LINDA Support

Can someone take a look at this error report from LINDA? I had installed both files as required in my modules folder. I was able to program the switches I wanted on my Thrustmaster Warthog as I did for my NGX. There's an error in there about a folder not found, but I checked and the file/folder is where it should be.The problem is that no switches move in my Dash, and when I restart Linda, it comes up with this window: HID Device changed me = 12:33:52 (17:33Z) Starting everything now ... I'm very new to Linda, but I working on assigning switches to the Carenado b200 using Linda and or FSUIPC. I have made several assignments but am having problem with the Inverter switch, and the two bleed air switches. If I open the console (on both FSUIPC and Linda) and click either of these buttons on the panel, in FSX, I get nothing in the box, no hex addresses or anything. It looks as if these panel switches don't really do anything. Anyone have any ideas or direction you can point me in. I'm in the early stages of designing / prototyping a cockpit. Can Linda or a user help me out, just received my new saitek controls, howver I don't know how to set them with linda ( or in fsx ).

Hi Being a newcomer to the Linda module and having searched without success, could anyone help me please? I have the Aerosoft Airbus X & the Saitek Multi Panel (the one with the autopilot functions) plus a full registered copy of FSUIPC and the SPAD drivers. I downloaded the lastest AXE Linda profile, however I cannot no matter what I try is get the Autopilot functions to integrate with the Airbus FCU? For example I tried to map the AP1 master to the Linda AP1 script and no joy? Does anyone have a breif how to guide as it would be great to get these two to sync' especially if Aerosopft are close to realeasing the SP Any help/guidance always appreciate…

I have LINDA setup with the PMDG NGX. I am contemplating getting the iFly for the -900ER. My question is, does anyone know if the NGX assignments work with the iFly? Using the MCP2. Thanks

I have gotten my PMDG 777 working perfectly with my saitek autopilot panel and my switch panel. But the problem is LINDA only remembers the settings in the original aircraft I did all the programming in, which was an Air Canada 777-200LR. I'd like to be able to fly the 777F and other carriers as well, but if I choose a different plane, it doesn't remember the controls. I haven't found an easy way to save my Air Canada LINDA commands and easily import them to each other livery. It would be a LOT better if I could just have the commands applied to the entire set of 777-200 and 777F files. Any help? James Burke

Hello Simmers, I've recently started to use LINDA to do all my button assignments. That works great. However, I have custom Panel, with Korry Syle switches with LEDs on an Arcaze USB board using the Arcaze FSUIPC connector and the offsets 0x66c0 to 0x66c4. FSUIPC 4.931 Registered Win7 64 Linda 113 Saitek Yoke/quad and 2nd quad. Several FS Control keys do no work, example, 65751 Landing Lights Toggle 66240 Taxi Lights Toggle Since most keys do work, it seem that these items has been blocked or deleted in the library. Dear fellow simmers, Banging my head to the wall with this issue and cannot solve it by myself - might be missing something small, but then again, I quess these forums are meant to find answers if it cannot be found anywhere else. Im using VR insight MCP Combo with my PMDG 777 and it works like charm - no worries. However, when I change the 777 to 777F, it does not work anymore. I checked the log and it did not seem to show any errors. If I change back to PAX version, it works again. No matter whether I use the PMDG777 or PMDG777LR from the Linda drop down menu - it does not work with the 777F. Im sure im missing something here, maybe someone could push me to …

Hello Linda Support Forum I'm using Win7 Pro, 64 on a laptop with 1366 X 768 max screen size. When the Linda GUI loads it's height is greater than the available viewing space. The bottom cannot be seen. The windows re-size handle does nothing and no re-size arrows show up in the corner Is this normal? (screenshot available)

It's used to designate in VRS F18 but 'enter' and 'backspace' are not recognized with the keypress recording. Well they are recognized, but as commands. Enter just dismisses the dialog. backspace erases any key displayed in the textbox.

Hello all this is my first post with reference to Linda and the A400 I have been reading how to find the lua controls within the tracer section Linda. Having found them I am at a total loss of how to make the system controls (Module) for this aircraft I am afraid at my age ( 60) I for the life of me don't understand how to programme these modules, looking at for example the edit section of the Avro 146 module it just confuses the life/hell out of me is there any step by step instructions line by line what each of these mean and how you add a control, please don't say read the 2 manuals as I have and can get on with programming the standard fsx/fsuipc controls but this m…

Hello, the DC-9 module does not seem to work for me. Only a few functions work -- autopilot on button, course knob and the radios. The LCD displays the heading, altitude, speed, etc. The NGX 737 and iFly work fine. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and/or fix? I have the MCP combo II. Thanks. David

With FSX, F2 is pressed and held to engage reverse thrust. FSUIPC4 can be programmed to assign a joystick or throttle quadrant button (I use the Saitek Throttle microswitch button) to brake the aircraft on landing. However, this cannot be used as a LINDA command as F2 opens the Lua Editor. Is there a FSX Command that can be used in Linda to activate reverse thrust?

Hi, I'm new to LINDA and exploring it to see if it can enhance the possibilities of my CH Throttle Quadrant. Sofar I've got it working, so no problems here. I use the F1 Mustang sim and I was wondering: F1Must CutOffL/R on and off: the levers in the VC switch position (0,4) very fast: is it possible to slow this down to get a realistic visual impression of a lever being pulled back? Hi, I have VR MCPII (boeing), have downloaded LINDA, serial FP2, have FSUIPC, and the PMDG 77L...and am completely stuck. When the sim is started, Linda text appears in the sim (when I reload etc), and the MCP is connected to Linda (there is numbers etc on the MCP), however the two do not seem to talk with one another...ie doing anything to the MCP does nothing in the sim. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Alex

Since 1.13 was released, the Saitek Switch panel works a treat. Thought i would try the autopilot panel , and that works as well! nice bonus! Just wondering - the screen does not come one automatically - although the buttons work, the screen doesnt come on. Is there something that can be done?
