Hi guys I had to reinstall windows on to my new SSD drive, all went well but i need the SDK file that comes with the dvd's, i have the dvd's but do not have a dvd drive. Thanks

Hi guys, first of all I know this post might give rise to controversy, but it is not my intention. I would like to understand why you have extended the date for the discount on the 777. Although it is a good thing for many people, I think it's not serious towards those who, like me, did maybe waivers to buy your product within March 7th, and now it turns out that he could manage his budget in a different way. I wonder, does anyone have the definite list of signature images for 737NGX, 747-400X, 777, etc? I'm pretty happy with the 777 one, but it is a bit big and I want to add the others. (so blame me for being a show-off. I don't mind ;-)

I use http://fuelplanner.com/index.php but I don't think it's accurate, because of payload etc Would be nice to have something like Aerosoft Airbus Fuel Planner, that generates a loadsheet. Any suggestion to calculate the fuel would be great

Not a big deal but my virtual cockpit view in both aircraft starts with a 0.3 zoom setting. I have looked at all the zoom settings I can find in the files and all seem to be set at 0.7, my prefered value. Anyone know how to make the Prepar3d virtual cockpit view start at 0.7? I have searched the forum but haven't come up with anything yet. Thanks.

Yesterday, I clicked on the operations center icon in my Win 8.1 computer and everything went well. It updated several items (I own the 737NGX and the 777). Last night Norton Security Center decided that the pmdg operations center was a "SONAR Heuristic 130 HIGH severity Risk" and blocked access. It did not offer a restore on this item. I did not restart my computer as it requested since I was not happy about the action, but today when I clicked on the icon for OP CTR it has lost itsfile location. Any help on this short of re-downloading. I hate Norton when it does this sort of thing. Joe Parker

Does anyone use FS passengers with the PMDG 747, 777, or MD11? My FSP will only work with the 747. When ever I try to use FS Passengers with the 777 or MD11 my sim crashes, usually before I even make it to TOC. I have tried disabling FSP from controlling the payload but it has no effect. Has anyone else had any issues using FSP with PMDG? Any help or info would be appreciated. Kevin

I received my Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation ,but no activation code...is this suppose to come in another e-mail. Per the PMDG manual..... The PMDG 737NGX requires an active internet connection to activate the product. Upon first run of the aircraft, a window will appear asking for your license key. This key can be found near the bottom of your purchase confirmation email or attached to the inside of your CD/DVD case. It is a long string of 6 groups of letters and numbers that looks like this

I installed P3D v2 of 737NG and used the Ops center to install the liveries But when I go to load the 737NG I only see the 4 PMDG Livery I then check the aircraft.cfg and they seem ok. I then take a back up and move one of the AA liverty to .0 position now when I tried to change the livery I still the same four default PMDG Listing..but when I pick the one where I had moved the AA texture to .0 position, it loads the AA livery Hmmm.. very strange. What am I missing?

After I installed FSDT GSX, KJFK v2, KIAH, KLAX and ORBX OpenLC Europe started P3D 2.5 and got this message: R4.CSV file is MISSING! Seems PMDG's RAAS are silent How can I fix it?

I have lost my original e-mail that has my activation code on it. I went on the PMDG site and looked up my previous orders and found my order ID and order code. To be honest I am not even sure if the original installation required an activation code. I would like to be sure I have all of my ducks in a row before I download.

Hi guys! Recently pmdg updated their 737. When I go to update it in the service pack area of their website it says log in. I logged in and when I go back to that page it logs me out again and I therefor cannot download the service pack. Any Help? Thanks Jason

I would welcome some advice on upgrading my system. I currently have a i5 2500k CPU with a 700 mhertz Graphics card (512 RAM), and 8 Gigs (2 x 4) of generic RAM. What can I do on a budget to improve this? Will I see much improvement by upgrading RAM and video card. Yes, I know that CPU is king with FSX, but I am thinking that my vid card and Ram are still holding my system back, and that I should be able to get more out of my i5 than low 20s FPS. Currently contemplating replacing RAM with one or two 8GB sticks, and adding a GTX 750 with 2GB. Does this sound reasonable, or should I put my money elsewhere? Have about $300 budgeted for upgrades. Twice in the last week I have opened tickets with PMDG support (two different problems). I do not recall ever receiving attention in less time than the PMDG team. One problem was resolved with two emails over a twenty-four hour period. The other was resolved in just a few hours. It is a real treat to do business with such a company and I thank you. I did a search and came up with several, none had any named adds on, however one did have a generic "add ons" thing. Where is the one located generally that I am looking for? I'm getting this because I previously installed the 747x, and am just now getting around to figuring out how to stop the pmdgoptions.dll error. I only wish to know where is the one I am looking for? Are there any issues with the PMDG server? Are they being overloaded with people downloading the latest update/release? I have been trying to download the NGX for P3D for about 3 hrs and have another 4 to go. Download speed is between 24 and 30 kbps on a files size of 739mb. I don't think it is on my connection as I have a 20mb internet connection. No other activity on the line to absorb the available bandwidth. Justin Paull

Hi Guys I have sent four tickets to PMDG and not reply, but hope I can get some help. I have had some computer problems with windows 10 etc and had a few downloads of the 737. I would like to know how many activation of your Licenses??. I have downloaded a new copy from my site and it loads ok in to FSX. But when I go to activation the License it said I had to many Lic. Activation. Have any of you had this same problem. Thanks Wayne Bignell

Good Morning: I am attempting to download the 737-600/700/800/900 from my previous orders in the PMDG website (where I made my original purchase). However, upon attempt to install, I am receiving numerous errors. Ranging from installer script messages to .RR files not matching .CAB files. This is my first full install of the 737. I'm running Steam, Windows 7 x64. Able to install & run the 777 and other add-ons with no issues.

Hey guys First of all thanks for the great update on the weather radar. Now just a quick question: As i remember PMDG mentioned that they will implement some features from the 777 like the weather request, Flightplan request, and the PMDG Auto cruise. Correct me if i am wrong. Cheers
