I have testing the following and believe it works:... NAVAID XYZ KEEP HDG UNTIL 0 FROM NAVAID XYZ ...Now, it would be nice to be able to just write something like... FLYOVER NAVAID XYZ ...instead. Also, with the first form, the map tries to display two waypoints on top of each other, with the text conflicting, making it unreadable.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Hi !I've searched the forum, but I'm not 100% sure this hasn't been asked before:when climbing out, the aircraft doesn't hold the speed restriction of 250 below 10000 ft (using VNAV).Is this a known problem?Another one:I did a short circuit pattern at 6000ft. I have choosen a SID for this. The MCP had a restriction of 6000ft. The aircraft uses the speed shown on the cruise-page in the FMC (320 knots), not 250 knots - is this normal behaviour ?When I entered 250 as cruising speed in the FMC I worked fine.I think when these bugs (given that these are real bugs!) are fixed, this will become my favourite aircraft.Fine job PMDG!regards,Joerg

G'Day everyone. I really want this plane but cant convince my parents to let me buy it online. They dont like the idea of buying things online as they have "herd" stories about people being robbed of their money since they have posted their card numbers online. I dont have my own VISA as Im only 16. I also said that its much cheaper to buy online and that you have a discount if you buy the addon now rather than wait until the update for FS2004.What sort of assurance can PMDG give me to this problem. It is 100% secure? What can I do to convinve my parents?Cheers.Ryan

My 737 has been doing rolls on the ground for no reason for a little while now. After about 2 minutes of running the aircraft it will start to bank to the right and roll around until it crashes. I have no idea why it's doing this. Does anyone have a fix for it, or no what's causing it to malfunction like this?

hey everyone!!! got another question for everyone out there....and who ever can answer it get a million us dollars (sure they are realy....just because it says monopoly on it doesnt mean anything ;) )has anyone run into any problems trying to use the converter from Terry Yuling that converts PIC fmc data over to PMDG data. i have tried to use it, but i will not reconize that i have the PIC data. so now i do not know what to do....can anyone here help me out???thanks!!!!!!!anthony miller

I successfully switched aircraft from the NG to 767PIC and flew for about ten minutes. When I Alt-Esc'ed out of FS to visit my desktop, FS2002 crashed hard with an error pointing to GDI+. The thing is, 767PIC doesn't use GDI+, and we know who does. Somebody didn't close out GDI+ properly.Is there any more detail that would be useful? I don't have the address of the crash, but I could get it next time.Lee Hetherington (KBED)PS: This is frustrating. I'm beginning to think my freeware TCAS IVSI and transponder gauges are getting more beta testing than the NG got.

When I bought 737NG last weekend I had all sort of frame rate problems. I was using a P4 2.53 TI4600 Ultra with 512 RAM. After reading the comments in the forum about memory I decide to install another 512Meg. Know my system has 1Gig 333mhx DDR RAM. ALL THE PROBLEMS HAS GONE (expect for the know bugs) The frame rate is silky smooth (better than DF 737) you cannot believe the difference it makes. RAM is cheap at the moment so its worth the upgrade to fly such a fine plane.Ops Sys Windows XP ProfessionalAndrew.

Hi guysWhen I enter an identifier in the CDU and it has more than one location in the FMC database I get the SELECT DESIRED WAYPOINT page to choose the right one from a list.I do however seem to get some flaws on this page. If the database holds more positions than can be shown on one page (6 entries per page, max 12 entries in the database) I do NOT get and option for the second page.Also from U10 and up (I saw that this FMC is U10.3) there is an intelligent sorting showing the nearest entry first and last entry furtest away. This is not the caseBoth of these options are availible in the real U10.3 but either one of them is a must for the PMDG FMC. (Preferably the latter…

hi simmerstwo little problems...1. if i want to display the airports on the hsi, they will be shown wrong or in the usa they are non displayed. whats wrong ? i am using the same navdata for pic 767 and there it works. ( see attachment )2. entering a reference airport for example EDDF in the fmc, you will get IRS Position in 2R.Now i click this IRS lats/longs, it will be displayed in the entering area, now clicking 4R to set IRS POS, fmc tells me RE-ENTER IRS POSITION !!! whats wrong ? any solution or is this not a part of the FMC ?!thanx klausFO A 340-200/300http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22941.jpg

T-bird 1400 - 512 Mb DDR - GF4 128 MbSwapfile min. 750 Mb's - 8 Gb left of C-drive, did a defrag last night.When I select the 737-600 2D in "Create Flight" and press "OK", it takes 12 mins. 30 secs. before I can do another thing ...With ANY other aircrafts (767PIC, PSS Airbus etc.) it takes less than 3 secs.I have more or less now gotten used to this, and now go watch TV for 15 mins. before getting back to the cockpit - but it IS getting really annoying ... I REALLY need to prepare my flight in advance - there is no "going to take the 737 for a spin" for me :)When the aircraft is first loaded, things are running pretty good. I'll try and start the engines using the ctrl+e method but it'll tske about 4 trues for it to work. I have the APU on and bleed air selected and the fuel is in the on position. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Hey, I downloaded the manuals yesterday because I wanted to write a few SID for the airports I fly out of most. I've hit a little stumbling block which is probably very simple but I am finding it a little difficult :) Maybe I am thinking about it the wrong way! The procedure calls for the aircraft to turn at "Alpha" FIX onto the 041 Radial to "Bravo" VOR. At DME 3.0NM "Bravo" I then need to intercept the 334 Radial to "Charlie" where the SID ends and normal routing takes place. hi,Whenever I use the load editor (increase weights) and I fly the airplane in fs it takes 12000+ ft of runway to take off (I ran off runway 7L at KLAX and didint rotate for a couple hundred feet after the end of the runway and then when I got into the air the airplane started bobbing up and down as soon as I engaged the AP. The elevator was going crazy moving up and down. Keep in mind I was under the MTOW and the max fuel load limits and I spooled up the engines to about 82 N1 with the brakes on before I started the roll. I then went back to the load manager and reset the weights back to their defaults and all was back to normal. My question is.... Is this a known bug or…

Hi guys at PMDG!With the DF737 (and any airplane where it's possible) I always put the overhead panel on my second monitor and keep it visible all the time. If I undock the overhead in the PMDG737 and moves the panel to the second monitor, it leaves a big black hole on the main monitor :)Would it be possible to change that so I can see the main panel and the overhead at the same time but on different monitors? No biggie, just thought I'd ask!/Krister

I exported a flight from KIND to KBWI. I interred a flight level of 31000. The first page on the legs gives 240/310. But the next page the flight levels are reading 0. And when I try to engage the VNav It give the V Nav disconnect thing. I sure will be glad when we get the manuals so I can figure this out.
