Everyone,I've just installed the new drivers from NVidia which are available now at their site. I don't have any more texture corruption. I'm running a pair of 6600GT's in SLI mode (but with a default profile) and I'm good.I assume that this means the 7 series will also be fixed since I experienced the exact same problems as everyone else did here.Have fun,

All all superb in their systems but the biggest glitch in all of the above software is the LACK of a good YOKE & THROTTLE arrangement. Anyone using this card and if so have you found any drivers better than others.I purchased this card a few months ago and I'm not thrilled with the bang for the buck factor. The AA in FS9 appears to be non-existent.

I have two GT6600 PCI-E video cards installed but not in the SLI mode. On the first one I have two 19" LCD monitors installed. One for the main view and one for the overhead panel etc. I can connect two more monitors to the other card, but does anyone know if there is a way to select a view such as left forward for one of them and right forward for the other and keep the view there while maybe changing the view on the main monitor? I am able to get such a view onto the monitor but it usually messes up the main monitor view or changes with the main monitor.Thanks in advance,Tom

You think you get it all but.....Today my new computer arrived and there is a problem. The joystick uses a 15 pin male connector, but there is none on this new motherboard. There is a parallel port which is something like 30 female pins and a comA and comB serial ports.Does anyone know if there are some connectors around to connect my joystick to say the parallel portthank you so much

Sadly, I disconnected my Microsoft FF2 Joystick last night just to check whether what I had been reading on the various forums was true. Well....after suffering with disgustingly low frame rates on a high end machine, and trying everything from Config tweaks to lowering my quality in the sim, I still was getting 20fps and below most of the time with wicked stuttering and pauses. This occurred no matter what I tried. It was not as enjoyable as I remember the sim to be. Long story short....I connected a Cyborg 3D stick and Voila! Frames on runway shot up to over 45fps and continued throughout flight in the 20's, 30's, and 40's. I even flew into LaGuardia and stayed in the 2…

I'm really having a hard time making anti-aliasing work, so far it doesn't. I run FS2002 on this system, with a Radeon 9200 series graphics card. I have checked, this card is capable of aa, and so is fs2002. I've checked every setting I can find and all my settings seem to be correct. Is there a known issue with anti-aliasing and fs2002, does anyone know how to correct this, or am I just s.o.l?Thanks for the help.

I am using an ATI Radeon X300-X550 graphics card (horrible, I know) an am having several problems with FS2004. I downloaded FSD-International's payware Cheyenne 400LS aircraft, and am experiencing many "jaggies" as I am throughout the entire game. On this FSD plane however, there is an antenna line that runs from the top of the tail to the top of the fuselage. It should be a solid line, but for me it appears as a series of dots not touching eachother. I think this has to do with anti-aliasing. I need help on changing these settings and how I can make it work (or anything else you think would fix this problem and how to do it). Thanks.Secondly, is there a freeware version …

I've got a problem with my throttle settings. I use the ch yoke and when advancing the throttle lever only no.1 engine spools up. TOGA works ok. For travelling with my Laptop Computer I'm searching for a small Joystick. I do not want to play with the keyboard. Do you know a small one ?

I was wondering if anybody is using this joystick, and could give me a few pointers. When I set the joystick up, I seem to have good forces using the forces tab in properties, I have the level and tension forces set to high. When I get to the settings menu in FS9 I have everything checked on forces bumps, gear, etc. My problem is the joystick does not seem to have the forces that I have the settings set to in the Sidewinder softwear. In FS9 there is not much tension when turning, or pulling up on takeoff. I tried this about a year ago and just gave up because I was having the same problem. I would appreciate any help. I just bought a 1800xt, i had a 850PE, i dont see any inprovement at all in FS9, infact FPS is much slower now in FS9. But with newer games the improvement is very much noticeable. In 3dmark05 i went from 6400 to 8400 with the xt1800 so it does it things apparently, but not in FS9. Anyone else experience this.OHN

Hi everybody, i've a big problem withe frame rate in flight, my pc is an intel pentium 2,66 HT video card Nvidia 128 mb Gforce, 1,50 GB of ram and flight sim is set on medium - high complexity of scenery........i locked the frame to 25 and i can't get above 10-11 fps!!! HiI just recently had a hd crash and had to reinstall everything. I also upgraded memory from 256mb to 512mb (DDR3200). Now when I run FS2004 I get 1.6 FPS, reading through some previous posts someone sort of had a similar problem. They just disconnected the joystick and the FPS went up. I noticed the samething when I disconnected my joystick. (Thrustmaster Top Gun Fox 2 Pro Shock) Before I had the the hd crash and the memory it ran good.Any suggestionsTrevor

is the difference in panel response time betweem 8, 16 or 20 ms critical as far as FS is concerned? I'm thinking about a viewsonic or sony 19 inch flat panel monitor. ThanksSherm

Hi Guys,I am in the process of building a high end machine and I need advice. The machine will have dual SLI 7800 GTX cards and Athlon FX 55 CPU. It will have 2GIG dual channel memory and 4 SATA Raptor western digital drives. The motherboard is capable of RAID 0 and 1 with 3Gigabit transfer rate. Here are the questions1. I was thinking of either doing two RAID 0's and have one with the operating system and the other with MSFS OR operating system on one 74 GB hard drive no RAID and three drives for RAID 0. I have an older non-USB CH Products Flightstick Pro joystick. The hat switch is failed in the down direction. All other positions work OK. Has anyone repaired their Flightstick Pro? About to put a new mobo in, and will no doubt copy my C: onto my external HD prior to re-installing XP (home). I've had the same install of XP now for around 4 years, and the amount of passwords/logins to forums must be enormous that the OS "remembers" for me.I've tried to standardize on the username/password combo, but sometimes is not available as an option.
