PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi Folks Hopefully someone can help me out with a couple of issues I am having currently with the PMDG NGX at the moment? 1, The fuse panels befind the seats in the cockpit are see through as if they are windows? How do I go about fixing this. I have tried removing the shaders fix, uninstalled and still the same! <_< 2, I am also experiencing engine Startup issue engine 1 starts fine but engine 2 starts to wind up but then stops at 18.1 and thats it. If I apply ground air the engine will start but then I only have power to one engine? :( The last thing I installed was PMDG 777 which works fine! I've had a number of problems climbing the 737-800WL. It seems like the actual (virtual) thrust output of the engines isn't matching the indicated N1, and the autoflight system gets confused struggling to keep the plane in the air. On one flight, I was at about 12000', 98% or so N1. The FD had the plane pitched 5 degrees nose *down* and it was unable to accelerate much above 200 knots. Fuel was lightly loaded (wing tanks only) and reasonable passenger load. This flight was so out of whack I had to abort, I couldn't even maintain clean speed. Hi All, So i have had this for quite some time and i never had really the idea to adress the situation. It only seems to happen with the Captains FMC, when you press SHIFT + 3 to bring up the Captains FMS, it feels as my mouse cursor is kinda jumping from button to button, and it makes things extremely difficult to enter the data in. It dosent seem to occur with the FO FMS. Jack

Hi i have gone and got myself FMS yearly updates and cloud charts! My question is along my IFR route on descent i have a waypoint that says unable to do 280 kias at xxxx now i want to check that waypoint on my route to see if it is a soft or hard speed restriction! I can't seem to see the speeds on the En Route chart for the waypoints or don't they have them? If not where else can i find these restrictions? There on the SIDs and STARs which i can see clearly. Hello All, I recently installed the PMDG 737 NGX on my flight sim PC. However, I have been having issues when loading up/selecting the aircraft from the free flight menu. Everytime I load the aircraft, FSX just freezes (for about 5 minutes). After 5 or so minutes I am able to see the aircraft spinning in the preview window and move it around. When I go ahead and load the flight, the loading takes the usual time but again as soon as the scenery,airport and 737 NGX is loaded, FSX freezes again for couple of minutes. Once resumed it works for couple of seconds before freezing again. I have noticed that if I try doing anything with the aircraft VC, it seems to freeze up F…

I have just started using FSX and PMDG 737NGX. I would like to save certain aircraft conditions so that upon start up of FSX the aircraft begins from that condition.( for example- on the ground, cold, Batt off, no engines running, no IRS already aligned) I have set this up and tried to save it but upon start up the engines are running and the IRS's are aligned. I am just starting with this software so I have much to learn, can anyone help with this. I am very familiar with the 737NG just not this program. Thanks for any help you may offer

So I have an NGX 737 by PMDG and I love it, but I HATE the stock texture of boeing on it. How do I add a different skin to it such as british, emirates, american, etc. Thats all i want to know. I have the PMDG 737 and want to use it with the saitek multipanel and switchpanel. But a lot of buttons are not working. I have read that there is this application SPAD you can use to make it work . I am not sure if i used it correctly, but it did not work. My question is, is it possible to use the multipanel and swithcpanel completely working with the PMDG 737? Regards,

Hi all, been enjoying my NGX, but still having a few problems with the systems. I had to do a full FSX reinstall a couple of weeks ago. After reinstalling the NGX, I have what FCOM v2 says are TCAS limit lines on the PFD that I can't seem to rid myself of. Any help is very appreciated.

Ok on the ground i can't select LNAV or VNAV but after takeoff i can? I have set up the FMC correctly. Second, taking off from EGKK rnav SID rwy 8r there are speed and alt rest my aircraft holds me and gets me at my alt restrictions ok but not my speed it holds me at 250 and the waypoints are 210 so i get an FMC message saying unable to do 210 blah blah why doesn't it reduce speed?

Hello people! Today I made some flights with a B736 aircraft with honeywell MCP and analog standby-instruments installed. I was not able to made an autoland. Is this normal with this configuration? I don't get the "LAND3" indication on the PFD as in other aircraft configurations (for example Collins MCP). Instead of "LAND3", it stays on "CMD" an no futher. RWY alignment during autopilot approach was also horrible.

Hi, I am opening a new thread so those of us that have any Opencockpit hardware like EFIS, MCP etc. can read about the devolpment and progress regarding integrating OC hardware and SIOC software with the B737-800 NGX via the awating SDK from PMDG.
