Hi everyone, I have a couple of questions:

 

1. When entering cold & dark mode, these switches are like this...

And when entering takeoff mode, the switches are like this...

So, can we say that for landing and takeoff, they should be set as in image 2, and for cruising, as in image 1?

 

2. The POH only shows the cruise performance tables, there are no climb and descent tables.

 

- Does anyone have the data or a POH that includes this information?

- This label appears on the dashboard, I guess these would be the climb tables.
