Greetings all, I've noticed today that I can't easily read the latest post in each thread. I'm clicking on the dot on the left side of each thread, and it's bringing me to the beginning of that thread, instead of the last unread post. Seems to be doing that for every thread. Hello PMDG, I was wondering why there hasn't been plan for making PMDG MD-11 V2 cockpit remake.. This is one of the most fantastic aircrafts.. And now almost all passengers airlines have retired MD-11 .. It is still hugely famous for Cargo..! What all you people think.. Let this beautiful bird neglect like that..

Would anyone know if FSC9 generated flight plans with the PMDG option selected will work in both the MD-11 and the 737-NGX aircraft? Thanks! Glenn

OK...I had what appeared to be a memory controller failure on my motherboard. Intermittent blue screens, programs freezing, computer restarting for no reason. Tried doing some troubleshooting, swapped out some DIMMs, inspected some sockets, no joy. Worked for about three weeks trying figure it out and finally gave up. Picked up new mobo, CPU, RAM, and GPU from NewEgg. Everything will be here Friday. Now, when I first bought the 737-NGX I remember that I had some problems with the install and ended up uninstalling FSX and reinstalling from scratch. Trying to remember exactly what I did and I'm hoping somebody can help me. My recollection is that I installed FSX…

Ryan or whomeever: Is there going to be a separate sub-forum for it and/or its future "classics" brethern? If not should we put comments about it in the turboprops forum, or where? I know there's more buzz about the T7 and 747 reboot, but I'm curious if it will have its own forum or if we should just post stuff in the general forum.

For those like me struggling to start the PMDG 737 from cold and dark, came across this video in a simulator. Really helpful.

I was just wondering in anticipation of the PMDG 777 why it doesnt have winglets. I was under the impression they increase efficiency and reduce drag. In fact the 747-8 and the 787 dont have any either just more of a curve at the end. Yet the NGX . 767, 747-4, MD-11 and a number of Airbus have them Is this now a customer option? The answers in google search seem to be more of a guess and opinions. Perhaps someone on here would give a more definitive answer.

Hello, where can i find Shortcuts to programm Saitek X52 for the 737 and 747 PMDG NGX ? I search for Shortcuts / Commands List. Not all FSX Shortcuts work for the PMDG. NG Shadow (sry 4 my english )

I decided after my FSX kept crashing to do a fresh install of all my products but run a test after each installation. After installing FSX & the Aceleration pack restarting my PC each time, i then used CCleaner to clean files & scan the registry for issues. Once done i ran the default 737 for one hour on the tarmac at Gatwick runway 8R with no problems, closed FSX then ran CCleaner to clean files & scan for reg issues & there were no issues. I then restarted my PC for the next installation being the NGX 8/900. I ran the NGX 800 WL using the same routine as the previous test with no problems with FSX or the cleaning process after closing FSX, i then res…

As owner of both aircraft, I wonder why the MD-11 wasnt more successful. I am pretty comfortable flying the MD-11 ( I did the angle of attack training) and I have to say compared to the 737ngx , MD-11 is a dream to fly. So highly automated. Why didnt companies want this bird. Flys beautifully. Dont get me wrong , the NGX is awesome aircraft and pmdg did an outstanding job on it. Just saying for comparison purposes the workload is night and day. Well for us single pilots anyhow in FSX. Perhaps thats a different story in the real world with two pilots. I'm falling in love with the NGX and I'm not too heavy to break it, even with the 744 on my back . Anyway I'm still uploading videos and the NGX is the star of my latest one, again. This is the most realistic aircraft I own. Although the PMDG aircraft aren't in every video, I try to keep them in. Here is my latest video, I added my own sounds to it, to add realism and also added some color effects to it. Even if you are a PMDG diehard, please check out my other videos, and some non-flight sim if you like that.

So yesterday I was flying the 747 from KATL-EHAM and for some strange reason my headings kept on getting flipped around and the plane flying infinite circles without ever getting to the waypoint (you may have seen my post in the 747 section of the forum) I assumed it was a problem maybe with the AIRAC data. I flew a flight this morning in the NGX KMCO-KMIA. I was actualy able to fly the route, but now I'm starting to think there may be something wrong with all my PMDG aircraft.
