Hello dear avsimers, Luckily I was able to purchase X-Plane for a price reduction of 40% on Steam. Full of expectations, I immediately adjusted all the settings for my setup. Of course, I also activated the Vulkan API. After a few flights in the well-made Cessna 172 Skyhawk, I took a flight with the Default 737. During the climb, the game froze. The game no longer responded to input but had to be canceled via the task manager. It's about version 11.52r1. I've read that many other users also have problems with the new update. Hi, Is it possible for Xplane to display the RXP GTN's (750/650) as a combo on 1 single touchscreen? So......2 GTN popouts on 1 "touchscreen," As in one 750 and one 650 simultaneously . TIA, Mikemike

I have just got a HP Reverb G2 VR headset. After setting it up I can see in XP11 settings that the enable VR hardware is greyed out. Why ? Is not the G2 supported by XP11 ?

Hi, I am trying to tidy up my install especially the various modules and scripts I have installed over time. etc. I have been disabling my lua scripts one by one so I can see what does what but I am stuck with a message I don't recognise so can't remove it, see attached screen capture .https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au2-woDkdJYlhB_pDc_SqZfZ08kR?e=Oa8glI although I am fairly confident it is to do with the VSpeed script. I am not using the script with any specific airliner, I just like to have it for various smaller aircraft such as the Cirrus SF 50 which I was using when the screen shot was taken. I have lost the ability to set views using control numpad. Of course I checked the numpad button is on. I even tried a different key board. I had no trouble with this until a few months ago. I was hoping the last Xplane11 updates would fix this but it didn't. I even reached out to Xplane11 technical support but they had no answers. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is a solution. Thanks, Jim

I was checking out the visuals around Aspen and Eagle, CO earlier today and on takeoff I saw my altitude shoot up to 32,000 feet followed by a cabin altitude warning. Now, whenever I reload the sim or any aircraft, at any location - the field elevation is 18,000 or higher. I am stumped.

Hi All, I have P3D and MSFS but am looking into XPlane as well. Firstly is it worth it? Secondly what planes are worth investing in, I’m looking for total realism, I’ve heard the Zibo 737, FlyJsim 727 and 737-200, IXEG 737 Classics, FF757, Tollis A3xx and iniBuilds A300 and future A310 are the planes to get, am I missing any? Lastly, what other addons are recommend? I like active sky and better push back. Any others? Thank you

Check out laminar's last post on facebook and twitter. Overall to me it appears they are rather starting to slowly release information about the next x-plane, first human atc, maybe now a new out of the box hud..probably keeping graphics for the big announcement.

Since the last upgrade of Garmin trainers to version 3,0 the Garmin 750 ceased to work for all my plane. The problem is the Reality xp software that is not upgraded to match the Garmin upgrade. I would like to know when Reality xp will fix this trouble. Rejean

Very slight but constant; it's significant enough that I cannot use autothrottles. I've re-calibrated several times; new Xplane user so not the most familiar with the interface. I do not have this issue in P3D.

using xplane 11.41 and latest realityxp gtn750. same problem xplane 11.40 Now IT WILL NOT work on any ILS freq in VLOC mode. VOR in VLOC perfect, just NO ILS, ONLY get NAV flag Help if anyone is having bad experience Works flawless in xplane 11.35 with gtn750. ALL MODES

Hi, Looking for some help. I have an issue with X-Plane 11 looking for a Sun_Glow_Socket.png, which is sitting nicely already in the Resources/bitmaps/skycolour folder. I have tried to reinstall the game, change the file. Can anyone advise how I can get this game to run again? Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone, Any help would be hugely appreciated. Just got SkyMaxx Pro v5.0.6 with Real Weather Connector and Active Sky. After installing SkyMaxx Pro got huge frame drops, from 50-60 to 10-15. When I disable SkyMaxx Pro in the plugin admin, FPS goes back to 50-60. Not sure how to attached the log. My rig: i9-10850K CPU GeForce RTX 3070 32 RAM (4x8) Can't figure out what's happening. Hello, Just wondering if anyone has experience with the CPFLIGHT 747MCP? I am currently building a 757 Sim based upon XPLANE 11 and Flight Factor 757. I have recently been offered a CPFlight 747MCP, this is the perfect replica of a 757 MCP and would fit the bill perfect however, before I make the purchase I would like to know if its going to work. I don't mind making slight modifications etc if this is even possible. Thanks

I was thinking about taking advantage of the steam sale and picking up X-plane 11 for 33% off. Now I don't mind steam for video games but I think I would prefer my flight simulators not to require steam running in the background. Is there a difference between the stand alone version straight from LR website and the Steam Version or is the Steam version the same? i.e. standalone not requiring Steam to run in the background?

Does anyone know what the problem is? I suspect it might be a wrong coordinate in a file somewhere. ANY help is appreciated by the Newbie! thanks! M

How would you rate the xplane 727 against the Captain Sim version Ron Service

After over 2 years of troublefree Navigraph FMS data updating for the Zibo 737-800,700 & 900, all 3 aircraft refuse to recognise the latest 2021 rev1 data, no problems with other aircraft in this respect, I have updated again with the Navigraph FMS data manager, plus a manual imput to no avail, all nav info in "Custom Data" appears to be correct.
