PMDG, You are fantastic at modelling the 737NG's.A few questions:I have a question about the next package of the NG's. When executing a normal touchdown with spoilers armed in a real 737, at the moment when the spoilers are deployed (automatically), there is a sound which I find very, very important. As I might have made clear, it's the sound of the auto-groundspoilers deploying, (an "in-cockpit-sound"). I really hope that you will at least consider including that sound. Do you think it's possible?I have a bitmap of the IRS and flap-test display in my panel-folder of the NG's, but why can't I see that part of the panel in FS?Also, what's wrong with my ATTEND-switch? Hi, folks-I just got a CH Flightsim Yoke. I love it- it's a much more real control for PMDG's 737.My question- does anyone know how I can map one of the buttons to PMDG's CMD A autopilot button? I tried mapping one to FS2004's built in autopilot master function, but that only gets me the horn you hear when disconnecting the autopilot on approach.I'm trying to eliminate mousing the autopilot on- I don't have the dexterity to mouse and control at the same time, and after liftoff is a busy time indeed!Thanks,-Simon

Hello,Any problem flying overspeed for a long period in FS2004 ? Can I damage the landing gears ? Is there a settings to make FS more realistic ???Today after a landing, in the next leg my aircraft was rolling to the left, fuel was equal in all tanks, aileron/rudder was centered, any idea ? HiI am trying to configure the Spoiler onto the first lever (far left as you look at it) of a CH USB Flight sim yoke. I am using a registered copy of the latest FSUIPC and also PMDG on XP home with FS9.The thing is I can get it to move - but erratically. I think the problem stems from the fact that the axis under FSUIPC is either in or out, and this clashes with the arm "stop" - but I am guessing.Anyone figured it out?Steve

Hi Gang, I'm taking this opportunity to say THANKS. I was almost ready to bag this product becuase of a lot of reasons. Thank my lucky SIDS/STARS I did not. The tutorial that Tim has done really helped me out so much. I really had no idea that this product was fully capable of doing what it can do. Anyway, I just thought KUDOS were due. Hey allThx for a awsome aircraft, I love the 737. Allthough It took me some flight to learn to handle the bird (especially the FMC).I fly regualr on Scandinavian Vitrual Airlines, and would love a bigger aircraft to vary with. Like the 767 or 777.I had the PIC 767 which I also loved, but it's unusable in FS2004, so I'm wondering if you have any plans to release a bigger bird?If not, any suggestions to other "as real as it get" big birds? (Not Airbus, cause I just can't handle that plain.. lol)Thx

I was a little bored on a long sector from Bali to Darwin (Australia) so I decided to check my auto-ignition circuits. I got some very strange results...When I shut down my right engine in cruise, my N1/N2 indications dropped to zero (i.e. no windmilling). Because of this, I couldn't check a particular part of my auto-ignition circuits... Namely... With my Start Switch in OFF, and my fuel cutoff levers selected to IDLE, if my N2 is more than 5% but less than idle, the (real 737NG) ignitors should cut in and my engine should start again (if my windmilling engine is spinning fast enough).I had to use FLT Start to start my engine. Let me start off by just saying how much I enjoy this bird. It's pretty much all I fly now. My question is about this TO/GA mode and takeoff. I am new to these types (my other payware addons are the 727 and RFP) of engine automation. So far when I takeoff I make sure the FMC is completely set up, do my taxi checklist (FAARTS) - flaps, altimeter, autothrottle, route (fmc), trim, squawkcode. Once I am lined up for on funway I make sure A/T is armed and just roll the throttles up. They seem to retard properly as per my selection on the FMC (usually CLM-2).On the EID it says the mode is R-TO. I presume it would say TO/GA if i pressed this top-left screw. However, I…

I have been playing around with non-precision apps, and it seems to me that vnav is not really much use under 10000 feet, how is it used in the real world? After all, you're usually being vectored by then anyway, and it's sooo easy to get a vnav disconnect just when you don't need it. I find the mcp easier for these appraoches, what do the rest of you do?ant

I have bought your 737NG only very recently. As a former Fly user I was expecting it to be a very ggod product, but I have to confess it is placed considerably above my initial expectations.I installed SU1, and registered FSUIPC because I had heard it might be good for the fps. Can someone tell me how to create a DME arc in the FMC? I do not really understand how to do this. I can get the plane down when there is ATC, but with out ATC, i get lost from my last point on the STAR to the next point. Please help me do this! Thanks a lot!Brad

I am having trouble starting up the 737-700 from a cold/dark stage. I have the tutorial and followed it correctly. But half way through setting up the FMC, the cockpit goes back to a dark state! I dont know what I am doing wrong since i am following the tutorial to the line. Any ideas? I switch ground power on, apu, everything....nothing happens!
