If I have the FMC up for a while, I will occasionally see its display go blank for about a second and then come back, without any intervention by me. Does anyone else see this?Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Hello,During a LVL CHG descent (no winds) with 315 knots it takes at least 3,000 feet to slow down to 250 knots. The LVL CHG descent started from FL210 and the speed was decreased around FL130. Is this to be expected or a little too slow?Thanks,Panayiotis Papachiou

Hello, I am not a talented painter and I do not have any software to do this. Would someone who is talented please paint an ATA 737-700 with winglets. Hi all,Here is for us Belgians the famous 737-800 "OO-VAS" from SOBELAIR.Off course as no 737-800 PMDG is available,i couldn't resist to use the 737-700.This aircraft means a lot to me as i am working at Brussels Airport (EBBR) and saw this aircraft when it first came out.I will even travel in the cockpit the 30 of August with iton a trip to Corfu,Greece.Please,excuse the little imperfections as this was my first PMDG repaint.Anyway,hope you like it.Olivier Sinnaeve.Belgium.

Tried to do a start up from cold. Loaded cessna first then turned off the magnetos and red master switch. Loaded up the 737-700 and followed the procedure for startup. First right engine, then left by turning the ignition switch to GND then moving fuel cutoff switch to up. Left engine tries to startup but then cuts out and keeps repeating itself to startup. Could the Cessna be having a strange effect or am i missing something? Would really like to start this bird up from cold.Thanks.Kev Farrow

Hi Using FS9, I sometimes suffer a blue screen crash with the above error.I am, so far, only getting this problem after flying PMDG737 for around 40 minutes, seems OK with other aircraft.I would be most grateful for any suggestions or remedies.thanksBobP4 2.53, Asus G4 Ti4600-128MB, XPpro, 512MB-ram, SB audigy, 40G-HD.

Hi Pilots!I have a problem with my virtual cockpit. Sometimes I can't see anything on my PFD, ND and upper display unit. All other gauges working fine. Only the 2. FMC on the right side is also not alive.I have this problems in both installations (FS2002 and FS9).I installed the patch from 4th August and deinstalled the aircraft with the remover-tool before.The problem comes if I start a saved flight. Creating a new flight with starting a Cessna an then switching to the PMDG 737 works fine and all displays in the VC are running!Any ideas?

hi guysnice work you made. but there are still some bugs left that would require a post-su1 fixas you can see in my screenshot i amlocated 73nm from VOR KLO LSZH is my destinationthere are approx 16'000 lbs of fuel left and the FMC says "insufficent fuel"thats pretty weird.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/30539.jpg

Hi,1 - Runway turn off lights. I recall PMDG said they are going to simulate yunway tur off lights but looks like switch does nothing. Am I missing something? 2 - I Can start two engines at same time (packs off). Is bleed air system are modelled or they are dummy too?3 - Whenever I start the panel the fuel cut off switches always coming in run position, do you have this bug also?thanks..

I am having problems maintaining V2+15 climb speed, (in my case V2 was 129 knots 10-flaps) it always seems to reach a much greater speed unless I pitch the aircraft around 20+ deg, is this normal? It seems the nose is pointing way up like a rocket, then when reaching 1000FT I turn on the AP-LNAV-VNAV and the pitch seems about right.BTW thanks for the GREAT aircraft! Hi all.HAs anyone experienced the following problem in FS9?When I first load the NG all is well until I go to Spot view then the sound goes haywire..just very loud static and I cant stop it . I load a default FS9 737 and the sound is fine. When I reload the PMDG NG the sound is off the wall..just hash and static and its unbearable.I am running a SB Live 5.1 with latest drivers installed as well as Direct x9.0bHope someone can helpRob

Ok, I'm a bit baffled with the 737. I managed to fumble my way through and get her started and the FMC programmed without much problems as things are not that radically different but ...On a 747 or 777, I'd set MCP ATL to the constraint (SID) then move it up to cruise alt by resetting the MCP and clicking the ATL dial once clear of the restriction ...What's the method for the 737? I can't click the MCP ALT to transfer the new ALT to the FMC, so what do I do, or am I just in a primative version now where these nice things don't exist any longer?Ray

Heo!One of the most mysterious approaches for me is certainly a circling approach. I know that I should fly downwind leg with MDA, but when do I have to descent?Then the next question is when do I have to start turning into base? Is that defined or you do it by the feeling?I have read PMDG flight training for 737 but I can't find answers to those two questions.Thank you,Nejc

I installed FS 2004 and am in the process of downloading the PMDG 737 NG. I screwed up somewhere along the way and am in the process of re-downloading everything. After a failed attempt at installing that plane, I got a message that my version of fsuipc was incompatable. The simulation crashed to desktop. I un-installed it and reinstalled and the same thing happened. Any thoughts as to how to at least bring FS 2004 back to life? Rob Randazzo is displaying superhuman patience in helping me with the 737 issue. I also thank a bunch of other folks who have made very ueful suggestions along the way.What is fsuipc anyway.Jim(technically challenged in Denver)[email protected]

As my topic states whenever I start (saved a flight from cold and Dark) the engines are running yet the cockpit has no power. Anyone know what I am or what is wrong?Thank you Andrew

PMDG Admin Note: Header Edited to desribe problem so that it can be tracked more easily. -RSRandazzohi folks...i installed servie update 1.. works fine.... for FS 2004 gauge.ini was invalid but i fixes it myself.now i fly around the sky and the bird is SHAKING like hell. In ALT hold mode the bobby is pitching up and down, the elevator trim is working like an idiot and it is not possible that he gonna get a stable flight...this is a bit frustrating and disappointing... does anyone have the same experience ?? please write backfor your info.. wind is constantly 8kt, no turbulences ... but no stable pitch...#and it is only when i FLY it with FS 2004greets klaus
