PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

    I installed the new 600/700 model. Everything is ok after the re-installation of the new sp1. I re-downloaded even the repaints. The 800/900 still works perfect. However the 600/700 model crashes the simulator if I select the easyjet, or the westjet. It works ok with the Janet so obviously is not the plane, Continental in the 700, is ok too.Problems is Scandinavian in the 600, Westjet and Easyjet in the 700. I noticed that these repaints name is NG instead of NGX...Any help? All the models fly great, it crashes the sim with differents repaints.Everything has been re-installed, new SP1 and re-downloaded all the relevant repaints.

    I was quite surprised today when I was flying my first flight with the SP1 installed.Ground handling was improved and overall climb and behavior has been improved, I found lots of improvements in the general handling of the aircraft and updates to the various eye candy as well.I didn't think that your SP1 could improve the NGX more, and yet it did! Thank you PMDG!

    Hello,I have and have been using the 800/900 with SP1 and would like to purchase the 600/700. I noticed on the purchase page that it says internet connection is required to activate the 600/700 package. I am using a desktop for my internet currently as I am out of the country and my laptop has no internet at the moment which is where my FSX is. I can transfer the downloaded file from the desktop to the laptop, but I will have no internet connection to activate it. My question is...does the 600/700 require an online activation since my 800/900 is already activated and I am not installing both products for the first time at the same time? will the 600/700 still require …

I'm not sure if this is something I'm doing wrong, or something the airplane is supposed to do- I think I've read one post already with this problem: On practicing rejected takeoffs, the system functions fine on the first try: RTO set on the autobrake,Rejection made above 90kts wheel speed -the brake engages, and because I go into reverse, the speedbrake comes up (deploys). When I reset the system (autobrake in RTO once again), and make a decision to abort above 90kts wheel speed, the autobrake simply disarms.     Hi all,I just applied SP1, but as I never applied HF (not a single problem with original version) just wanted to be sure it's applied.As mentioned in SP1 topic, I checked I got the readme in my FSX/... folder: it is. The mentioned topic says to check in *.cfg: can't find the version in it. In the FMC, in the "about" section, it says version 1.0Any idea ?

    Let's say I am on an ILS approach already on the glidepath; now I have to change heading for whatever security reason. Do rw pilots this with handflying? I tried to engage heading mode but this didn't work; is it correct that the FD stays in app mode as long as the AP is engaged?Thanks Peter Meinel

  11. It was my understanding that the taxi light will shut off after take off, or landing gear retracts. This happened once that I can remember, the actual toggle switch automatically went to the off position.It's not happening anymore... Any ideas?

    Is anyone else having this problem. When I land the sound at touchdown sounds like glass breaking.This started after SP1, all other sounds are fine. I uninstalled FSX and did a complete reinstall of all myFSX addons and the problem hasn't changed. Anyone have any ideas?     Hello everyone.Yesterday I installed service pack 1 and I noticed that performance manager not works as it should. When I'm change virtual cockpit displays to low resolution landing gear lights change position.Another problem with performance manager is that when i change virtual cockpit model to low resolution it change position as well. At high resolution everything works fine.I hope it will be repaired soon.

    Post installing the NGX SP1 and 600/700 expansion I was descending to land at Sydney on a short hop from Coffs Harbour (flight time under an hour) when I decided to speed things up by increasing time compression to 4x. A couple of minutes later I thought I'd try 8x and upon clicking on "Options" in the FSX menu bar, experienced by first ever CTD with the NGX. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone have a fix? My system specs are in my signature.

    Hello.I have seen many pictures of 737 cockpits. All pictures with the Collins Style the Monitors and the clock have a blue colour. But if you use the Collins Style with the pmdg, the clock´s colour is a brown colour, the same colour as in the honeywell style.Why isn´t the clock blue with the collins style?Frank

  21. I start my first flight with AES at KSFO and noticed, that the 737NGX make heavy hops and jumps during the pushback!Has anyone seen the same thing too? At a other forum i read, that the "static_pitch" in the aircraft.cfg must be increase, but i'm not sure, what the result of it for the 737 afterincrease this parameter?? Default is "static_pitch=-0.65", how much I can increase this value?

    Hi allHaving a great time with the PMDG 73* range. However, today I had a problem which I am unsure if it's a software or user error. I began a descent from FL310. I first select about 1500 VS to allow the engines to come back midway, then after a few minutes I will use the FLCH mode. This time around I had selected VS mode then the phone rang (its at this point pilot error could be identified). The cruise speed was 0.78mach, and as I was busy this was the selected speed all the way down to 4000alt.     Hi all,after SP1 my Startup-Rolling - until airborne - looks very fast, to fast! I give full power (F4) at once and 2 or 3 sec. later the aircraft is rolling already very very fast... (only in 2d-panel)... on the other hand the speedstrip shows normal increasing speed! What can I do?GreetingsNorbert
