I loaded an addon of some kind that has caused white polygons to form as I approach water. Is the drill to remove the newest scenery addons one at a time from the scenery list? Do I need to absolutely delete the addon from the FS program before letting FS re-configure the scenery files? This getting aggravating! Any help is appreciated.I am using GE Pro, Ultimate Terrain, FE and FSGenesis mesh. ATI 9800 Pro 128mb, P4 2800. Also, around default Seattle, the water lines do not coincide with the landfall. Trees are in water and water is trying to cover land mass.

Hi all, what is a good value for a full load of passangers and baggage for airliners in FS9 under fuel and payload, I never touch my payload settings and only adjust my fuel. For example the Posky 767, 757, 747 series.....Thanks,Bill

I've got a version of Heathrow AFCAD that I've modified to more closely resemble the actual airfield. As a result, there are a few taxiways which I've designated as closed. But I was surprised today to see aircraft taxying to the runway along the closed taxiway.Any ideas???

I must be slow or something: I installed this fabulous addon about a year ago - I think without problem, but here I am after a fresh reinstall of FS9 and all that entails - I've just added FS Nav and have no clue how I get a three-line (Name, Date and Key) into two lines; i.e. Username & Unlock key. I can't find any post that explicitly says how to do this and I must have tried ten different combinations of the email wording. I'm sorry to ask, but I'm just so tired from installing and testing of FSX, FS9, video drivers, and configuring five years of great addons - all within the last month. Hello to everybody and happy new year!I have few questions if someone can kindly answer.In the contact points section of the aircraft.cfg file thereare specified 2 reference speed (in KIAS) for the landing gear, one for max extension speed and one for damage speed.Similarly, in the flap section, is specified the damage speed and the "blowout" speed for the flaps.Well, I tested these speed with the default Mooney Bravo (and realism settings to the max) and basically nothing happened...even well exceeding the blowout speed, the flaps can be extended and retracted with no problem at all.The only thing I noticed is the if you exceed the gear extension speed the landig gear wo…

hey guys im having a problem. im using the (boieng 747-400 standard procedures guide) and i came to the part where im supposed to click all 4 of the electronic engineering control switches i flip up the protective covers and go to click them but nothing happens no noise no nothing and no click. anyone have this problem?

Very odd.Anyway, I just purchased the SR22 and I currently have two issues that I cannot seem to get ride of.1. The chute graphic (not the animation of chute deployment, just the graphic of the chute already deployed) appears after take off at about 200 to 300 ft AGL (above ground level). I'm not going through the CAPS deployment procedures either, it just magically appears out of thin air. It doesn't seem to affect aircraft handling, it just shows up. Very odd.2. I am trying to track down the cause of displaced heading caused by addon scenery. The problem is my flight plan headings from FS9 flight planner deviates by 20 or 30 degrees. I have removed all addon scenery and replaced each one by one. Upon re-installing Boris Foero's Quito 2005 scenery I checked my flight plan KSEA to KORD and waypoints which should have been on a heading of 70 degrees FS9's flight planner had the headings at 44 degrees! So, I deleted all the scenery.dat files forcing FS9 to rebuild the scenery indices and the problem disappeared. Next, I re-installed RKSI for Jetways and Terminals for ACOF, by Jan Martin and the headings in the flight plan were 9…

I've recently had a shift of position of the default scenery of MGGT Guatemala. The afcad position and the runway positions in the PMDG and LDS databases remain the same as before, but the actual scenery seems to have moved to the edge of the plateau and I can no longer taxy to the end of runway 01, the a/c falling down the slope before reaching the holding point. I have removed recent installs and have also re-installed ap923260 into the SAME folder of FS/scenery but with no success. Also the default terminal has gone, replaced by a much smaller one. I've tried making new scenery for MGGT with EZ-Scenery but nothing shows up although I can make other areas show with it. …

Hello, I'm just in process of trying to organize my fs9 to run a little better, I got to the scenery library in settings and i was wondering if i disable areas that i don't fly in would i gain anything by doing so??I've been using fs9 for about 2 years now and never tried tweaking and or arranging it to run better but now i figure might as well try so thats where the question comes up.Thanks a lot

Hallo all.This is my first post in this forum.Could any of you clever chappies and ladies out there tell me if it is possible to enlarge the piddlin' little map view in fs2004, that shows the terrain in detail?I don't mean the GPS viewer, but the one that you have to go to from the top menu when fs9 is running from: /World/Map.It would be nice to see this in a bigger window, as I have recently got 'FS GLOBAL' by 'JustFlight', and its fascinating to see the virgin SRTM terrain - without any markings on it.If it was in a bigger window - then you could see terrain in the high detail setting - more in relationship to its surroundings.Just seems a bit hemmed in at the moment.T…

Hi All...Love the new EMB-120 - sweet ride...Does anyone have the performance specs - like V-Speeds for this bird...Does the FDE reflect them correctly ? I saw something on the Web that had normal cuise above 250 - however I think the FDE has Vne set to 250...Also - Is this aircraft supposed to have a "Yaw Damper" ??? Mine doesn't work... I see an indicator on Mr Grabowski's panel for it... I know how to enable it - just need to know if the real ones had it... I am using the edited FDE that came with the first 2-Pack that was released...Thanks,Scott

Greetings all & Happy New Year ! Just installed Greetmir Goodeguards v13 panel into a Meljet v2 Dreamliner and everything is wonderful except there is no view thru the left side window. Only looks like a wall there.Same thing happens with another panel I tried for the 777.Anybody know how to fix this ? Best RegardsAndrew

It's funny, I have had the flight zone Portland for awhile now, and I don't think I have seen it in it's full spendor!! Every time I fly into out of there it is raining/snowing/foggy. Flying the Carenado 182Q into Santa Ana the other day, I noticed something I hadn't seen before--I would get a stutter of a second or two on final. Since I had time to kill, I tried reducing settings one by one to see what the cause was--first building density, then autogen, traffic, etc. I was surprised to find that the stutter seemed to come from the ground textures. FS2002 never had the issue, so I looked at my old FS2002.cfg to see what the difference was. I tracked the difference to TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS.In FS2004 I had it set to 4, a popular tweak floating around. I reduced it to 1 which is where I had it kept in FS2002 and saw an immediate improvement. The …

I don't want to cause a fight just looking for opinions on which one is the best and why. I like to have pro's and con's to both then I'll make up my own mind. I'm going to stay with FS9 for now. I have FSX. Do you lose performance anything like that you can think of. I plan on getting active sky 6.5, If I get the Ground Env I'll get Flight Env. and Ultimate Terrain. Would FScene be as good as those 3 combind.3.2 Ghz P4HT, 1 MB DDR, NVIDA GeForce 7800 GTX 256 MB, Sound Blaster ZS2.

Can someone tell me how FS9 uses xai_lgjet01/02/03? As far as I have seen FS9 has used only the first one, found no instances of other two. Any help will be appreciated.Thank you

So i have downloaded Ai smooth and when i try to run it, i get and error msg say that i need fsupic 3.46 i believe and i looked all over to find it and no luck.
