Any one else having problem with this or have I tried at the wrong time?

I was wondering how Fermi based new Nvidia cards GTX 470 and GTX 480 are performing in FSX. Is it worth it to go with the new 400 series or would GTX 285 or GTX 295 suffice?

I was wondering if someone could translate or encode this SID to a text document for the PMDG-SID.STAR folder (for FMC to read). I have somewhat of an idea but am missing something because the FMC, when I enter the airport, shows an error. I primarily need the rwy 07 departure.Thanks,Chris Porter (737-900)

just want to know everyones favourite medium-Long haul routes:At the minute mine goes like this:EGNT/EGCC-OMDB. Around 6 hours, some nice scenery along the route, suitable for both the 747 and the MD11, and the decent into Dubai is quite nice.EHAM-TNCM-TNCA-TNCC- very nice flight. Around 7 1/2 to 8 hours to TNCM, then a further 55 minutes to 1 hour to TNCA, then 10/15 minutes to TNCC. I like this routing because of the suitability for any long haul plane, the 3 Landings, the flight time, and the flying over the ocean before seeing a small island which your about to disturb with your big &@($* plane! I just got the J41 a little over a week ago a was wondering if some of it features I listed below would be included in the NGX. I really found the ability to either turn off or turn down the refresh rates on both the capt and co-pilots side of the a/c a great way to improve frame rates compared to the default settings which caused to much FPS hit on my system.1. Will the NGX have a similiar ramp manager that we can use to open doors, place chocks, etc.? I really like the way it is done on the J41 and though it would be a really nice feature to see on the 737.2. Can the NGX also have an in cockpit load manager like the J41? Hi I have a problem with my fsx.I have my computer hard drive totally reformated by the company that build my computer. and window 7 installed. I reinstalled fsx and the md11 and the 747-400 plus 747i8went I rund the sim the only panel I get is the virtual, I can not get the 2D panel. on the md11. the 747 I set the setings for the 747i8 but the only think i get is out side. also I can no get any ad-on acft to show. wath is my best solution here? :(

Hello,For some reason I suddenly can't get access to the PMDG website. I'm not sure whether it's a setting in my browser or what, but I haven't deliberatly changed any settings. If I try to follow a link or just type in "http://www.precisionmanuals.com/" I get an error message saying "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." This is something that just started happening recently. I haven't found any other website that I can't get on. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on? Any help would be appreciated. In order to get ready for NGX, I am putting together a new system and plan on using i7 930 and overclock it to 3.8 GHz. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated on air cooled CPU Fan / Cooler combination that can be used to achieve this goal.

Thank you for giving many tweaks to us improving the FSX. I tried to change FSX.cfg file as soon as I see a new development from you. Unfortunately, I keep making mistakes to play with cfg.file.Is it possible if you post your Fsx.Cfg file and we can just copy and paste . This will be very helpful to me and I assume many other members.Thank you.

I checked AVSIM and Flight Sim, found some stuff, wanted some more. I was thinking US or CAN airports, perferibly something Delta, Air Can, or West Jet flies into. Anything really good out there? Thanks.

Finally,I installed W7 64 with out problem...BUT when I clicked to open FSX, it appeared on screen a second and disappeared. What ever i tried I cannot activate the FSX. I un-instaledl and reinstalled, still the same FSX stays a second on the screen then gone.I have no idea how to fix it.Will you provide guidance to solve this problem.Thanks

What PMDG Aircraft def Fully Work in FSX on a Windows 7 64bit System?Interested in Purchasing 747 & 737

First I just wanted to say that after months and months of trying to decide whether or not to buy the J41, I decided to get it on Friday. The reason I had such a hard time trying to decide whether or not to get the plane was solely on the premise of if I was really going to use it that much. I hate buying addon sceneries or planes, and then never really using them as it feels like a waste of money. However, since I went to FSX a few years ago I have been flying mostly the LDS 767 and decided it was time to try something else smaller and for shorter hops. As you can see in my sig, I also own the CaptSim 727 and Emb 170/190, but never really use them much, but that wont be …

I hope someone can give me somme advice. I am trying to calibrate my TQ6 but the first two axis are shown as a box with a small cross in the middle ( such as when calibrating a yoke) and the other axis are shown correctly as a moving bar. This makes calibrating the first two axis accurately impossible. I use Vista 64. How can I configure windows to see all the 6 axis as moving bars.Andrew

Hi, sorry if this has been posted before, have searched for it but didn't find any posts relating the subject.When i load aircraft cargo/passenger weights on both of the configuration managers they do not stay, i.e when i load the manager again outside of fsx it has zero load eventhough i saved it before. If i have fsx started and the pmdg aircraft chosen the load manager has passenger and cargo weights, but they are never the same as the ones i saved before.Strangely enough it seems like the manager has transferred the weights to FSX as the ZFW i chose in the manager is the same as the one i get in the FMS.If my memory serves me right the weights stayed in the manager wh…
