Folks:Off topic but there are smart people here so I'm asking for your help...I tried to install some UK scenery yesterday, which locked up my computer (FS2002, WinXP Home SP1), so I tried to uninstall it manually (no unistall routine provided with the scenery, at least not that I could find). It appears that in the UK, Sweden, and Italy (I haven't tried it in other places yet) I now have a heading problem of about 30 or more degrees to the right of what it should be. This occurs in both the default 737 and the PMDG 737, Airac 0312 and 0313. I have a few questions for those SIDSTAR gurus lurking out there in the shadows, possibly afraid to post ;).I am currently working on a sidstar file for an international airport that I have flown out of and air-traffic-controlled at. The airport has two types of stars: Navaid-based STARs and RNAV-based STARs. For realism, I will include both types, although the 737NG really only needs the RNAV-based STARs. Any thoughts here?I really wish I could apply "at or above" and "at or below" instructions in my STARs. In this manner, I could achieve a higher level of realism. I have been reading some threads about the CWS system in SU2,but even after reading through the operations manual I cant find how to activate it.One post said "when you press the the switch to engage CWS....." ...which switch,and where is it!!?I have done a forum search but I seem to be the only one who doesnt know how to make it work!Can anyone help?Thanks in advance,Johnan

Ok, This is getting a little weird. I am not getting any help from home base either. I have a dial up modem and I can't get this thing to download. After 9 hours it just stops and I still have 20 mb to go. I just downloaded another large file from another site not for the 737 but it worked fine. What gives. I sure would like to have this update but I can't get it. Is anyone out there in support. I email and I get (its your problem on your end excuse) if it was on my end how's come I can download other larger files without in HASSLE. OK as of last night I was hoping to be a new user of the PMDG 737.But after downloading 5 times the product over the last 2 days I'm still unable to unzip my files as it is saying "corrupted files." I have heard of someone else with a similiar problem and was wondering of any possible rectifications to make?Downloaded other files and unzipped fine without any problems. I currently fly with a United -700 that i found in the library. I downloaded the Southwest 737 from precesionmanuals.com and installed it with the installer it came with in the download. Yet when i go into fs, my United is still there. Any ideas?Brad

Can you fly straight and level hands off (no A/P)? If not, you might have some joystick/yoke/pedals calibration issue if you're pulling to one side or the other.Are your throttle levers "synchronized"? Hey guyes..After installing SU2 the autopilot has gone bad on me.. I am unable to turn it on, and when i try by pressing the button i get the AP disconect sound as i push the button.i'm out of ideas, wonder what it could be..?RegardsThomas Flunes

In the spirit of Christmas, and with others contributing so much of their own time and efforts to the PMDG 737NG, I've uploaded my own offering to the community.I like to have access to a set of checklists via the F10 key's electronic kneeboard, and these aren't provided by default, so I've written a set of checklists based on PMDG's Normal Procedures and Fred Clausen's tutorial. It's in *.htm form as used by all FS9 aircraft. It won't work in FS2002 I'm afraid because these aircraft require their checklists to be in *.txt format but you are welcome to modify it as necessary if you so wish. Hi,For some reason that I don't know, my heading indicator differs 3 degrees from what I dial into the MCP as you can see in the included screenshot. Is it just me missing something or is it a knows problem? Hi PMDG,I'm trying to fly by autopilot your 737 (V1.2 just bought) but have a problem: I cannot set Auto/Throttle in "armed" position. I have a question for all the experts out there. What are your techniques for landing the NG when weather is creating crosswinds or just poor weather. I have this thing for not using the A/P for approaches, but ever since I got Active Sky 2004, my manual landings have been horrid! My speed will continue to fluctuate and I can never keep the bird straight, making me feel like everyone in the back of the plane is throwing up! Now I decided to do an autoland to see what the plane should look like and in the crosswind, the bird came in at an angle like it should and kicked out the rudder at about 50ft over the runway. I just got the new su2 verison. When i press the L Nav button during flight so the fmc can fly the path. My fmc auto disconnects it. Saying something like not on heading intercept. It doce that with the heading button on or off. This didnt happen with the other version.

I download the file ok (68,648kb) then double click the zipped folder and nothing, no error message or anything. I've tried opening the file with unzip and still nothing. I've tried this process twice, and same thing both times. Thoughts?billg
