I wonder if one of the very positive consequences of using it's own FDM code is the fact that this FF A320 U reacts to weather, namely variable winds and turbulence, a LOT more believably than default X-Plane aircraft. In my last session I was using RW Weather ( X-Plane, not injected from an external / plugin weather program ) an I faced the kind of situation where my flights usually turn miserable in XP11 - shifting winds + turbulence.... Under such circumstances other aircraft, even the heavier airliners, start to oscillate and dance wildly while the FF A320 progresses, showing the effects of those variable winds and turbulence in pretty much consistent way. I just saw that AF2 now has a new VR feature...you can see your hands...and operate anything within their cockpits with your virtual hands...turn, twist, grasp...as you would your real hands. A cool feature for those running VR gear. Will this follow for XP, I wonder?

I'm tearing my hair out over this little thing (or what's left of it!) All I'm doing is making a new png file same size/shape as the original but adding a small graphic. It's for my GTN750 equipped aircraft so I can tell which model I'm loading. Where does XP11 actually get the thumbnail data from? When I say thumbnail I mean the main graphic that shows up in the aircraft selection screen. Not the file per livery that changes as you scroll through different ones. Have the Carenado C210 with RXP GTN750 latest build and XP11.11. The GTN works in other planes but in the Carenado C210 I cant get it past the first page. I can push the continue button on the touchscreen and it works by making a clicking noise and the button turns blue but that it is. It stays frozen like that and does not advance to the next page. Anybody have these addons workings? Since the GTN works fine in the default C172 I dont think its a GTN issue but something in the Carenado addon but being new to XP have no idea where to look?

I would like to have the Mooney Ovation, is there any feedback regarding the Alebo Mooney versus the Advanced Flight Modeling Mooney Ovation? Any thoughts as to which one is the best. At first blush I considered the Advanced Flight Modeling but am rather put off by early access, work in progress, updates coming out on a weekly basis etc. Alebo usually has beautiful modeling, 3D usually well done, but quite often flight modeling is somewhat suspect. Eeny Meeny Mini Moe, which is better I want to know!!

While this doesn't seem to get much attention the new Terminal Kit is a major improvement for Lego Brick Airports. It will probably help to create much more detailed airports and reduce the "all default airports look the same" effect. There also is an interesting tutorial video by Jan Vogel. Hi. I am running the 6.21 version of the trainer and creating flight plans and saving within X Plane. Where are these stored? I'd like to have a central repository for plans to be stored via the trainer and other third party planners that export in gfp format. I appreciate that plans go in goes in the FPLN folder but they are not read/found in the catalog function. Do the flight plans need a way point file also like the default example even if they are planned utilizing existing established way points? Many Thanks Andy Holmes

Well, many moons ago I had the Jeppesen FlightChart, a service that came to an end some good time ago, and since then, apart from keeping my Aerowinx Nav Database updated every year, as well as ELITE IFR, there was no use to it in other sims, so, I never invested again on this sort of software. PFPX has been resting on my disk, untouched, since I bought it some 3 yrs ago... and it came with NavDataPro 1302 cycle. It's time to start using this stuff, and it's not for IL- Battle of :-) - The FF A320 is making the mindset change rapidly and, incredible!, X-Plane is remaining on my disk for more than a week now !!!! I recently got the rotate md 80 and it came with alot of extra custom commands . I've also seen these type of custom commands with other aircraft. My question is, How do I use these custom commands in the sim. Where do I put them so I can use them for assigning to my hardware. thx Lee

In P3D v4.1 I use a small plug in AP/GPS unit from WeFly Works in aircraft that don't come with AP or GPS. Primarily older aircraft. It toggles as a pop up & among several things it does, I can set Vs & Alt, & the GPS picks up a flight plan & the aircraft follows it, levelling of at the Alt I have set. This allows me to set up a longish flight, depart, & then come back later for the interesting part, the landing. Is there an equivalent plug in for XP 11? T45

Title pretty much says it all. I am curious to try out x-plane's native VR on the demo. Is there a way to accomplish this? I realize I can download a trial of Flying Inside for x-plane but I am really interested in trying the native Yes? No? Maybe? How? :-) Any help is appreciated. Kind Regards, Brett

Hello guys n girls, I have been trying for some time now to download better pushback for xplane 11. I think I have downloaded it about 8 or 9 times and each one, after download, when I try to unzip tells me that the file is corrupt. Another strange thing is that each download (from GitHub) has a different size and the speed of each download varies from 5kbs to 300kbs. ie it is either reasonable or very slow Is there another download site that can give me a more reliable download and can someone tell me what is the correct download size I have downloaded 31.3MB, 39.8MB, 611.31mb and the last one was 70MB. They are all zipped downloads. Help. Regards…

I do a lot of flying & landings from External spot view, tucked in behind the aircraft. In P3D Shift + Z will give me the aircraft air speed in the top left corner of the screen, regardless of the view I have running. Is there any way to set that up, (air speed on screen, top left), in XP 11? T45
