PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hello! So some flights I have been doing lately (longer ones) in the 737NGX, I have been putting in higher and higher altitudes in the FMC. But at the T/D, the plane would go between -1200 to -2400fpm, then ~10nm from my selext alt, it would tell me "Dest. Path unachievable". I usually over ride this by manually putting in the -vs in the MCP. That would result me in going 300kts under 10,000. Anyone know a way where I can fix this? On shorter flights, this isn't a problem, but it seems that the distance between T/D to select alt. (usually between 3800 and 1800) is manageable for RNAV> Thanks! -Valley.

Hi guys, I have a strange problem with my PMDG 737 NGX 600/700/800/900. Sometimes the right OR the left thrust won't work(react) anymore. It appears suddenly and very random. Sometimes just one of the thrusts work during the Cold and Dark, after the take-off, during the approach or i can finish my flight without problems. No bugs with the PMDG T7 so far.Other Aircraft work properly and without any problems. It's only the NGX with the annoying bug. I have no idea what to do. I checked and probably missed when doing a search on the forum. What is the solution to resolving uncommanded rolls to left and right of LNAV heading? I'm having the same problem with the PMDG 777 too. Wing and engine heat is on. I tweak the trim stabilizer trim tabs to help with crosswinds. Still have the rolls. Welcome any guidance on this.

Dear Community Sorry to bother here I try since 4 weeks to reactivate my PMDG 737 NGX.My old computer broke down,have a new one-new FSX Install-->tried to reinstall NGX and 600/700 extension.So the product code does not fit to the install exe's anymore(although all the originall ones) .So I need new codes and or new downloads I tried Mail in PMDG Product support-->3 times Mail to PMDG site administrator PM to Admin here Nothing worked yet As I am in a very different time zone phone is an issue too. Is there a direct to waypoint feature on the NGX? What if you realize you missed a waypoint and don't want to fly 100 NM backwards, or simply want to go from the point where you activated the autopilot to the waypoint without going straight to the programmed route, then turning into it? My third issue is, first time ever noticed, but on a climb, I was suddenly at 16000 ft according to my HUD but in reality somewhere around 12000ft, it reset a few minutes later. Patrick Boynton

Hello, i got some questions about the PMDG 737 NGX, well im used to the default 737 but after i saw the PMDG i got that one instead. So when i gonna fly from A-B i always use APP Button, but when im in the air and press it nothing happens. So how to fix this? And when i want to autoland with the default 737 i just enter the runway freq into NAV1 and press APP button and the plane land for me descending and all, i just take autopilot off 2 secs before i touch down. So the second thing, how to autoland with the PMDG 737 it seems not to be in same way as the dafault 737?.... I have been looking on youtube to solve the problems i have, but i dont get it. Hi,I need help I purchased and downloaded a new PMDG 737 800/900 NGX from precisionmanuals.com followed instructions In the manual to intialise cold and dark.I have tried the FMC panel state load,exec the cold and dark LONG state.The green initialization bar at the top of the screen counts down, but the FMC doesn't is go into blank mode (COLD & DARK ) when everything is completely off.I have tried several times still no luck .What exactly could be wrong with PMDG NGX 737 or FMC? Hi i cant install the PMDG 737-800/900 service pack 1 because it says must install the 600/700 first. Now i have already installed the 600/700 and updated them with there expansion package SP1c. Its still giving me the same problem. How do i fix this problem?

Hello all, i've been looking for a solution to the issue I am having with the 737 ngx during takeoff. It is annoying I have to apply constant (and I think Extreme) pressure to the yoke to try to keep the ac on the centerline during takeoff. If I let go during take off, it veers wildly to the left- not as much as a one-engine takeoff, but if it were real world, I'd have quite a few upset passengers. The engines seem tio be in sync, no variance in N1 or N2. This occurs every time in any wind condition including calm, and I'm not seeing any failures active (although I used to see a lot of brake overheat, but not with this installation) Whenever i do a fresh install, you can…

Hi, Not sure if i'm posting in the right place so forgive me if i'm not: My issue: After my first few flights in the excellent NGX my autopilot stopped engaging. I tried everything, making sure both flight directors were on, making sure aircraft was trimmed with no control inputs, cycling a/p on and off but no joy! So I re-installed fsuipc4, no change! I re-installed NGX and bingo...it started working again! Now after 3/4 flights it won't engage at all again. I've tried the exact same flights with when it was working, with fair weather, light load, balanaced trim...but no joy! Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone tell me what might be wrong? Hello, So, after I installed a fresh win7 64bit, FSX SP2, REX OD+ Essential, FSUIPC 4.92 and NGX sp1c [all legal for the sceptic...]. Hi. I just intalled PMDG 737 base P. I installed it but then the Fatal error message appeared. I then tried to open my PMDG 777 but then again Fatal error occured. This never happend before, just now after installing PMDG 737. I tried the default but the same issue. Can some1 please provide me with help?

G'day, so I've been keeping an eye out for retail availability of the PMDG 737NGX in Europe for about a month now but haven't had much success. For the record, I live in Germany but definitely want the English retail version. I believe the only shop that had it in stock was Aerosoft at a fairly hefty €59.90. I seem to remember that Amazon.co.uk used to have it in stock for a price somewhere in the €40s last year but right now Amazon.co.uk only appears to have the French CD version listed. Hi! The last few days, I've been having some issues autolanding my NGX. I've been flying with the FSCaptian demo and PRO-ATC-X active, always doing a CLDDRK startup from the www.carsten-rau.de-manual. The airports I've been having trouble at are KLAX (ILS7R) and KRNO (Or CYYC, I can't really remember). There's no problem setting up the VNAV and LNAV, I capture the localizer and G/S just as usual, have the ILS frequency and CRS plotted in both autopilots, but still, it won't autoland. The two problems manifested in different ways: On the first one, in Reno, when I activated the second autopilot, the first autopilot disconnected, and vice versa, and I had to land manually.…

Hey, Just recently bought PMDG's 737 NGX but was disaapointed to find that I'm getting an error. The error occurs when I try to exit FSX while in the NGX, this doesn't happen with any other aircraft. I've tried compatibility mode and troubleshooter but no success. Any ideas? I would be grateful to the person who helps me fix this error.

Have been installing PMG 747 liveries for a while OK. Have just bought 737NGX and despite following "Install Liveries" guide the new "easier install manager" I can not install anything. Install manager "stops working" Is this a Zip download problem ? I need help. What worries me is that PMDG are proposing to adopt their new Livery Manager across the board of all of their products. Hello folks, I'm bringing a quote from a fellow pilot from the aviation forum where I hang out. I find this absolutely true. The same as geometry of cockpit windows. The 737NG looks kinda tall. In real life they have a smaller cockpit with overhead much lower than default pmdg virtual cockpit. Personally, I dont fly 737, but I'm a real world pilot too, been in NG cockpit many times. Hi Guys. Been a long time since I've done any flying with the 737NGX but have some spare time to use. Okey, so I am fairly competant with all of PMDG's product as I have been using them for years now, but i mus admit i am kinda puzzled right now. There seems to be some issues regarding loading a pre-made flightplan in to the FMC. This is the case for both 737NGX and 747-400X. As the title says, thats the error message I am getting when trying to load a flightplan. (and invalid entry) Adding destination in RTE menu just states airport not in database or something like that.. Did som googling and some mention that the file name need to hav 11 or 12 letter etc…

Folks, After selecting 737 house livery, everything is working, edit the FMC, but after several minutes, the main panel and overhead panel stops. No HDG or any button will work anymour. What i have done : replace CFG, no result Reinstall both 737 and 777, no result. Reinstall FSX, no result. Clean install W7-64, no result. are there any options left ?

Hi, I just purchase PMDG 737NGX basic and after installation quality is like old microsoft graphic. MY settings are on the ultra high. Also there is no 3D flightdeck. Is there any add or anything special that i need to do? Thank you for help... Simon

Have just installed a new button in my throttle quadrant next to Horn Cutout. Got it wired up and got its signal into Windows game controllers. Now I need help to make this signal act on the Horn cutout button in the NGX. I was looking for a key combination you can press on the keyboard or an FSUIPC offset you can use to access this function but I cant find anything. Help, please.
