRL arrivals red. ADE file DOES have X-wind activated. Let's forget about the runway at the top right corner, too far. So if activated like this all the AI will go to 34L (leftmost vertical runway on the image). But it creates a terrible queue, even though the runway is departures only, it really makes a bad queue. If additionally (for simulation purposes) I activated the horizontal bottom left runway (highlighted) - 95% of AI will go there. My question is - WHY? I have a bunch of monitors lying around so I decided to play a bit with setting up a view group and I have a few questions. System is 3770K @ 4.7 with two gtx1070's in SLI Monitors are 28" 1920x1200 - 40" 4K 3840x2160 - 28" 1920x1200 - connections are HDMI - DisplayPort - (Displayport to HDMI adapter) I have it working and it looks ok BUT I usually lock fps at 20 which has worked just fine for single monitors but with this setup I initially get 4fps at my home airport KBUR. Is this expected? The other issue - can you run mixed resolutions as in my setup - 1920x1200/3840x2160/1920x1200? I get a nice picture but unless I'm wrong, I *think* my centyer …

What do you people think - Is captain sim 767 V2 worth the investment for P3D? The reason why I asked is because recently I joined Fedex Virtual airline and apparently looking at their fleet (and for real) they fly 767 a lot, At the present we do not have any other alternatives for 767 other then captain sim in P3D, We had level D 767 back in FSX days which I loved flying but that no longer works on P3D 4.5 and above. Captain sim are charging $80 dollars for base package then another $20 or so for freighter expansion. ORBX had updated EU Scotland (not yet for P3Dv6). The latest version is 1.4.3. It's quite an extensive changelog. Thanks to ORBX for keeping supporting P3D

Hello all I've recently got my PC fixed and was looking forward to getting back in P3D, I was planning to do a flight in the 787 for P3D and when I loaded into the sim I got a text on my display saying an error, Any help would be appreciated.

I've already searched this forum but could not solve my problem. I recently could connect Whisplacer with the sim via simconnect. Now it states can not find the simconnect port. I use it on the same machine, so no definitions are made...I think. Maybe that's the problem Tried to uninstall and reinstall all 3 simconnect. Didn't solve my problem. Any new ideas? I became aware of the problem after installing iFlys 737Max. It does not work probably because of this simconnect issue. I have no landing gear and the cockpit is frozen. Hi, I was looking for fixes for the problems with the HUD's for both aircraft being cut off at the edges, like the HUD's were made just a little to wide to fit. I can't see my speed, and other important information making the HUD's mostly useless and it really takes away from the fun of flying fighter jets for me. I did searches and came up pretty empty. I did find a forum post where someone had announced that they had made mods exactly to fix this issue for both aircraft but I was unable to find a working link to them. Please tell me that there is a fix out there somewhere for this problem? Thanks

I am thinking of buying a few sceneries for P3D, they say the sceneries are for v4 so I am wondering if they will work in P3D v5.4. If they will not work, can they be made to work? And if they can would it be hard to do? Hallo...back again after a 17th month layoff. Yes, I'm an old timer - got my gliding wings with ATC in 1961; PPL in South Africa in 1982. But I have a huge problem that nobody seems able to sole...the solution must be there! I have 3 SSDs C:drive; E and F. C = OS 222GB (37GB free) E = 222GB (109GB free) F = 931 GB (931GB free) When I install P3D 4 or P3D 5 to F drive, everything goes to C drive! Hi all, Does enayone know how to fix or get better performance at night. During day I have good and nice FPS using 4xSSAA but at night in ground mi FPS dorps to 15. If I change to 4xMSAA I get better frames, but a loss in reslution. Thanks

As the title suggests DD's scenery is currently on sale and I'm thinking of picking up a scenery from them for P3D but can't decide which is one to get. I'm considering either Krakow or Polish airports Vol 1. The latter is includes more then one airport and most of airports in there are currently severed by Ryanair and Wizz air so plenty options of doing flights. Krakow only includes one airport. What do you people think?

Can anyone recommend scenery for HTZA airport for P3D version 4.5? There is a scenery from Horizon Sim on simmarket but from the description it says under P3d v5 and I don't know if it will work on my sim. Best regards Grzegorz

Saw this on sale but with many poor reviews but at the price I got it anyway. For those needing kcvg, skyline definitely updated it with the older terminals that got demolished no longer represented in the addon. For 7 euro it is worth it. Personally, I dont think this scenery deserves the awful reviews it has on simmarket. It works fantastic in v5.4 including with sode jetways. I need to take a look at the afd file but it looked pretty good so far.

If you could only choose 2 or 3 airport sceneries as most lifelike/immersive/whatevs, which would you choose for small, medium and large airfields? I'd think that a nice regional scenery like Orbx TrueEarth would be a great complement once you're up in the air, so please feel free to add something like that in. Can be anywhere in the world, just needs to be your preference for most immersive.

Hello, I am using P3Dv5 which of course comes with the JF Electra, however, it only comes with like three liveries. I also own the full version of the plane that I originally purchased to use with FSX some years ago and that version of the airplane comes with 13 liveries, so I went and deleted the default P3Dv5 version and installed the standalone version to get the extra liveries, however for some reason, P3Dv5 still only sees those three liveries that the default version comes with and it is not seeing the other liveries on the aircraft selection screen. I don't understand why P3D is not seeing the other liveries. Is there any way possible to get them working? …
