Hello Everyone!!I am a very happy PMDG -400 and -400F flyer with 240+ problem free hours since day 1 of both aircraft. My last two flights have been problematic though. Something has changed or I have just become ultra stupid all of a sudden ... a distinct possibility ... hahahaha. If you can see the attached jpg, you will see what I mean ..1. after preflight, perf init, takeoff page, the full process from cold and dark etc .. the VNAV climb page has ACT 0KT CLIMB ... ooops2. taking off and climbing out, initiating VNAV at 800 ft (or any other level while climbing out) ... is a disaster ... clicking VNAV ... with the climb page as described in 1 ... speed goes to 10…

Hello Folks,Picked up my PMDG 744 last week. Thought I'd practice some Touch and Go's over the weekend, but ran into some problems.As soon as I touch down and hit To/Go the route is deleted and I get NO ACTIVE ROUTE. When I then try to enter any waypoint again I get PROGRAM ERROR. I can select a ARR Runway from the DEP/ARR page, but it will only insert the runway, not the runway extension (this works when flying normally, as in no touch and go). Sometimes it seems to insert the Extensions into the legs page, but I get a Route discont. which I seem unable to resolve. So basically it leaves me with a dead FMC after having touched the runway. Should my airbrakes deploy on the PMDG 737 800 automatically on landing?They don't and I wondered why. Cannot find anything under search so maybe it is just a problem I am having.ThanksRenzo

Hi!i do a flyght with departure ksfo/egll, my route is:sfo rbl j3 lkv j3 imb j3 geg j517 ymm canel 6800n 06000w ecc.i enter in fmc n6800.0w06000.0 or n6800.0/w06000.0 or n68w060 or n68/w060 but the fmc tells me :NOT IN DATABASE.Why?i install latest irac, but i don't know the problem, please Help me!

Hi there new to lesson 1, is it me, my PC or does lesson 1 always want to connect to the web before fully loading up? Why??? Is there anyway of stopping this? Lesson 2 doesn't appear to do this..? Just curious, will the team try and get there planes to work with the new FSX, basically if i purchase planes can i rest assured that getting them to work in future sims is in the plans of PMDG?Maybe a stupid question but PMDG is the only place i purchased planes for FS9 and have no clue what happens for future sims.Thanks!

Hi fellow PMDG simmers.Enroute from KSEA to YSSY (long haul...)Can anyone tell me why the T/D doesn't show up on the navigation display. As you can see, the T/D shows up in the FMC. Could it be because I started out selecting RWY 34L and later was asigned to RWY 16L. When selecting RWY 34L I could see the T/D on the ND. It was after changing the RWY to 16L the T/D wasn't visible on the ND but only in the FMC.My fuel calculation was 40.200 Lbs. short according to my calculation. Hi all,I have noticed that with the PMDG 737/747, I can enter a course on the autopilot (eg hdg 050) and it will always be out by 3 degrees (eg hdg 047). Has anyone else encountered this problem and if they have, did they find a way to fix it? Any help with this would be most appreciated.Kind regards,Matthew

I've experienced computer reconfiguration because of HD problems and would like to Reinstall the 737's and 747. Could you provide me with the correct procedure for doing this (I believe I have all the files if they are not corrupted). I started with ver.1 for the 737's.Thanks,Wilbert

After a long period flying wonderfully without any problem my B747 Queen of the Skies, now the aircraft doesn't follows the control from autopilot and autothrottle. My FS9 is installed in a dedicated computer without Internet connection. I can not imagine what happened. Any people with a similar problem?. Many many thanks for your help.

HiI saw that there is a list of routes available with this package which is great.But is there a doc describing what they are, or if not would someone be kind enough to post what ther are?Also, can anyone reccomend a route planner that is easy to use to import flightplans into the PMDG FMC's either free or payware?Thanks a million!!!Regards,Gian

747-400F CargoI have set up my system with a second monitor to view the overhead panel there. I checked the appropriate box in options/various. When I attempt to drag the overhead to the other monitor all that happens is resizing the panel window. What am I missing here. In my display properties under setting I have the #2 monitor 'Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor' checked. From the primary monitor I can drag open app's to the secondary unit and back without any problems.Life is just one huge leaning curve,Bob Johnson

I've search everywhere for 747-400 Profiles. Either I'm using the wrong search words or there are none. I read somewhere about two profiles but I can't remember where.Can someone help?Thanks in advance to all who reply.Bill

Hi,I got a very big problem.When I'm flying the 737-600/700/800/900 I get a problem after takeoff.This is what happens: I program the FMC turn on the flight director, right as it has to be, before entering the runway arm autothrottle and VNAV, on the runway I increase the throttles to 40% N1, then activate TO/GA, take off, at 400 AGL I turn on CMD 1 and then...suddently the aircraft starts pointing nose up very steep, starts to turn the elevator trims up and down exessively, putting the nose up and down again, with 40

HI,I have recently started to get CTD (csrashes to desktop) and my pc auto re-starting after about two hours of flight, very very frustraing. Ben-A "Flame Out" is when the engine stops running for unknown reasons. ie: "The flame insdie the engine goes out." Could be caused by a wide range of mechanical problems.An "Engine Fire" may or may not mean that you have a fire in the engine nacelle. There is no such thing as a fire detector, per se- so what you have are some temperature sensing loops that provide monitoring of the temperature inside the nacelle areas, but outside the actual engine core itself.If the temperature in the nacelle area rises above a particular temperature limit, OR if the sensing loops lose conductivity for unknown reasons, you will get a fire warning for that engine. helloI have been having some trouble in getting the Altitude selector knob to advance eg 800-900-1000 ft etc. - the one that you would use in conjuction with autopilot etc. I can surly get it to decrease, but when i try to rotate it, vurtualy of course, it does not want to budge. - Any thoughts? All of a sudden i have started to experience random frequent autopilot disconnections during flight with my PMDG 747-400. I fly VATSIM and it gets very annoying when you're trying to listen to radio transmissions. Anyone know anything?? Thanks alot
