Hello, I had installed a new hard drive into my computer about a month ago and intalled FSX. I was having problems and still do have problems with flickering that is going on in FSX. It is really noticable at airport because the lines flicker like theres no tomorrow and also objects in the distance are flickering and I turned Anti-Aliasing on and that helped a little. Also I do not have Directx 10 enabled as I heard it causes flickering. So do any of you know of this sort of issue and is there a fix for it. Hi Take a look at the picture included. It's a VOR approach chart RWY 11 EPGD. Can this approach be performed using LVL change button down to minimums and taking over manually from there? Like LVL change from 3500ft at UVRIK down to GD502, 2500ft (762m), then LVL change at FAF down to 1000ft (325m) [minimums]. Or what would be a proper way to perform this VOR approach. geir

I apologise if this is a frequently asked about topic but I cant find any information on PMDG multiplayer cockpit share compatibility... Can you fly PMDG planes on gamespy cockpit share yet? when I try my co-pilot cant see what I see and its very frustrating :/ Any info or news about this would be appreciated :)

Can some one tell me if these is the lates version of fsuipc, version 4.745

boys I have a problem with both REX and Active Sky 2012. when active real weather I have problems with LNAV the real weather is too abrupt changes in wind direction from right to left. consequently LNAV is skidding to the right and left. For more information I have not installed FSUIPC. Thanks for your response aspect. :Kiss:

Hi guys, I had to do an FSX re-install and have noticed a problem I never used to have: I use FSX ATC - and find that in some instances, the ATC window loses "focus" and when I press "1" to respond to ATC, nothing happens unless I close and re-open the ATC window (using ' ` ') or click on the top of the ATC window itself. This is an annoying step especially during a busy phase of flight ... and worst of all, I never used to have this problem before. Can anyone provide any suggestions on how to fix? i am haviing problems with my FMC. i created a flight plan with FSbuild 2.3 and saved it (both as a GPS plan for FS9 and a rte for the PMDG FMC. if i load a generic FS9 aircraft and load the plan into it, it is ok. but if i try to load the flight plan (rte) into the PMDG FMC is says that it is not in the data base. it is i have checked. what am i doing wrong steve

In-regards to the MD-11, is VCL the Vzf (i.e., minimum clean speed)? Specifically, in regards to the following, what does VSR and VCL denote? Hi everyone, I was using my pmdg 747 for FSX and I loaded the airplane on the runway and left there for almost 2 hrs running, then came back want it to fly and my FPS where around 3-4 frames and the sim was very slow and lagy, I had to restart my pc to fix it, any ideas ? I have 920 OC 4.0 6 GB DDR3 1066 480 GTX. 2 HD, one for FSX 10K RPM I was running pmdg 747 and UT2 was running I guess at 30-50% Evan Banalian. I have HIGHMEMFIX enabled also my whole cfg went through ******* online app.

Hey all, quick question: If I take off out of North America (transition FL180) to the UK (transition FL060), at what point should I be changing the transition level in the FMC? On entering UK airspace? On descent? Regards-

Hi guys, Before I write, I have searched the forums, read relevant posts, this is a fine tune thread just about SSD's. Now, The popular SSD comes at either 60GB Or 120GB. I currently run 2 HDD [one WD 620 black] and an older samsung. [both 620GB] Now, I like having FSX on a standalone drive. I am thinking of buying a SSD when upgrading some components. Where do I put it? 1) Shall I buy a smaller one, [30gb?] and put just the Windows 7 on just that drive? 2) Does FSX really need a SSD for itself? 3) Whats the best do you think, In theory I could buy multiple SSD's. I do game, but not overlly seriously, so I still have a lot of space, I hav…

Well, you see SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) are also fancying me. But due to the unsure and very turbulent times in the aviation industry (With the recent bankruptcy of Cimber Sterling and the Q1 decifit at SAS) I've decided to play it safe. Good Morning, Went to fly my NGX this morning and was prompted for my activation code. I've had the NGX since August and was prompted for activation. When I enter the code it gives me an error. This is also the case with the 600/700 as well. I submitted a trouble ticket but do not know how long it will take. Anyone have this problem before? I've made no hardware changes; everything was fine 2 days ago. I really want to get back in my NGX. VR Todd

So I just got done getting my settings perfect with the NGX for the 777, as you can see in my signature I use a Laptop. It's a 15'' Screen with a resolution of 1336x768 x32. I got the settings so with an addon Airport and cloudy weather I'll get 20-30FPS on the ground, 30-40FPS Airborne and around 40-50FPS on the external model view. I'm looking at getting an Asus VE278Q 27-Inch LED Monitor, just wondering if anyone had any idea how badly it will affect my FPS? Should I look to maybe go a little smaller? I would like a bigger one too because I make a lot of Video Productions in Vegas so if you're a Sony Vegas User you'll know the bigger screen the better! My graphics…
