Hello,I have translated the 737TNG PDMG operational aircraft manual, the main one, 88 pages, from English to French.I already translated such kind of big manuals, since i did it for AntiCyclonE for their products A320 Pilot In Command (160 pages), Active Camera 2002 (23pages), and Active Camera 2004 (30 pages).All these traductions are not automatically generated by any webservice or software, just handly written (with keyboard at least ;) ) and translated to be accurate in French language, and so accurate with technical words. Anyone know a painless way to get Navdata? I tried the way suggesed under faqs on the PMDG website downloaded all the data on Stefan's temporary site, netbios enabling, yada yada yada,,,no joy. The only thing all that did was atleast gave the FMC the data on where the airports are located and what their runways are. Any suggestions?Jim [email protected]

I get this "program error" on selecting departure airport for instance at Berlin TXL ICAO code EDDT and: its new I did not have any problem before? I do not know what changes lead to this but suddenly had this messages??Any Idea where the mistake is?

I just bought pmdg 737ng, I installed it, and then I installed service for fs9. Everything is working correctly, I dont see any message about activation. On website there is online license generator. I need to know my reference number, but I cant get it, when I'm pressing extend registration, nothing is happening.Please HelpThank YouJacek

I am running the 737 under FS9 on XP but can not get any symbols on the ND, and the FMS doesn't seem to have any data available...I have downloaded the database details from the internet, (767PIC-PMDG_all_0308.zip) and have installed it under this directory:C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9PMDGFMCWPnavdataBut I still get nothing :(Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?Thanks in advance.Luke

I have seen a real life flight.After take off there was a straight climb out followed by instructions from ATC. After a while the captain was cleared to continue to fly as filed.The captain did a "direct to" in the FMC and followed flightplan accordingly.Question: is this a normal procedure?When yes, how do I create a first line flightplan discontinuity in the FMC, giving the possibility to activate the flightplan when I want to?Hans van den Dungen

Dear simmers,I have three issues that seem to be related to the installation of the 737NG. I have searched this forum for post to mention these problems but I haven't found any. I appologize if I'm nonetheless asking for advice that has already been given...1. sometimes, but not always, the ATC menue is not working properly. When given more that one message/request/answer two choose from, only the "1" key will get me somewhere, all other keys like "2", "3" and so forth do not work any more. I am interested in purchasing the 737, but I would like to know what kinds of frame rates are users getting in the VIRTUAL COCKPIT in fs2004 with weather and 100% AI Traffic (ULTIMATE TRAFFIC POSSIBLY)and settings MAXED, I dont want to be moving my sliders to the left just to get good frame rates to fly this plane beacsue thats not what I bought fs2004 for, and what your Computer specs are. I just hope its not like WILCOS A320 PIC where the frame rates were horrible, and also will my yoke and pedals and elite throttle quadrant work with this plane because WILCOS A320 PIC was a pain in the #### nothing worked because of the fly by wire.THANK YOU FOR THE TIME AND INFO

I got the SIDs last night from Fred Clausen and Jimmy Richards and completed my first flight with the 737NG. Thank you very much guys.The flight from KLAX to KBOI (my home)was awsome. PMDG did a great job with this aircraft and panel...and the flight dynamics was unbeleivable.The only problem I had was with the FMC, with VNAV disconnecting. I know this is a problem being worked on now I can't wait until its fixed.One other noticeable thing was that I could not complete a full sids/stars plan from KLAX to KBOI. After the first few sids out of LA, the flight just drifted of 15* right, away from the last SID. I was able to correct this pretty easily by coursing a direct rout…

Which input formats are supported by the FMC to define the *un*named waypoints ? I know about:- unnamed oceanic control area reporting points like 5040N (which are implemented as named waypoints in navdata's database)- relativ-to-waypoint adressing (like ERL130/3)I'm missing:- direct positioning (e.g. N5000.0/W04000.0 does not work)I don't know:- waypoint-waypoint-intersections (like ERL130/ALB050)- any other possibilityI'm quite sure, I read this already somewhere here in the forum, but I can't find the thread...HansJuergen

I have newly installed FS2004 and PMDG. I got three problems: 1. The sound is flickering and I'm only hearing noise2. I cannot tune the nav radio decimals e.g. the last two numbers for the VOR freq.3. I can't plot in desired climb speed in mach in the FMC(works fine for kts).Is this bugs or am I doing something wrong here? Please help me.

Hi, For FS 2004:1. when I click on the overhead panel, the overhead is shown behind the main panel, which doesnt happen in FS 2002. Is possible that you plan a panel.cfg or whatever in order to put the complete overhead when you click on shift 7?2. The trim moves too fast in the air. Is there something to do about it?3. I have just purchased the 737 and have the four files from download. I run the main set up and I get a message to insert disk #2. I have the files on a flash disk (or removable hard drive). I read the read me notes that advise to place the 3 files together in one directory. Can anyone help me get the other 3 files placed or tell me what to do next. Can't wait to try it!!!Mark TIndiana

okay, got it:one has to set the "decimal"-sign in Windows to ".", in my Windows it was set to ",".Another S T U P I D one in the PMDG737. I really can't believe it. Hey PMDG, not the hole planet is using a dot for decimals, please fix this as soon as possible.Meanwhile I'm really really frustrated. I regret spending the money for this *absolutely*not*ready* piece of software. It's certainly the worst payware AddOn for FS I've ever bought (and I bought many of them in the last few years).
