It was a good show, (if a little cramped. Got very busy Saturday, Sunday was easier to move around and try out the sims.Your very own PMDG Lefteris Kalamaras was there as was Aerosoft, RC Sims, Just Flight, Vatsim, Voice Buddy folks. Good Seminars from several people incl Oxford Aviation and Vatsim. One or two very cool sim projectors there and tremendous help and advice from Vatsim people and Bob (RC Sims)Very successful I would say.Thankyou to the organisers for such a good effort.Did anyone else from this forum go?PMDG still top of tree

How you become a beta-tester for PMDG products, and are more beta-testers required??Through my company I have regular access to B737-700/800 & B747-400 full-motion simulators; very useful for comparing the PMDG products with the 'real thing'.Also, we employ about 30 airline pilots to operate the flight simulators for public & corporate visits on their days off; the B737NG and B744 pilots would also be able to provide useful feedback.James Stevensonhttp://www.virtualaviation.co.ukPS: Our NG pilots love PMDG users as they can just sit back and let them get on with it!

How do you add ILS frequencies into the 737 databases so they show up in the FMC? KIAHs 26R only shows 0.00 / 260 for the ILS. The freq is 111.55. Also, KMCOs 17L/35R is the same way.

...for the AA 737-800 we'll be getting this month. I'll get reference to do a photoreal -800 on the PMDG model. :) In the meantime, I decided to paint this thing up. PMDG, Just wondering if the 747 will include the other part of the overhead panel (the part behind the switches) that looks like it has a bunch of lights and stuff on it, I don't know what it is called, but it maybe the circuit breaker panel? I'll try to post a photo of what I'm talking about.P.S. I usually try to post more intelligent messages, but I've had a few, err 10 beers and I don't feel like engaging in deep thought right now. Hi!My FMC cannot find the data when i try to choose dep and arr airport on it?? It says something like "Error on OU at line 21" and so on...It seems like it doesnt understand some navaids, the word "TRK" and more...any airport i choose gives me that message?? I have installed both procedures and SID/STAR files??? Help anyone...!

Having a great ammount of problem getting 737ng to download on to my hard disc .I put in the cd it lets me get to the point of install on to my hard disc and then does nothing and then crashes . I have been to get another cd and the same thing happens so it must be a computer problem ,i am using winxp . Any body had any similiar problems or can help?

Thanks for any advice in a advance.I have been using the PMDG -700 for a long time now and have been very happy with it. The handling is wonderful and I'm very comfy in the cockpit.I recently got the 800/900 and I feel like I've taken a step back to what I've been used to. The plane doesn't auto land the same, the spoilers are not pilot friendly anymore. I also don't enjoy the pitch issue I've seen with the 800/900's.My real question is if I go back and reinstall the -700 will it mess anything up? I want to be able to fly the -700 again with the old panel and still keep the 800/900's with the new panel cause I don't want to give up on it just yet. PMDG is a great com…

I moved my FS2004 to WinXP from Win98SE, without a reinstall. Basically Win98SE is better for gaming as you dont use much of the extra "desktopyness" of XP and its more minimal and uses less resources. However it only supports 512Mb of RAM and I had just upgraded to 1024.Jumping into the game, it all worked fine.... Except that the 737 AP was drunk. It attempted to land me 50 foot of the runway in the grass and when I hit TO/GA and set a heading for downwind all appeared normal, but... then it started making up headings on it's own. I checked and double checked modes and disengaged and reengaged, I even altered headings and everything, but yet it ignored me and flew …

I just found this list of FMC software revisions and I noticed a lot of interesting features in the latest 10.5 version.Are there any plans of adding them to the PMDG 737NG in the (near) future? I can't seem to open the cargo bay door on the B1900D. Shift-E opens the front door fine, but when I try to use the Shift-E-2 combination, the front door shuts and the radio stack appears! Any ideas?PS Love the aircraft!
