Hey you guys i was just on a flight from Casablanca to Marseille on a PMDG 737 and my aircraft was over stressed and it's do to that sudden movement i guess from weather and the airspeed rises and altitude dropes or rises up i am sure you guys know what i am talking about. Does anybody know what to do about that to make it stop. let me add that i was getting automatic updates from the web during my flight. Best Regards Adib Afraj

I am wondering if PMDG has a WX Radar on their 737's. I am wanting to know, because on my plane, all the buttons for the WX Radar are there, but the mouse doesn't turn into a hand when you mouse over them.Thomas Bate

Hi Guy's,can anyone tell me if the flight plan created in FS Nav can be exported into FS9 then the PMDG aircraft at all please, then into the FMC in the 737,sorry if it's been covered before, but I couldent find anything on it

Jens-Albert Schenk has written what appears to be a very comprehensive and very well presented tutorial on the 737NG, from a cold & dark start to cold & dark stop(:-)). Unfortunately(for me), it is in the German language, and mine is primitive, to say the least. Everyone know that alot of people saying because of slow computers VC frame rates are killer on PMDG 737NG, why not PMDG team for their products come with choose of VC texture instalation for thier customers. Like flihgt1 did it,ATR 72-500 product, you can install DTX texture if you have slow computer. I hope that if PMDG team decide on this we would love to have update on 737NG first, just the DTX textures.I must add that PMDG rocks all the way and there is no doubt that their product not good not great but MAGNIFICENT!!!!!Burakhttp://www.flythy.com/images/banner.jpg

Hi. I am a very new user to the PMDG 737-600/700 NG. In my FMC, I have found that some characters displayed as some little squares. It is shown in the attached file. I suspect that would be the outcome of setting my regional setting to Chinese(Taiwan). However, I need to do so as my daily activities requires my regional setting to taiwan, is there a way for the FMC to display the characters normally? Thank you very much!Gilbert/

I just bought the 737 800-900 series and am loving it so far! It runs flawlessly on my home PC, but I am having trouble running it on my laptop. I followed the advice in the "readme" and reinstalled the base version, but it wouldn't allow me to reinstall the 1.3 update for some reason. Should I attempt to delete the entire PMDG installation and start again?Thank you in advance.Roger P.

Hi guys, I'm not sure if I'm going crazy but I'm almost sure I heard the #### betty (or #### bobb :) callout "twenty five hundred" on my first 737 PMDG flight as the RA was activated. But it's been days now and I haven't heard it anymore, although I can hear all other callouts. Does anybody know what's wrong? Perhaps I was so excited with the level of realism on that first flight that I thought I heard it and it's not even programmed? Or is Bob mad at me?Thanks for the Help, Victor

I would like to know why at some airports it shows example: ILS 24R and others it might never show ILS but NDB 24R or just the rwy # and nothing before it. Yet these rwys still have ILS frequencies to them.I'd like to know from the experienced users why that is like that and is it possible my airac isn't updated i honestly doubt its my airac because no changes have been made to the airport (CYYZ)

Hi all. I have had the 737-600/700 add now for ages and have loved it so to not be able to use at present it killing me! The problem is that i had some viruses come down the line and this caused a few problems to the system, causing FS9 to uninstall itself...why...i don't know, my Norton anti virus failed to pick it up???!!! My old copy of FS9 has a knackered 4th disc due to a baby's sticky hands so i went out and brought another copy of FS9.....loaded it on and then loaded on the PMDG B1900 which was fine..worked ok.....but when i loaded on the 737-600/700 and then started up FS9 a box came up and said that i had the wrong FSPCUII.DLL (something like that anyway) file an…

I think that's the right phrase!When I run my mouse over the cockpit of any of the default FS9 aircraft I get a little box that pops up to tell me what each instrument is. Is there any way of enabling this in the 73NG?Victor

My system is as follows:Intel P4 3.2 Ghz CPUATI Radeon X800 XT Platinum Graphics Card1.5GB DDR RAM (possibly only running at single speed due to the set up of the sticks on the motherboard).I use add-on scenery as much as possible, yet with the above set up I do not get fps above 15 when around the airport. I know this is quite a good frame rate, but I would like to get it a bit faster just to make landing really smooth, as it is at the default FS airports.My question is regarding the RAM. I processor and graphics card are already quite good, but will increasing the RAM, and getting it to run at dual speed, allow me to enjoy fps of 20 in the PMDG 737 at add-on airports?Th…

Just curious if anyone has been brave enough to run a RAID 0 box?It's an all or nothing approach to notch up the I/O. I hear from one of the techs that does some of my installs that once hooked, you won't go back. At least until you blow a drive! ;-)I'm going to give it a whirl using 2 X 160G WD drives using the new Socket 775 Intel 915SP ASUS MB. I'm also going to use an ATI Radeon X700 pro PCI-Express with 256M 128Bit RAM and an Intel 3.4CPU. My hope is that RAID 0 will provide the extra I/O to compensate for the mid-range card. It is pretty simple really, my computer locks up about an hour into any flight with only the pmdg 737, any model. I can fly for hours in anything else with no problems, but why would I want to? Every time I'll be at cruising alt or almost there and wham, lock up. I've tried everything I know of, Burn in test for hardware, drivers, uninstall PMDG, reinstall, uninstall again, reinstall again. Its odd and I'm sure no one will no whats wrong as there are no real obvious signs of why it is failing, any ideas would be helpful. HII am a new user of the 737NG and while reading all forum and manuales I am still confused about the databasesI have downloades the lates AIRAC cycle from NAVDATA and the FMC shows the correct date. I loaded and fueled up my 737-700 and took off and all was well until halfway through my flight both my engines failed, I quickly scrambled for the abnormal procedures manual and ran through the appropriate failed engine drill and looked for the nearest field, after loosing 10,000. I looked at the fuel guages and both my wing tanks were empty but my central tanks were full, The problem was that I hadnt turned on the central fuel tank pumps.My question now is can I transfer fuel from wing tanks to central tanks and vice versa, I assume you can transfer between wing tanks such as if one engine failed.
