Hi, I am still having trouble with the sim PMDG 737 NG 600/700,up until 4/5 months ago this sim worked fine on 2002 Professionalnow when I try to open the sim the PC 'hangs' now all the other a/c work perfectly alright on the 2002,what might the problem be with the 737 ng,I have uninstalled/reinstalled,no joy, this is a mystery,been on the forum before and never got the answer to this problem,anyone else give me some 'help'regards aga

Hi, I wonder if anyone could shine some light on my questions =).1) For the PMDG 737NG, do other doors other than the main cabin one opens? And if so, what commands open them?2) How do I know when to retract the flaps on takeoff, and when to extend the flaps on landing? Related: when do I know when to decelerate, so I can get to a speed to extend the flaps?3) Can it be too early to press APP?Thanks.

this may sound trivial but, having returned to the flight deck after a long spell of r & a, I cannot get to unhide the menu bar on my cockpit screen !! my new aquisition of Rc4 doesnt seem to want to work without it. Help please? Neil clan

To all curious pilots and Zane767,I think I FINALLY found the cause of the strange autopilot behavior with my Queen. After a total reinstall FS9 and my PMDG aircraft, I tried it out the other day and everything worked fine. Well, the next day I went into the PMDG options menu and set up all my preferences and then tried out a flight in the Queen. The autopilot and autothrottle problem returned! Son of a @#%$&! Pitch commands were again being ignored in VNAV and all pitch modes. Later on, engines 3 and 4 mysteriously quit following A/T commands.Then it dawned on me what the problem might be. In the PMDG options menu under the AFDS section I had previously checked both …

I want to use DXT3 textures for my PMDG aircraft. In doing a search on this forum, I read that you can make a choice to use DXT3 when downloading or installing the add-on livery aircraft. However, I can't find this option. Would someone please advise me how to get DXT3's? I thinking of about 6 specific aircraft in the 737-800, 747-400 and 747-400F fleet. Thanks!!!

KATL is completely missing from my pmdg nav database. I looked in the folder and KATl is there but when I try and file a FP in the FMS it says "error runway 10 unknown" ??oops my fault I see KATL has added another runwawy, rwy 10 didn't even know :-0

Hello, The FMC is calculating reducted N1 figures when you use TO1 and TO2. The same is done for the reduced CLB 1 - 2. I think in real life these figures can (must) be checked manually be the crew. Which tabels are used for that in the AOM or Performance manual ? B. rgds Michel

Hello all,Does anyone have some good numbers to use for the PMDG Beech 1900D, im creating a flight planning profile for the aircraft in the DUAT system.I need TAS for climb, cruise, decent.... allong with fuel burn for climb, cruise and decent also.... any data for FL's 100 - 250 would be awsome as far as cruise TAS and burn.I also have a real 1900 checklist if anyone wants a copy.Best RegardsMark

It was posted a long time ago and now the post has been removed. There was supposed to be fix for the 1900C conversion to FSX. The problems were that the GPS picture is tilted in VC view and the sound had problems.Mike

When you emailed PMDG did you receive the automated response? I'm assuming not since you said you haven't heard anything back from them. That said, if you haven't received the automated response, either they aren't receiving your emails, or you aren't receiving theirs back. I'd check your junk/spam folders to see if maybe they got put in there. Hello,I've just simulated an AC Bus 2 failure in the 747. I notice the 'AILERON LOCKOUT' message but ailerons continue to function normally. Also I think a few EICAS messages are missing such as;YAW DAMPR LWRRUD RATIO SNGLTRANSPONDER RBODY GEAR STRGIRS AC RIGHTHYD PRESS DEM 2ELEC UTIL BUS LAlso there were no STAT page messages such as RUDDER RATIO, CABIN ALT AUTO B, DME/ADF/VOR R or STALL WARN SYTM...Will the 747-400X have new system functionality? Hi, When i program the FMC, i always get this error message when loading a PMDG flight plan, "RNW LOAD ERROR". Has anyone else experienced this? by the way, I am saving the plan correctly as a PMDG 747. Thanks,

On the 747-400 the radios will auto tune themselves to update themseelves. My question is if I put in my own frequency for whatever reason and then want to go back to auto, how do I do this? The manual just says that when the frequency is erased, it will go back to auto. How do I erase the frequency?

Curious, PMDG offered the ATA 737-800 livery, but it's no longer there.Mistake when transitioning?
