No matter what I always get the same error at the end of my script "DSF boundaries out of range". Consequently there are no overlays generated. Tried with fresh copy of XPlane.. same thing...… hmmmm any ideas? John

I purchased traffic global but I can't seem to make it work. I installed it fine but the plugin won't show up in the plugins menu.All my other plugins load fine. I checked log.tx and found this error: C:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/Traffic Global/64/win.xpl : Error Code = 1114 : A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. I ran a search on google but I'm none the wiser. How do i fix this ? Thanks

Hello all, I have read about a few problems with UWXP regarding "trying to read textures" and then crashing to desktop. I am suffering from this on an incredibly regular basis and I am continuously (every b****y day) uninstalling and reinstalling this programme. I got in touch with UWXP in an attempt to permanently fix this aberration and they advised me to use only UWXP cloud mainset which I have done. It does NOT solve the problem, and I am wondering if anyone using this programme has overcome the textures issue, other than permanently deleting UWXP. This is rapidly driving me crazy and I really need help. Thanks in anticipation Tony

You need to turn off the two Sharpening locations, within any xVision script. One is located under Post Process, and the other is under Water...make sure you un-check them, for if you don't, they will conflict with nVidia's Sharpening filter. Some people are not even aware that the scripts page has two sharpening boxes...and the amount you can set, (off-set) them to. Again...turn them off...and then run Xplane only with the nVidia Sharpening filter...

Yes, MSFS2020 is coming...and with it, exciting teases and expectations...BUT...BUT.....still promise-vaporware. Actually landed, and upon the screen, is some of the best XP11(whatever) visuals, I have ever been able to enjoy. Yes, I have help from the likes of Ortho4XP (which you see here in generated tiles), xVision 1.41, HD 4.0 Mesh, SFD Global 1.1(hotfix and Europe 3.0.6 compatibility), and their custom auto-gen generation...yes, all of that...but truly, I'd have to say, that on my system, FS9/FSX/P3D 4.x/Xplane 11.41, easily, the most pressed into service is XP11.x The following screen output is the reason why. Hi all,I did post in the Audio for VATSIM forum, but I think this might be a better place.Today I installed X-Pilot and ran the setup. Other than a few issues setting push to talk (which I solved), all went smoothly.However, when I try and connect, the connection works but I get the error “Error connecting to voice servers: The request timed out”. I don’t have voice functionality.Any fixes? Thanks!

I wanted to load an aircraft carrier approach and which requires new scenery to be installed. I have installed several different third party pieces including ortho scenery, XVision, HD Forsest, Mr X, etc. and don't want to lose any of my settings. What files/folders do I need to back up to return to when I am thru flying the the carrier landing? Or is there some way to keep both my current setting and the carrier approach in the same set up? Thanks DISREGARD, AFTER FURTHER FIDDLING I DISCOVERED XCARR IS A "WORLD OF IT'S OWN" AND DOES NOT AFFECT EXISTING SCENERY DATA.

Question: Does adding this to the sim, also affect besides mountain and terrain elevations, does this also affect where you see forestry, and its 'detail' upon the landscape, over default mesh files? The following screen shots are with HD Mesh v4.0 installed, and I do believe that I have much better forestry coverage and detail with these DSF files on play...what do you think? Here is just west of Detroit, Michigan, heading out into the 'burbs...at 1,500 ASL

My situation. I am a old sport pilot, ground last year for medical, trying to take rust off with old sim and hardware. Using FS9 and FSX SE, but wondering if X Plane might be better for me shooting approaches for realism; if my old hardware can support it. Has anyone experienced a radical difference for light Piper, Cessna? I can see on larger stuff that the physics would be appreciated. The scenery is not key for this application. I´ve have been trying to set the best FOV (field of view) form XPlane for almost a month, but still haven´t found what is more "realistic" Some say that FOV depends on the screen size, wich I agree partialy, but it acts like a zoom, as make things that is near become farther, and not only bigger and small. Some say is up to your preferences, but I think that for simulation I want to be as real as it gets (oops). If I enter in a 737 NG cockpit (ZIBO), and try to set the correct pilot seat position, (wich is seeing the top of the glareshield and the PFD and ND without interference from the yoke) I just can do it if I set the FOV to 85 and above. Hi. Watching this video I asked his owner for requirements for getting a good number of frames. My question it was: Hi. You can get that frames only with one pc and one graphic card? I have one pc too with one graphic card. I7 4790K oc 4.7 ghz and gtx 970 4gb oc. I use 4 screens, 3 for main view and 1 for matrox (3 screens for PFD, ND, and engines) I have fsx and 737 pmdg. I can not get the frames you get. Do you think xplane is better than fsx in order to get best results with frames? Thanks.

Hello people I have: - Ryzen 5 2600x - 8GB RAM DDR4 - M.2 SSD 240GB - RX 570 8GBVRAM and on this specs my xplane11 have maximum 30 fps and on airports 25, on bigger airports it drops to 15 to 20. Why is that ? What I have to do ? It should be 30 fps all time at least All drivers updated. No extra addons for graphics installed. Just simple sceneries most of them default, maybe 10 custom. Please give me advice on what to do? Do I have to increase RAM ?

The newly done Bristol EGGD for XP11 is out for XP11 and the P3D V4 version also. I had the Pilot Plus version for XP11 , the Definitive Bristol International, but it ran very choppy on my rig. So far this UK2000 seems to run more smoother along with my True Earth GB from ORBX.

Hi guys Downloaded the x737-800 from the site and after installation, started a flight in xplane 11. Noticed immediately, that my joystick had no nose down or up trim. Went back and checked the laminar default baron and 737 and the trims work fine. Is this just a glitch in the x737 or am I missing something ? Jim

Just recently moved to 11.40 from 11.36 where everything was very nice...in fact it was great. Now more than a few of my payware airports ( I.E. CYYZ, CYTZ, CYUL..etc) are simply not present. They appear to be present and accounted for when looking within X-P itself. That said the "Canada for XP" are just fine. These are the most obvious anomalies but others are present. Where would one go for guidance to trouble shoot? I am sorry I ever left X-P 11.36. I'm considering removing this and reinstalling the 11.3X series if that's possible. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dave
