C337 Skymaster HD SERIES for FSX | P3D

Hi everyone, I have a couple of questions: 1. When entering cold & dark mode, these switches are like this... And when entering takeoff mode, the switches are like this... So, can we say that for landing and takeoff, they should be set as in image 2, and for cruising, as in image 1? 2. The POH only shows the cruise performance tables, there are no climb and descent tables. - Does anyone have the data or a POH that includes this information? - This label appears on the dashboard, I guess these would be the climb tables.

Hello group, I want to print the procedure lists, but there are some procedures, such as turning on the lights, that do not indicate when to do it. Can someone help me modify them to add what is missing? I am leaving the pdf, I hope someone can help me add the missing procedures. Checklist C337

I have these problems. 1. In the "BEFORE STARTING ENGINES" section (the CARENADO lists); there is an item that says "All Press-to-Test Lights — CHECK." What should be checked there? 2. In the section "STARTING ENGINES." the item "Throttle - ADVANCE to obtain 60 lbs. /hr. fuel flow; then RETARD to IDLE." The fuel flow indicator needle does not move, it stays at zero. 3. In the section "BEFORE TAKE-OFF" the item "b. Propellers -- CHECK feathering to 1200 RPM; return promptly to HIGH RPM (full forward)". The RPM indicator stays at 2800 RPM and does not drop to 1200 RPM, even at idle speed. 4. The autopilot when activated, the nose points do…

Does the C337 work in P3Dv5? Exterior looks fine, interior is see through. Is there a fix?

Hi there, after setup my pc again i had to reinstall all pieces fpr P3DV5.2. Skymaster and other planes are not working with the newest GTN Trainer which downloaded by the F1 Agent. Who can help to find the last working Trainer? Zhx for your kindness help regards Dieter

Hello, I want to use two switches for starting the engines via FSUIPC. Here is what's working: Magneto1 Left Magnet02 Left Magneto1 Right Magneto2 Right Magneto1 Both Magneto2 Both Then, Magneto1 Start and Magneto2 Start is not working. Magneto Start works but starts both engines simultaneously. Anyone knows what to do? Thank you, Karl

I like this airplane, but when turning on the AP the trim just goes crazy. Flying at 12,000 on an IFR flight in Wyoming, it suddenly starts to descend and the trim tab just goes crazy at 2,000 ft/m. I had been flying for 2 hours and suddenly descends and try to adjust the trim. will not respond and trim wheel is rolled full down to the bottom. Turn off AP and the the trim or yoke will not respond to my commands and it goes up and down 2000 up and 2000 down. The pitch wheel on the AP is at bottom with nose up and still is acting crazy. Well, I thought today I would invest in the Flight1 GTN complete pack and purchase the Cessna 337. I have installed everything by the book, so to speak, however in the 3D cockpit of the 337, the GTN bezel is black and I cannot use the buttons for knobs. Is this an aircraft or GTN issue? Just installed V2 in Prepar3D v3.4 and ran the program for the GTN integration. The texture of the bezel is missing though. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, didn't help. Any suggestions? Regards Pascal

Night Flying and C337 lovers, I created a Flight Sim Labs Spotlight profile to make life easier for night flying. FSLSpotlights is a free application that FSLabs incorporated in their Airbus and made available for free to the public as donation ware (since v2.0.0.9). It works with P3d V4.1 and more. It allows creating a group of small lights in the VC that can provide dim (or bright) lighting to various part of the panel. Hi - I just noticed this evening that I cannot see the rotating prop of the c337 at all. I would think you would be able to see, especially with RPM changes. I do see it when the engine is not running. Can anyone else confirm. thanks.

Here's what I found on the V2, P3d so far: The GTN bezel is completely black The ADF frequency swap doesn't work Cowl Flaps are toggle (temporarily hold) up and down electrical switches The RPM tooltips shows Fuel Flow The FFF tooltips shows RPM The Ldg Light switch is labeled "LOG" The "Push to Set Card" on the non-slaved HSI is not working Where is the "Step" button on the EDM so we can "pause" the cycling through the cylinders to make a lean procedure? Cycling it forever makes it unusable. This shouldn't be complicated to implement. * Landing lights and dome lights are not working (Not illuminating anything)

In addition to the fuel pump switch mixup being back, I also seem to have lost the fuel pump sound entirely in 2.1. Also I wonder if anyone has a fix for the brake sound. When stopping you get a brake squeal sound, but if you hold the brakes that sound gets repeated over and over again. Very annoying when doing things like holding short. Scott

I am at a loss to figure this out and so far is Carenado. I am posting here just in case anyone may have any thoughts and/or suggestions. The Carenado C337 Skymaster is my favorite aircraft, I have always flown during daylight hours but lately I have been doing some dusk and night flying. I notice that the cabin lights are non existent and it is impossible to find the various switches on the panel. I also notice that the taxi and landing lights do not illuminate the ground. I have tried several different airports and the problem is the same. But all other aircraft do not have this problem nor does this problem occur with the same C337 aircraft in FSX-S…

Do the fuel gauges work? I've not tried going on a 500nm jaunt yet , but I would have thought that a recent flight where I used 10% of the fuel would have shown on the gauges. What I failed to do was rotate the fuel switches to the yellow, straight & level positions. Could that be an issue? Thanks.

Hi I recently bought the updated Cessna 337 and found out the GPS does not popup with a mouse click, something I believe the 2011 version did. The manual also mentions the fact. I contacted Carenado support asking if only the Shift+1 key would work, and also pointed to the fact that the two lower buttons on the GPS have text inverted and the only reply I got was this: Sadly there's no other way to pop up the GPS in the C337. Does anyone remember if the GPS opened with a mouse click ? I believe so, as that's how I remember it worked, and the manual does say so. Any help on this?

Loaded into the sim and took it for a circuit. Seems to behave like a layman such as myself would expect. Happy with the sale price I got it for. Lovely eye candy. However, are there any glaring issues and/or fixes still needed? Or would such "fixes" be desirable or even only noticeable to actual 337 pilots? Thanks.

FYI - no announcement, but, the v4 installer for the C337 is up on the Carenado website. Seemed to install fine for me . . .
