Wondering if anyone has extra throttle heads/caps they don't need for their Saitek throttle quad?I called Saitek and they won't give me or even sell me any extras.I really just need the big black handle that covers 4 levers.I'm in Quebec, Canada. Anyone willing to ship me one? I'll cover all shipping costs through paypal.

As you can see, I'm fairly new to flight sims & AVSIM.This is NOT a "look how cool my system is".My problem is that I can't seem to find just where my hardware/tips/recommendations should go.The hardware that I would recommend is entirely based on my tips & tricks, software/drivers (freeware & payware).I use the Radio Panel concentric knobs to control the on-screen GPS-500 knobs. The Switch Panel has been reprogrammed to function properly. The CH Yoke switches perform multiple actions such as starting individual engines, control certain actions of the G13 keypad, & my TrackIR.The hardware & FSX is all tied together with SPAD, FSUIPC, HIDMacros, third …

Once the pc has been on standby, or sleep, I have to unplug and reconnect my CH yoke to get any input from it. It's still being recognized by wondows and FSX, there's just no axis or button input. My other usb devices don't have any such problem. When I reconnect the yoke there's no bubble message about hardware or anything, it simply starts working again.

Sadly, my CH Products Eclipse yoke has died on me and so I will need to buy a new yoke. Before I do I shall be very grateful for anyone's views on both the Saitex and the CH Products offerings and which one they consider is better. Many thanks.

Hi, newbie here.I’m involved in a project to equip a decommissioned Cessna 172 with FSx. Looking into using a projector and possible 2 monitors for left/right view.I have looked at gauges, like Saitek, for basic flight instruments. Anybody know of gauges that can be mounted in the original cockpit cutouts?Thanks/Blouberg

Anyone know if the throttles that come with the Pro Yoke System are repairable in any way?Suddenly, there's now massive and CONSTANT spiking on the left throttle lever. Tried recallibrating with both Windows and Saitek software, but the issue persists.it's so bad that it makes aircraft unflyable.

Hi,I've had the Saitek yoke probably 2 1/2 years now, and if any of you have that yoke, you'll know, that if you move the POV hat switch, you'll hear a little click. This click went away about 3 weeks ago, but only if I pressed down on the POV hat, all other directions had audible clicks. Now if I press right on the hat switch, the click went away again. Is this fixable, or do I have to buy a whole new yoke?

I have the Saitek yoke with throttles. I decided to guy two more throttle quadrants. The problem is the two new ones have way less friction than the one that came with the yoke. I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the friction of the new quadrants to match the original one.

Hello,In FS2004 Lesson 1 your goal is to fly straight and level, there is a portion of the lesson where you are asked to pull back on the yoke and pitch the nose up, and then push forward and pitch the nose down...this is where I run into issues. http://youtu.be/-hyL0Z_Uh8k?t=2m15s Here is a video of my lesson as I talking about. At 2:15 the instructor tells me to pull back on the yoke and hold it to pitch the nose up, you can see at 2:38 the nose begins pitch down on its own. I continue to hold the yoke back until the instructor tells me otherwise at 3:02, at this point I push it forward s instructed to pitch the nose down and hold until 3:40 when he tells me to return…

Picked up a set of Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals...Wow... absolutely amazing. For years I've been using a MS FFB2 twist stick as my rudder. I love the tension adjustment - I can make them really tight like the real ones I'm used to. They are well-built, installation was fairly easy (I actually had to read the manual to learn about the reverse axis lol), but other than that - cool beans!A bit pricey, but I got them off Amazon for about $180 with free shipping.Highly recommended.

So below is my 737 overhead from Vrinsight. I like the size and it's plug and play full support of Ifly's 737. So nice having a reasonably priced overhead I can use in my main pit or the kitchen countertop. What I don't like is Vri could have made the switches a little bit more of a resemblance to an actual overhead, The toggle switches are smaller (as assumed) and with no heads you're basically focusing on a thin metal bar. Also the numerous shiny screws are detractor as they eye blend into the switches. I can understand not having toggle switch covers, but would have been nice to have a quick way of ID'ing the Red/Black switches. So I went off to my homerepair store and p…

Being from Austria, I'm looking for online stores in Europe where I can pick up my new PFC yoke for not too much €. Delivery and buying in USA is a no-go. It's just too expensive.Until now I've found two:http://www.dutifristore.com/(cheapest when you exclude tax)http://www.flightsimulatorcenter.com/And a german one:http://www.flughardware.de/This one looks to be very out of the date, though. The first one Dazz could maybe know, I dunno.I have a possibility to buy via a company, which saves me the tax and also make a pickup delivery with our carrier which also has way better rates than shipments, so I'm gonna be saving hundreds, but still, I need a decent and a good shop. 2…

There was a simmer who was selling plastic knobs that turned the CH Throttle Quad into a two-engine throttle by having the knob snap onto two axis. Sold for under $10 USD. Can't find anything on them via google. Might have been a news item at one of the FS sites but can find anything.Anyone have them or remember them - maybe a link? Here's a shot of something similar. These are not them but just to show something similar to jog you memory:Clutch

Hi all,I'm trying to set up my hat switch to control elevator trim... is there a way to do this? Seems like the only recognition of the hat switch will only move the trim in one direction. Thanks,Andrew

I installed this yoke (which is very well engineered and manufactured) and it was detected by Win7 as a USB Pad (which is what VRI said it would do). I calibrated it and it seemed just fine in the test mode. In FSX the movements are very jerky (from nose up to nose down) with very little pitch movement and after about a 30 seconds I lose all control of the plane. In the FSX setting screen it shows functions that the yoke does not have and doesn't show the pitch wheel function at all (which didn't work in the sim).Any idea as to what is going on here? Do I need to set it up manually in Settings (it does show up in the drop down box as a USB controller).ThanksAlan
