I realised I throw away a lot of old hardware, just bought a track ir5 the old one works perfectly except part of the clip is held together with blue tack (stepped on it after a night out) works perfectly so pm me if you want it. It's not something you can throw away or give to a mate, hopefully someone can enjoy it flying the PMDG aircraft like I have been over the past 4 years.Cheers

I have a dream that PMDG are going to do a "new" Queen, in same quality as the new NGX... I have been study this picture over and over, and one thing for sure, it smells quality long way, in my eyes. :( I think many agree with me on this, that it would have been pretty passionately with a fresh Queen, made by PMDG. :Praying:But, who knows....one day!!! hello,now after spending another sunday withe deeinstalling, reinstalling, addons installing etc I ask my self why I always get those CTDs, and how to find out where the CTD comes from. In WinXP you got a message which file is wrong and causes the crash, but in win7 I just got the message that FSX had to shut down and it restarts. I have no possibility to see what the crash causes. it happens radom in any flight, not in any specific region oder Airplane.Now the question is ther any possibility to find out which file or addon is causing a CTD?thanks alot, nicolas reich

I was hoping someone could help meI have been experiencing problems with the MD-11. Even after a reinstall the problem still occurs. There is no 2D panel and none of te panels are undockable. All the aircraft systems still work and function as normal. Anyone know why and what to doCheers guys

While taking photos of the newest bird for Jetairfly today, I started wondering about something...What is the refresh rate of the DU's?I could go pretty high up in my shutter speeds and still not see the well known jagged edges you get when you take pictures from "normal" LCD screens.I don't know if this has been discussed before (I did try a search, which resulted in well... just about nothing).

Hello-I am currently running both TOPCAT and FSbuild for fuel calculations, W/B loadsheets, and T/O and Landing reports with the MD-11 and the j41. Can we expect the developers for both pieces of software to come up with an update to support the NGX within a couple of weeks after release? ThanksDavid

I thought I should try to recreate the latest screenshot of the NGX but using the MD-11 instead. This shows the progress that PMDG are making in their products.

Questions for the pilots and experienced simmers please.Been practicing approaches with the maddog to Innsbruck and found the LOC/DME West one to have a very steep descent starting at D20.4 OEJ. I need to go down at about 1600 - 1800 fpm to be at 5000ft at ABSAM NDB and minimum speed with full 40 degrees flaps and gear down is 180 knots throughout the final descent in the localizer (OEJ R-067). Does that look about right or is there some flight dynamics limitation of FSX making it necessary to go down on full flaps and gear down? Is it ok to start the right turn at ABSAM, not right over it but a bit to the left, to have some more room to make the turn, or does the visual …

Hi everyone,In the meantime we are waiting for the wonderfull NGX, i have a question about the Audio Environment from flight1. A few weeks ago i bought a new pc, and since than my audio env. for fsx doesn't work anymore! I tried everything, and i even uninstalled/reinstalled fsx... I didn't had this problem with my former pc. I used and still use an onboard soundcard... But i'm 99% sure that isn't the problem cause it worked on my former pc. I have recently lost my job at IBM from a layoff (UGH YUK) after 24 years and have time on my hands starting tomorrow. I just want to say a big thank you to the guys at PMDG for sorting out my Avsim forum registration issues. This was completely above the call of duty. I can now participate here rather than just observe. :)

Will all of these--RNP, IAN, ILS, LDA, RNAV, LVAN/VNAV Approaches be covered in the Angle of Attack training?
