Hi, What I can say is that the new portal and new rules are everything but friendly for the customer confronted with the impossibility to reacivate his planes after e. g.an hardware or a virus crash. The first problem is to find the right way to place his ticket. No entry, no suggestion on the site dispite the relative high prices of the products you can't imagine to pay for again. Note that the number of my activations are only related to changes in my machine and not actually so numerous but for the Jeatstream I bought for many years. Hi All... I am in the process of moving to a new simulator PC. I received an operations error after I requested the license de-registration from the CDU. I had already upgraded my GPU and removed an extra hard drive from the PC prior to attempting de-registration but made sure to attempt de-registration prior to wiping the PC while still on the same motherboard / processor as well as my Windows instance. Is this amount of hardware change enough to prevent successful de-registration? I would like to properly complete de-registration and recover my activation. If appropriate, I can open a ticket and provide the generated incident number. Thanks in advance…

Currently, I am seeking to purchase the PMDG 737 NGX. However, I have a huge problem. I've noticed that it requires both Fsx service packs. The problem is that I am not able to install service pack 2. Two years ago, I've successfully installed Fsx Gold Edition and Acceleration. I did not encounter any problems with them. However, recently, I had to uninstall them in order to refresh my computer (that was due to another unrelated problem). I was able to re-install Gold Edition, but not acceleration. I had no idea why, I just got an error message. Later on, I decided to install service pack 2 by itself. It did install, but when I start up FSX, it crashes. At the same time,…

Hi, I´m wondering if PMDG will EVER do the -200ER version of the 777. Many major airlines have them, such as United, and if I want to do a United flight, then I need the -200ER because it is the only version they have along with the -200. Thanks!

Hi, I recently bought both 737 NGX and 777 under P3Dv2.5 Im happy with them exept for one anoying problem... When im switching on the DOME light, it seems that i don't have any overhead light coming up, only the main panel, like if it was missing a texture or an effect ... Check out on thoose two screens to visualise better what i mean : DOME lights ON on my 777: And on my 737 : I tried to get back to the old NVIDIA drivers 344.75 and then the newest one 347.52 on my 750Ti card, reinstalling the aircraft everytimes, but nothing changed... Hi Everyone; I have finally migrated to P3D now that PMDG has joined in, however I am having extremely poor performance in P3D using the NGX and 777 with addon airports (FSDT, LatinVFR, FlyTampa, FlightBeam) I am also running REX texture direct 4 with soft clouds and ASN. When I mean poor I mean that when Flying in a 3rd party airport using a 3rd party airplane with REX and ASN I'm getting around 8,10,12 FPS. I have tried playing with the P3D settings, HDR, Volumetric Fog, Shadows etc... with no luck. Hello, I was just about reinstalling the latest versions of NGX and the T7 which include an updated Op Center. I noticed when I went to install liveries for the NGX, that the P-8A Poseidon was listed as a valid category in the Livery Downloader. This seemed a bit out of place. Qantas has retired the first Boeing 747-438ER to enter its fleet back in 1989. This very aircraft also held the record for the longest non-stop flight by a commercial airliner, when it flew non-stop from Heathrow to Sydney in just over 20 hours back in 1989. In a previous thread I mentioned my interest in trying some cargo flights in the 777. The route I gave chosen is a FedEx flight from PANC to VHHH. I'm somewhat familiar with transoceanic flights across the Pacific using PACOTs, but notice routes to and from Alaska are not mentioned in the NOTAMs. Is this because there is complete radar coverage along these routes? Are there specific guidelines to follow when planning such a route like there are with Transpacific and Transatlantic routes? I´ve got a question: I´m using the "High resolution 3d virtual cockpit" option turned on, so my cockpit is not blurried etc. But does it affect my performance negative when leaving this option on? Should i uncheck this option for getting better performance? I´m really happy with my performance but i´m very interested in knowing this. Thanks for your reply!

I thought that after the new installation of both the ngx and 777 with the new update it would be solved... but not. I have been using the CH pedals (and yoke) for yeayrs and years. Only recently I started to have the following problem. Please see the picture attached. Both aircrafts go off to the right. If I press numpad 5, it centres but in a few seconds goes to the position in the picture and then off to the right again. Other aircrafts like Aerosoft 320 does not have the problem but the Quality wings Avro suffers the same (although I barely use them at all). My concern are the PMDG, the ones I fly all the time. Hello All, I previously raised this Topic yesterday under a different Topic name and I did not quite receive the answer I was looking for, although, many people were quite helpful in their replies, thanks to those members. I am aware of the activations available for the B777 & B737NGX in FSX so I should be more specific in my question regarding other PMDG FSX aircraft, so here we go. How many activations are permitted for the current versions of the B747, MD11 and the JS4100 in FSX.?????? Any definitive reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody Ronald May

I couldn't get the OC to download the update it was notifying me of. When I pressed the Download Update button there would be a short pause and then the OC would quickly close. Is this a known issue? Navigating to the OC folder and running a file there named "OpsCenterUpdater.exe" appeared to update the OC normally and updated it to version 1.14.3 dated 2/3/15. Ken Boardman

I'm a bit confused now because PMDG told that ASN is the only weather that support for PMDG weather radar because if you use another weather radar it's inaccurate because it show a precipit but in fact its cloud, because other weather radar dont have ability to detect precipit,only precipit. now i m a bit confused with PMDG right know. I have made out four ticket, but no reply, maybe because I was a little mad on my first reply. I have most of the PMDG aircrafts, and enjoy them all. Hi All, Recent topics regarding Activations for PMDG products has aroused my curiosity and prompted me to ask this question ........ Is there a maximum allowable number of activations for the many and varied PMDG products ???? For example I have downloaded and re-installed in FS9 and FSX most of the PMDG products over the past 10 to 12 years and I have reinstalled OS systems and FSX many times over this period, therefore, will I ever run out of activations for eg the 737NGX or any other aircraft in time memorial.???
