PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi, i'm new to PMDG 737NG. i have a unique problem. After nearing the Localiser i activate the N1 button and the aircraft would turn and line up with the localiser, then once the glide slope indicator would come alive, i activate the APP switch but nothing happens(the green light doesn't light up as it would when i press the other buttons) , the aircraft just goes straight pass the glide slope. I have set the NAV 1 frequency on both the autopilot to the desired approach. and when i try to activate the second Auto Pilot, the 1st autopilot would switch off. Is any one else having this issue --I'm using Opus and as far as I know unless I missed something in the settings at upper cruise Fl330 as an example, not all that frequent but frequent enough the o'l girl will get a good kick in the side and she'll bank then shake a little and go back to normal . It only does it with this bird -it's the only jet I fly anyway as everything else I fly is general airplanes and don't have that problem as with then I'm always at 10,000 feet to maybe 15,000 feet. Hi I downloaded EZDOK today, intalled it and runned the EZCA config file. It all worked fine. But when i load the PMDG 737 and start EZDOK, the aircraft isn't opened in the EZdok camera addon. I can't move arround anymore because i removed the key assignments. And i can't add a new camera stand, then i get an error: Acces violation at addres 00424CEC in module EZCA.exe. Read of addres 00000004. Can someone please help, because i don't know what to do! Gr Ruud

Hey, I have a problem with the PMDG 737NGX. When I was completing my flight controls test the yoke wouldn't move all the way to the right, left, up or down. I have tried the repair section on the installation wizard but no luck. I have also tested other aircraft and they didn't have this problem. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me. Thanks! PS-The yoke only moves about 10 degrees

I really like flying the NGX, I just can't put up with the constant Porpoising/Bobbing in AP climb with head wind anymore. I understand from searches that there is no fix, anyone? oops, wrong forum.

First of all I would like to say hello to everybody as I am here for the first time. I've just bought pmgd 737 and I am really very happy to fly this plane. After a few short flights I have however one strange plane's behaviour. There is no STEP to line on FMC's cruise page. Does anybody knows why? Thanks in advace for any tips. Regards Andrzej

Hello All PMDG states addons require FSX/SP2. I have FSX with Acceleration pack installed. MS says do not install SP2 if you have acceleration pack. So, is it permissable / correct to install 737NGX into FSX w/acceleration pack and ignore the sp2 requirement? Thanks in advance!

What My problem is the ZFW is different to the one in the 737 800 WL single class FMC - PFPX ZFW 42991 737 ZFW 41400 I have configured those two plans together by only using adults set to 79kg!

Hello all,I have a problem with sound which is not solvable with pressing Q twice or going to a fsx menu.I believe it was introduced after HF4 but i am not sure.When i startup the NGX in cold and dark with everything off (also all pack switches) i can still hear the sound of the packs (checked this with the sound files) in external view.The cockpit is completely silent.Now when i switch the external power on and after that cut external power again the pack sounds die off and all is silent.Is there a way to fix this or wait for SP1?Thanks in advance William S.

Hello there chaps im having a problem here i hope somebody can help me with, I installed the plane no problem the Direct x ran alright and the runtime as well the activation was accepted without a hitch and i clicked on all the pop ups as they appeared but when i openend the plane in fsx i did not have a countdown i believe this is the inialization and when the cockpit came up all the screens were blank and i could not turn them on also as soon as i tried to brighten the lights i get a ctd is there anybody that can please help me with this ive tried both the old installer and the new one but the same results, i just want to be able to fly this great looking plane again. Hello ALL, Being a 777 user for a couple of months I bought the 737 the other day. I noticed that when I finish flying and then hit ESC in order to go to the main menu options a CTD occurs. Ideas on how to solve this? Thanks. PE

Not sure what it is but lately when I start the NGX in a cold & dark state I constantly hear a noice when in the cockpit although everything is shut OFF and cold & dark. I only hear the sound when in the 2D or v/c, not in spot view or any other external views. I have no ground connections of any kind connected to the a/c. I have tried to find what sound it is by going through the sounds in the PMDG folder in the FSX Sound folder and the closest match I've found is the PMDG_737_NoseGearRattle.wav file/sound. Anyone else have this sound in cold & dark or know how to get rid of it? I have tried to overwrite the cold & dark panel state with a new one but this …

Does anyone know what PMDG uses for Empty weight, max zero fuel, max takeoff, max ramp, max landing. Pax capacity, and fuel capacity for the 737-800ngx? I use topcat and pfpx and would like to have the excact info that pmdg puts into there ngx. Thank you Steven Pow

Can someone please tell me if this sequence is correct for an autolanding? Once low and close enough to the G/S, click VOR lock then APP, after G/S capture engage both Autopilots, then thats it. Since I cant add my name in a signature until April 11th, I'll just put it here. -Ben Angelo

New product - new install 737ngx. i7-3.5GHz-16GB Ram-Win7x64-1TB SSD-21.5MBs download-virus scan off-no other apps running-FSX in C:/fsx not x86-FSX with Acceleratorpack Now past 3-hours and still "Installing Direct-X" going back to 2007 and forward to 2010 and repeat - slider is progressing to about 75% but L O N G time. Seems as though application installed quickly but this install of DirectX seems ridiculously slow. This was of course initiated by the v1.0 installer as purchased. Is this normal??
