I get about 5 minutes into a flight and the pc shuts off and restarts...any ideas?

I love the slant alpha no gps mod by miniwebbs. I tried to use it with simcoders REP c172 however and I copied the Cessna 172SP Slant Alpha V1.0.3 folder into my REP c172 folder. Xplane gives me a few options in the airplane screen. I can choose the slant alpha mod with no REP or the REP model without the slant alpha mod. In other words: I cannot manage to have them working together. I can choose the "aircraft/Laminar Research/c172SP Skyhawk REP/Cessna 172SP Slant Alpha V1.0.3 /Cessna_172.acf" plane but I get the slant alpha mod working but no REP menu or options. Hi, i have Little Navmap and i export the flight plan in the GARMIN GTN750 FPLN folder with extention .GFP in the: C/ProgramData/Garmin/Trainers/Databases/FPLN. In my cockpit Carenado B58 i go to my GTN750, in menu Catalog, and menu again, and i don't see insert file, i just see Delete All and Delete Pending!!!! Some one have a fix for this???? I upgraded the 172SP Rep and know when I load it, it loads with all the tire blown out. correcting the failed tires in failures does not correct the problem. The plane will not move with the flat tires. Unable to use to use till this problem is fixed.

Curiosity forces me to ask - after first encountering your 'cranes' in the 'Barton' scenery, how many total are installed in the GB sceneries?

I find when using W2xp hd.bc with Ortho4xplane ( tile +49-124 ) cyvr is not rendered. Runways , aircraft, are there but no buildings. Only by isolating the W2xp file doe's the airport re-appear. Any work around for this? Also all my dsf files have a "Gom" extension. ie:they are presented in the "coloured gom tile format. This doe's not seem correct to me. Any thoughts on this one.

Hi there, Have been trying to get larger waves because my xplane 11 water is flat and lifeless. I replaced the "any" water tile in bitmaps/world/water and that looks a bit better. However I love the look of 20 ft high waves and there is a Lua script for that. No matter what I try, the water remains flat as a pancake. I removed all scripts but the wave-script for waves but no luck so far. I tried 2 or 3 different scripts but they just don't work. I have the most recent flywithlua. I use asxp for weather so I cannot change wave heights myself. Any thoughts would be great! Jozeff

Been trying to change a couple of values in dataref plugin but nothing changes. I'm using the 12/03/19 version, downloaded from "Github". In the 'plugins' dropdown I select 'dataref' and it opens with the codes and three little boxes lower left - then enter a word from the script line i.e. 'white'. About six selections pop up and I click to the right of my choice. Liittle value window opens and I clear it with 'backspace'. Type in a new value and click keyboard 'enter' - reverts to original value, no change. What am I missing?

When at the Drzewiecki KMDW airport, the gate from the adjacent stand will dock with the aircraft. Using the ZIBO 737.

I don't fly XP11 often so not really that familiar with its ins and outs. But based on P3DV4 I would expect see either the CPU or the GPU up against its limits and that would limit its performance. My system is quite beefy but just running XP11.41 now I noticed that I was getting about 25fps while my GPU was moseying along at less than 50% and the CPU likewise. Neither one really stressed at all. Neither was I using more than 8gb of my 11gb of VRAM. What gives? Am i missing something.

Any recommendations for freeware clouds that work well with XVision, or should I stick with default? I also own Active Sky XP, but I haven't tried its cloud textures. Any thoughts on those?

When looking top down above scattered clouds. You can clearly see a circle of clouds below the aircraft working out.i use active sky. Is that normal?

I am running X-Plane 11.41r1 and I purchased/installed the Rotate MD-80 Pro. When I select the aircraft and either manually start the engines, or select Customize and specify "Start with engine running", I get a continuous set of warnings about brakes and flaps. This happens before flight? Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? Thanks, Arthur

After updating to Zibo mod 737-800 latest release, the throttles do not activate engine thrust. I did have to recalibrate and reconfigure my Logitech throttle quadrants after the update. I believe I'm doing all that has to be done to configure take off. The throttle levers are moving correctly in unison with my logitech quadrants, but there's no increase in engine power. The reverse thrust works but not forward thrust. The T.O. config warning light does come on, but after checking flap setting, speed brake off, auto brake to RTO etc the TO config warning won't cease to operate. Is there a T.O config button to press that I'm overlooking? …

Hi, Any of you heard of this term? It's sort of an alternative for ortho scenery in XP-11. Here is a video which explains it all: https://youtu.be/hCIualkellY?t=2s This technique was developed by a fellow who used to spend lots of time creating ortho sceneries and not enough time flying. The essential concept is that he sandwiches his own custom version of w2xp between AIPilotX's HD and UHD meshes and an overlay created with Ortho4XP. He only uses that tool to create the overlay, not photo scenery. The video explains it all, both in text-to-speech during the video and in the footnotes. He had made available w2xp files…

Hi Has anyone experienced this and how did you fix it. My XPLane is version 11.41r1 I updated my Navigraph AIRAC to version 2001 and I also downloaded CIFP zip file 200102 and put the CIFP file in Custom data folder. When I started XPLane I had this error message? Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? Thanks.

Hi guys, I have owned the airfoillabs c172 for three years now. It is a great airplane but I never really started to learn how to fly it. It used to be very hard on fps but that seems to be better now. I solely fly in Oculus rift s btw. I'm tempted towards the simcoders rep version but I don't know if that plane is as good and different to spend 20 Euro on. I'm not really interested in the maintenance part of the sim. The flying/sound/looks of it are most important to me. I find the lighting in the default c172 rather dim and I wonder if that is better in the rep version? Is there a way to brighten the c172 panel lights a but more?? …

Hello, I've just moved to XP11 a month ago, and wanted to try out the HD Mesh v4 for Australia and Asia/UHD Mesh v4 for Japan and NZ, but the minimum requirements state minimum requirements of 32GB of RAM. Is this really the minimum requriement or can one get by with 16GB of RAM as well ? Cheers 9W

When I turn on ASXP I get a lot of "blocky" cloud textures. When on my FPS goes through the floor. When off it runs fine. Any ideas. S

When trying to create mesh overlays after my Orth download I constantly get the error "DSF boundaries are out of range ,missing or corrupt sim/dimension properties" I am taking my mesh from XPlanes own menu ex: . …. Hello all, I got absolutely no response from my UWXP problem, but I am hoping for a better deal here. Initially, I would like to extend Seasons Greetings to those who celebrate Christmas and the New Year. Now for my problem.
