Hi Guys, This may been asked before but sorry for being lazy to search and dig. So, is there a way to replace the ATC and crew/captain voices in FS9 with custom pack? If so, which is best way?

Looking for the area from Fairbanks to Deadhorse. I had no idea how bad some areas of FS9/FSX look without mesh, some are far worse than others. I have the lower state but the upper region needs help. Much appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

EvaSim has (finally) released scenery for Riga airport (Latvia): http://secure.simmarket.com/evasim-riga-rix-fs2004.phtml Has anyone been game to try this one? I'm afraid the screenshots do nothing to convince me to get this scenery, although I want to support FS9 developers. After my disappointment with Drzewiecki Design's UUEE I will wait for some feedback before getting this one.

Hi Good People, Edward and I have finally drawn a line on the Default Microsoft DC3 texture developments for the Ford Tri-Motor Project. Started off with just 10 to be done and ended up with 26 comprehensive, unique and I hope visually enjoyable liveries for your simulation enjoyment. These textures will work with both the FS2004 and the FSX versions. There are 17 liveries available - originally planned as the total :-) - but then we got carried away and added another 9 as a BONUS pack of liveries. In the Bonus Pack area are some SPECIAL liveries - created as a tribute to the sites THAT have tolerated our forum posts graciously over the year…

Hello While reading through another post ,I came upon references to the 4gb patch . I have just bought a new PC and have no problems running fs9, it is now running superbly well. However being a simmer I am always keen to take advantage of any tool that might increase performance even more. Would the 4gb patch do this for me? Are there any risks involved ? If there are then I will stick with 'it ain't broke 'mode. Cheers Andy

Greetings all, This will be my first post here on AVSIM. I have been running FS9 for a couple of years now. I have been facing this problem in FS9 since the beginning. My textures don't load as far away as i want. Upon seeing my sim from top-down view, the sim makes a kind of a circle, in which the textures are loaded but outside that circle the textures are not loaded and will not load until i reach that area and then so on so forth. I had to download and re install the Queenstown New Zealand scenery made by Peter Lohr. Does anyone have or know where I can find the update file? According to flightsim the file name was NZQNv1.5.zip. I searched flightsim and avsim with no luck. And all the google links I tried resulted in dead links.

I must be dense. I just noticed an advert for SimPlanet here on Avsim and being curious, and not having heard of them before, clicked on the link. Their website looks similar to the 'old' simMarket version, and others. I wonder if anybody would care to fill me in with how long they have been around, experience with dealings etc.?

Can someone point me in the direction of a good mesh for New Zealand? A mesh for all of New Zealand would be nice, but if there is nothing like that a mesh for the Queenstown area would be the next best thing.

Hi All, Though I am completely on X plane 10 but I had to sell of my desktop and hence I have to stick to my laptop where XPX is good but not all places i can fly smoothly. Hence I have gone back to FS9 till i get a laptop specially for X plane. I am trying to create photo-scenery but what I get is a greyed out area in FS9. Can anyone please help me Thnx.

Hello, I am aware this is a recurring topic for many users. I have searched the last four days tirelessly on this forum, and another approximate 15 forums. I am having no luck. ISSUE: When loading FS9 it gets to the Splash Screen then stays there. I have to CTL ALT DEL out of it to stop the program. This happened 4 days ago. I exited the program because I was upating some scenery files in my library (again nothing that was a new addition that the program had not had before at some previous point) and I exited the program and when I went to start it up it just stayed at the splash screen. Hi, I am back to FS9 and I have tried all settings but the AA is terrible. I am using FS9 on an External display on the laptop , using enbseries mod. I have set AA to 8x in Nvidia CPL and also in Nvidia Inspector but those jagged lines are not going. All help appreciated. Please let me know if more info is required. Thnx.

Hi guys, Just wondering, I have installed my FS9 on to my SSD but need to move to my HDD as my addons are taking up to much space. Do I need to Re-install it on to my HDD or is there a way where I can just move it across. The next Question is how do I improve and tweak graphics on FS9 I have access to the config and other programs. Much Appreciated

Hey folks. I have been experiencing this really annoying stutter/lag with FS9 for a while now; and I have no clue as to what is causing it, or how to solve it. Any ideas? (take a look at a video I found on youtube with the same problem). I have tried possibly everything at this point, including format and the issue still persists. I have my fps locked at 55, when the stutters occur (in 1 to 2 second intervals) the fps are still solid at 55.Any suggestions?System specs:i7 975 3.33Ghz (boosted btwn 3.8-4.1Ghz) factory liquid cooled.16 GB 1333 RAMEvga 3GB GTX 580600 GB HDNo antivirus software running.All processed killed prior to gaming.

Hi, can anyone point me towards AI flightplans for the Polish Air Force F-16s stationed in Poznan-Krzesiny and Lask? I found none neither in the Avsim nor the "other" library, nor via "your friend". What I found: Repaints for every single F-16 of 31st and 32nd Air Base. But no flightplans! I'd like to complete the Polish Fighter fighter squadrons which consist only of the MiG-29s so far in my AI traffic. Flightplans for the Su-22 wouldn't be bad, too. Many thanks! Regards, Harald

Hi Good People, A batch of Douglas DC3 liveries are almost ready for release over at the Ford Tri-Motor Project Site.
