Testing:1. Autoland: speekbrakes don't deploy 9 times out of 10 (approx)2. Disengaging A/P before landing and landing manually and flying a little slower than the approach FMC rec. (129knt flying at 125) making sure I place the main gear with more authority on the runway *then* the speedbrakes deploy like they should. Every time.Is the autoland speed perhaps a little high? Or the flight dynamics needs some tweaking? Stall speed set a bit low? The reason I think I speculate in this is:a/ When autolanding/flaring the touch down is a little *too* smooth. It first touches the runway, bounces gently and then lands. I would expect a bit more definive touchdown. I would like to …

Just a quick question to anyone out there with an understanding of the coding for SID/STAR's. PMDG Team,I was reading the takeoff performance manuals tonight, and there seems to be a problem with the "required takeoff field length" charts for the -600 and -700. It could also just be me being dense, so please correct me if I'm wrong. :) I'll use the -600 chart as an example.It says that this chart is for calculating the length needed for a dry runway, full thrust takeoff. On the left is available runway length and across the top is wind component. Let's assume that I have a 15 knot headwind. Why do I need 2,789 feet of a 3,900 foot runway for a full thrust takeoff, but 13,845 feet of a 16,404 foot runway, again for a full thrust takeoff?I don't understand why…

Great update to what was a already great product. :-)Ok, so last night I am cruising along at 310 and wanted to get a exterior look. Looked around and popped back in the 2D pit and the A/P had disconnected. Tried it numerous times and still doing it.My stab trim indication on the ped. jumps between the lines, and upon the exterior view the stab itself is jumping. The indication is not moving, but the trim physically does.Is this a know issue or what are my problems?Thanks,Jay

Hi,I have a small issue regarding the interceptive course plotting. Which can add fixes and show the distance/course from waypoints, like FSNavigator but without having to open Flight Simulator.I want to find the lat/lon for SID waypoints that are distance/bearing etc. from another waypoint (without COLOCATE).I tried Nav, but I cannot make it to generate database, is there a place I can download Nav database?

Hello:I am hopeful that someone with more knowledge can help me with this question.Tonight I was making an ILS approach to RWY 28 in New Orleans. I was flying the PMDG 737-700. Everything was fine - I had captured the localizer and glide slope and was lined up to land. Suddenly, at about 1500 feet, I lost the glide slope, the nose of the plane went up and I was forced to disengage the AP and land the plane myself. However, my aircraft seemed to lose control and turn to the northwest. For some reason, when I click the letter T on my keyboard while FMC's KBD is on, it does not show like other keys on the scratchpad.Any idea if some addon maybe overriding PMDG's key capture and does anyone else have this problem?

I've noticed there are no Thumbnails (or Previews) for the Liveries you have on the website. It would be nice to have a Preview of the Aircraft before downloading a Livery I thought I wanted, but don't. It would save on a download and Install, then a Removal.Can this be looked into?

I cannot select the N1 switch b4 t/o as I did in the previous rel.I was instructed to use this for t/o and switch over to vnav once I was in flight with a steady climb out.I always select FD and AT b4 t/o and then proceed to invoke the N1 switch at takeoff.SU2 prevents me from doing this.ThanksAndy

After installing AS2004, I developed some serious issues with PMDG 737...AT full power I can only get 2 KIAS, and it takes a while just to get there...What on Earth could be up with that and has anybody ever heard of such a thing?This only happens with PMDG 737 and I cannot figure this out...Please help anybody..ThanksTroy

Crash in PMDGOPTIONS.DLL when accessing FS menu1. Start FS9 in full screen mode w/ FS menu in "auto-hidden" mode2. Select the PMDG Cold & Dark situation and select OK3. Change the aircraft position to KPHX (probably unreleated)4. Switch to spot view5. Open the Aircraft menu and select the 737-700 with 2D Cockpit w/ Winglets and Stairs; select OK6. I hope I never have to until a new version or FS version, but is there an uninstall option for the 737? I couldn't find one in either the PMDG menu nor the Control Panel Add/Delete menu. Thanks.

Guys, I would appreciate if you could help me out on this problem. For some strange reason, whenever I am up in the air, I try to turn the autopilot on, but it only results in it disengaging a second after. I ran through all the systems, and everything seemed fine. Tried to reinstall the patch but still coming up with the same problem. I am running the aircraft with the new 1.2 patch.Thanks for help.
