I realize that the 11.50 beta is the big thing right now, but for the basic X-Plane 11 program I would like to be able to use a "Graphical" (Map) based way to plan a flight :Inside" X-Plane. This use to be the way Microsoft allowed you to flight plan in their previous version years ago. Since the X-Plane map only shows the scenery files loaded, that does not allow for a very long flight to be generated as describe. Yes I know their are external flight planing programs that can be imported into X-Plane but that requires going in and out of the sim/full screen view. Is there some work-around with the infamous ATC flight planning in X-Plane that could be turned…

My license is reset and after entering the key and email when I click ACTIVATE the screen goes away??

Does anyone have experience creating an inexpensive home simulator for helicopters? Things I've already done include: 1) ziptying the spring of my flight stick so that it flops like a real cyclic; 2) removing the spring which centers my pedals; and 3) mounting my throttle's base perpendicular to the side of my chair to mimic a collective Is there anything else I can do to improve on it. Well, I guess we all can agree that 11.50's water renderings is much superior to 11.41 and previous. Has anybody tried swapping out...(importing 11.50's water files) 11.50's into 11.41? I certainly would like to do that...and hope the are not a 'Vulcan' only thing....

Hello, I use Orbx TE UK scenery and I think that this allows XP railways through instead of ortho, is there a way to get transparent railway tracks the same way it is offered for the roads please? Best Phil

Hey guys, I open this topic because I tried a lot of times to create a scenery of the airport where I do gliding, but there are so many problems that I can't fix that I need YOU to help me please! So first of all I created a Scenery in WED.exe. I choose the runway setting transparent and it wasn't equiped with any lights. But when I open the scenery in XP11 there are runwaylights as well as a grass runway although I choosed a transparent one. Furthermore our ariport called Nastätten based in Germany is such sloped, that I have to create a different mesh to make it able to land on it. I've done this with Ortho4XP and some Photorealscenery. I see no reshade folder in the XP11 root folder. I see no other files that would account for the black (Reshade as been successfully installed...bar...of which I can NOT get rid of....and I have no HOME button. Where is this installation hiding in my root folder? I want it gone....thanks.

hey, so i want to install a plugin bettermouseyoke, because real yoke broke down, and i still wanna atleast somehow play while i get money for the new one. Usual stuff, put it in resources\plugins folder and crank the game up. I open it up, i cant see the bettermouseyoke option in settings, and i cant toggle it with any way.. What am i doing wrong? I purchased the 650 and show it as a Separate window on its own screen. (iPad). When I touch certain spots to set frequencies etc, the whole GPS window just disappears. I have to go to the plugin menu in xplane, select the gps and click “show window” again. It is still running but for some reason just disappears on touch. The “auto-hide” function is off. Very annoying. Any ideas?

Hello. My first post here. I searched the archives, but found nothing regarding my exact issue. I own X Plane 11. I purchased the MilViz T310R, which has an option to install RXP GTN 750/650, after purchase from RXP. I go to RXP site and find the GTN 750/650 page. To purchase, I am directed to download an e-commerce installer. When I click on that, my Chrome browser tries to download a file from a site called 100megabyte.com. Chrome tells me the site is unsafe and it refuses to download. Tried many times. I even went in and removed that Chrome security setting to no avail. Can anybody help with a solution? Thanks much.

Hello, I'd like to remove the extruded road and rail bridges from X-Plane 11, as often they are not at all realistic and can be verging on silly, paticlarly the Orbx TE ones. Can this be done easily pease? Best Phil

I've been using reshade and I absolutely love what it does for XP11 but when undocking the GTN 750 to move to another window it tries to reload reshade in the GTN 750 window creating a slideshow. It gets stuck loading the effects in the new window. Has anyone successfully used Reshade with the GTN 750? Can X-Vision create the visuals that are possible with reshade and available presets? I'm trying to avoid having to buy X-Vision because I've read that it could become incompatible with future X-Plane versions. Thanks. Jose

Version 4.0 for XP 11.30 has been released. EARLY-ACCESS.. so, she is very nice but lacks a few systems.

I was hoping someone can help my find yOrtho4XP_Overlays for the state of Virginia. Most of the states are available in beautiful ortho, but there are only overlays for only a few states. I'm only downloading the vStates Ortho that I'd like to explore, but it looks like the overlays are not as easy to find. Thanks for the help. Jose
