Hi, i am running a selfmade A320-homecockpit with FSX on a Win7 - 2 PC-System, FSUIPC, WideFS, Arcaze-USB-Modules, LED-Drivers and display-Modules. Due to performence problems i connected 3 of my 7 USB-Devices to the second PC (not running FSX) and connected them via WideFS with FSUIPC. I defined all Buttons, Switches and Analog-Devices in FSUIPC, using the FSX-Controls and FSUIPC-Offsets spending a lot of time including programming some LUA-procedures and editing the FSUIPC.CFG. I'm having issues with the multipanel. It's not reading the in-game parameters and the rotary knob does not do anything at all. I'm just using LINDA, no Spad, no Saitek drivers.

Hi all! Getting the usual problem here-somehow, somewhere I've done something and it wont work! As I shut down from my latest flight early hours of Friday Morning, I finished up and closed P3d V3.1 and Linda 2.6.7 in the usual way, with everything functioning. This morning I restarted my dedicated FS rig up for a ferry flight (same aircraft, position, all that jazz) and low and behold, something is not right. The adjustment of any function on my MCP (Boeing), whilst changing the display on the hardware appropriately, has no affect on the sim. Hi i am trying to get the saitek radio panel to work i have copied the info from saitek.lui to the config. it lights up and works the only problem is the numbers only display 00000 nothing else. i can change the dial and it changes in game not on the panel. any help would be awsome thanks

I don't know if this is the correct section to post. I'm modifing/editing a LUA plugin in FSX:SE, so when I change and save the .lua file I need to test it in FSX:SE (I use FSUIPC to start .lua plugin via keypress). Every time I want to test modifications I have to exit FSX and reload it, so is there a way to avoid it and test my edited plugin? Thanks a lot

I have searched files on my PC hoping to find an .ini or .cfg file to do a resize but none found. Also checked the forums. I would like to shrink the GUI so that it will not overlap other screens on the same monitor. Help appreciated Neal H

Hi all, I'm new to Linda. I am in the process of setting up Saitek's switch panel with Linda. While I was able to do the lights, gear, battery I was unable to find specific commands for certain switches: - Fuel Pump - De-Ice - Pitot Heat What should I set the above to? I found this list and it came in somewhat handy. http://www.fsgs.com/page/pmdg777 However that is for Spad.next and I would like to stick to Linda and regular Spad if possible. Thanks. I'm trying to setup the controls for the FSL Concorde X, in P3D and I have the CP side in Mode1 and FO side in Mode2, but when I switch to Mode2, I can see the FO controls are set in Linda, but what I see move in the VC are the CP controls. This goes for the HDG/TRK, VOR/LOC and the HDG rotary toggle. Another thing I cant get to work are the radio frequencies. I tried my Saitek Radio panels through SPAD direct, as well as through SPAD with control numbers send to FSUIPC and the FSX default assignments in Linda, but nothing works. Hi I have set LINDA to autostart with P3d v3 and that works fine but I always need to shift-tab back LINDA after P3D start to select my "A2A "Cessna 172" profile for it to work, no profile is auto selected. Is there a way to have the Cessna profile start automatically eacht time so I dont need to go back to LINDA after P3D starts? I have no other aicraft in LINDA other than the A2A Cessna. Thanks Mike

Hello - First off, because I'm not sure I've ever had cause to post in the LINDA forums before, thanks for a great addon. It's been a required part of my sim setup for a long time now. Now.. I've recently started mucking about with P3D, and currently have 3.0 installed. I've had no issues with LINDA whatsoever, life has been good. I was able to copy in some of my aircraft modules that I normally use with great success. The issue I've run into is upon installing the RealAir Legacy. Real Air has followed the recommendation put forth by LM in that they have the Legacy installed outside of the usual folder structure. Because of this, when I go to create a new …

Hi I have just setup a parallel installation of P3D v3.1 on my D drive with FSX on my main C drive. I installed the latest version of FSUIPC 4 on my D drive, and as per instructions installed Linda 2.6.7 in my Modules folder. Once set up it shows all the main hardware of Insight TT switch panel, CH yoke, CH Throttle, and Sidewinder Joystick are configured. I also have CH pedals, but these do not seem to appear in the latest version of Linda. I also have EZDOK installed and working OK. When I run P3D, the CH yoke works for a second or so, then as the window announcing "Linda is working" appears, the CH yoke stops responding. I checked the Properties section o…

I am using Linda 2.6.7 with P3D 3.1 and a Saitek Yoke and I am not getting any controls working in P3D. I have a brand new FSUIPC.ini after backing up my old one. Axis assignment is still done through FSUIPC like always, and all Joystick buttons have been removed from P3D's settings Linda seems to be sending controls to P3D but they aren't actually doing anything in the sim. Elevator, Ailerons etc assigned through FSUIPC work but nothing else. I have made a module for the Maule M7 that comes default with P3D but it is just a clone of the standard Default Module. Linda picks up my yoke perfectly and I can assign buttons, and as you can see in the log below …

Ok so LINDA was working fine for me and now after wanting to return to the cockpit after a week or so something seems to be wrong. When I load the game up and open up LINDA and click on FSX sync it quickly changes to aircraft I'm currently using (Majestic Dash 8) but then immediately reverts back to "--Aircrafts--". If I try to select it manually (either the Dash 8 profile or Default Aircraft) I get the message Range Check Error. Also when I start LINDA it is in unshifted mode and every time I change the mode I hear annoying beep. And no matter what you do once you change it to shift 1 there is no going back to any other mode unless you restart it and then turn back on a…

Hello, I installed a PMDG 777 file into Linda and everything works fine. Except: The reverser is opening but nothing happens when I press the botton continously. In FSX/P3D there was a possibilty to assign Reverse Thrust on Key F2. With constant pressing the reverse thrust increased. This command is not available in P3D 3.1. Is there a way to import it? I also did not find a reverser command in FSUIPC. rgds Harry Forstner

Title says it all. I've seen it done but cannot see anywhere how to do it. Is there an option in the LINDA installer? I haven't actually bought P3D yet so I do not know as I need to be sure I can use LINDA first. Thanks.

Hello, I just had windows 10 and I've just finished installing FSX Version Fsuipc 4.939 + SerialFP2 for VRinsight combo1 + Saitek x52 I prefer to set up the combo Linda VRinsight so I downloaded version 1.13 linda. I install it. I have serialfp 2 that tells me is the VRinsight in com3 port. Hi Scot. I keep running into an issue with a variable within a function that I can solve but I do not like the solution. I use a Saitek Yoke and throttle with the switch panel and I set each button/switch with 2 tasks. To call one or the other, i use button 1 on the yoke to select the second task and when not pressed, the first task is called within each function a signed to different switches, every one of my functions are in the action.lua file inside my aircraft folder. I'm setting up my controllers with the latest profile for the MJC-Q400 and all buttons and switches work, but everything that translates to a rotary knob (CRS, HDG, ALT, NAV Source) doesnt respond in the cockpit. I tried several rotary dials (the type that send button presses for up and down, I dont know the what they're actually called...), as well as actual buttons, from several controllers (Rotaries from Saitek Radio dials 8x, Saitek Multi panel, VRI MCP Combo, as well as buttons on the same, plus a VRI T&T panel) and tried every control-function I could find in LINDA (From Saitek section, Default FSX section and of course MJC-Q400 profile, version 2.3), but nothin…

Is there a way to set the button repeat speed? When I had the buttons in FSUIPC the reversers worked well and were up to 100% shortly after touch down. With Linda they take about 1/2 the runway to deploy fully and it seems to be due to a slow button repeat.

Everything was working fine until I upgraded to P3D V3.1. I have a Saitek Yoke and throttle quadrant. I use FSUIPC for the axis's and Linda for the buttons. I have set up the button at the bottom of the throttle lever to DECR thrust on select and same for repeat. On release sets the throttle to 0. This was working fine. Since 3.1 it works until the release and it sets the throttle to zero but then pulls the reversers back again. Move the lever down and back and same thing over and over. Can't keep it out of the reverser. I deleted the assignments and it stopped. Could not figure out how to stop it so removed them out of Linda and put the exact same thing into FSUIPC …

Linda 2.6.7 Module MSFS Default aircraft's Version 1, FSX PMDG 777-200LR Scot. Apologizes for posting in the wrong forum. I have checked my /FSX/modules/linda/ and linda-cfg/aircraft/ folders and the both contain the PMDG 777-200LR. Linda still wont sync with FSX. I have noticed that in /FSX/modules/linda/aircrafts/PMDG 747-400 there is a "ident.lua"file. the PMDG 747 works fine as does the default 737. When I open the same folder for the PMDG 777-200LR there is no "ident.lua". I have renamed the old ident lua file (I had saved on my desktop) which was named PMDG 777 to PMDG 777-200LR and copied it into /FSX/modules/linda/aircrafts/PMDG …
