I have a question and hopefully somebody can help me If I set the Cessna to start with the engine off, the 757 starts the same way. How do I stop the 757 from starting with the Cessna settings? Thank you.

Hi There, As my topic title says, I am looking at utilizing my 3 monitor setup for X-plane. 3x 23inch 1080 monitors with Radeon RX480 and quite a nice setup really. As my username suggests, I am a jumper looking at going to the dark side... Piloting! :-) But I am a total newbie and I have found quite a few resources, but still have a few questions... From what I can see, X-plane does not support multiple monitors, but can I get my maps on another monitor? Or run another copy of X-plane in a VM that just displays maps or some other navigation assistance? And final question, is there anywhere on line I can get an introduction to flight navigation an…

This is prolly a silly question, but I've watched in XP movies how user can advance time of the day on the fly. How this can be accomplished? Setting some key map to what?

X-Plane 10.51, Windows 7 I have purchased the Flight1 GTN750 & installed the 750 & the Trainer. The Plug-In is working, wherein I can pop up the 750 in any aircraft. OK However, I do have the following issues. If I try to replace anexisting 530 gps, as in Carenado B58 Baron, I can not do this. Carenado says I have to execute the "F1GTN750A500S.exe" file that I will find in the "Simobjects" Folder. This folder exists in the Resources/Default Scenery/?Somobjects. No GTN750 file there. I find it IMPOSSIBLE to contact Flight1/Reality X-P about their product. I do not know how to update either. I feel like I am floating out there. Any suggestions …

Is any part of VATSIM Macintosh compatible? Mac Pro 4,1, 16gb RAM, 240gb SSD for XP, 128gb SSD for system. ATI Radeon 5770 graphics card. I'd really like to have ATC as I was a real-world pilot until my health grounded me. ATC was always part of my ops, as I live in the SF Bay Area. I'd like to have VATSIM, but I can't find anything Mac compatible, and as I'm on a fixed income, PilotEdge is out of the question. Can anyone help me? XP ATC is useless.

Just landing any descent payware aircraft just feels soooooo right, even the default aircraft dynamics you can feel them, and the night lighting, WOW, how good is that!! I can't wait for the next two or three aircraft that are coming out! That's all we need....and they're coming for sure!

Well I pulled the plug and got a digital copy of X-plane 10 with the free follow-on of 11. Coming from years of FSX and prior MS sims, none of the keyboard commands seem to cross over except maybe the G for Gear. I would like to find a good reference sheet for the keyboard as the one that comes in the XP 10 is pretty limited. My real problem is that when flying the heavies like the 747, when I move the mouse over the knob to say adjust the airspeed or alt, I get the little semi-circle indicator but the autopilot numbers do not change. A few weeks ago, my curiosity got the best of me and I moved forward with purchasing XP10 (through their site, not Steam). Since that time, I am reinvigorated with happiness of being able to fly anywhere without issues with scenery, fps and all the other usual suspects that came with running sims. I have to say that what I have experienced so far, has been nothing short of extraordinary. The deal maker for me was the lighting, especially at dusk and at night. The realism is just incredible and no one who develops for the other sims can come close to matching it. I tried the free demo version of G2xpl. It appeared to do some amazing work with file down loads but the scenery looked the same after it had finished. I tried a couple of areas in North America, KSTS and KTVL. The next day my X Plane would not load. Nothing I tried worked. Application hang on load screen. So I downloaded a fresh copy of X Plane 10.50. Same issue now with the new, plain vanilla download, with nothing added. Application hang X Plane won't load? Got X-plane 10 license key when the same day they announced it will be valid for X-plane 11 as well, and I was now wondering if I may keep my copy of X-plane 10 while having X-plane 11 installed as well? Cheers, Drago
