I am new to this forum so forgive if this question answered before. In FS9 how do I add an aircraft to either this programme or the microsoft combat Fs ? My big Brother flew Lancasters in WW2 so I am keen to get this aircraft into my system. Thanks.

Hey everyone. I hope I can get an answer to this. I have the Cera Bell 212. It has backlighting in the panels. The 2D is great, but I don't use 2D at all. The VC has it, but it is not anywhere enough in most areas. I wanted to know if there is a way to brighten the gauges in the VC since there is already backlighting there. The lumin adjustment in the panel cfg is only for the 2D. How can I bring this Heli to its full potential. I was very suprised that Cera left it like this. I mentioned Bill Leaming in the post subject because I hope he sees this and...well Bill is amazing with this stuff. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just a quick qustion. Does Flight Environment work with Active Sky v6? It looks like a really good add on but I cant make out from their website if its meant as an alternative to ASv6 or not.CheersAndy S

Having installed so many, I usually manage just fine installing scenery files, even when they're complicated and the instructions are not clear. But I am having trouble with some Japanese airports:http://flightinfo.jp/souea/sc00.htmAfter installing, I removed the VFR bgl files from the different airport folders because the effect was really pretty ghastly - the VFR is a bit blurred and, moreover, doesn't match up at all with the surrounding default (actually Ground Environment) terrain: there are some very ugly border transitions! Thanks Eaglesoft for a great plane! I just got my Citation II/SP! Suddenly discovering all these new places to fly, gives so much freedom from the airliner routes! Time to park the Boings & Airbuses for while hee hee :(Im very happy with the plane but on the external model the wings look a *very* bright blinding white and was wondering if you guys could advice on how to darken them. Do I need some kinda uber-editing software? I just want to darken it. Hello:I just installed a new SATA hard drive. I would like to move FS9 to the new drive. I don't want to lose all my scenery and AI. If I install and then copy overwriting then I just have to reinstall payware that needs activating? I saw a post about this but there were conflicting methods.Is it possible to do a backup and then restore to the new drive?Any help would be appreciated.Best RegardsRick

When flying FS9 `sticks` for a second or two then carries on and this happens regularly during flight. I have tried reducing resolution to 800x600x16 - reducing the texture settings etc etc but I can`t stop it and I`m getting very frustrated.My set up is P4 3.0Ghz, 1.5Gig Memory, nVidia 7800 GS+ with 512 Mb memory.I would appreciate any adviceMany thanksGeorge

I was reading somewhere the other day about a setup that allowed FS9 ATC and the Ai planes to be used in MP sessions. I cant remeber what section of the forum it was in. Anyone know about this setup or program?Thanks,Julie

I have had the DA Cheyenne for a few weeks and still can not figgure out ( Yes I read the booklet) how to change altitude with the auto pilot to a differant altitude at a given vertical feet per minute. If you know how please advise how to do it. Thanks, jerry

Hi there, I have upgraded my pc, it now has 2gb memory and radeon X1650Pro graphics card. It is a pentium 4HT.Early last year I was running FS9 fine with 100% ai traffic (Ultimate traffic) at big airports like heathrow pro, but the last half of the year it has gone down hill? At the time I only had 1gb memory and had an Nvidia FX5500 graphics card, which I had when I bought the pc.I have only added on a few aircraft since it was running ok and cant figure out the sudden downturn in performance?Can anyone help?Kind RegardsGavin Moss

I have already purchased active camera a while ago and i love the program. The problem is, my dad restored my computer and re-installed FS and now Active Camera said i have to register. But my version has already been registered. has this happened to anybody? how do i get it to work again? thanks -Phil

Hey , does ANYONE know how to fix the sticky water problem for float planes in fs2004?It really bugs me having to apply near full power to get the AC to begin to move....slow taxi should be possible at idle.I hear FSX has cured the problem but I can't afford to upgrade my computer to run that as of yet!

Happry new year all.There are a few files in the excellent AVSIM library for enhancements to textures for airports etc. My question is that I have few payware and freeware airports installed and am concerned that if I were to install these enhancement packs I may adversly affect the non default scenery? Could someone advise me if these packs would affect scenery such as the justflight World Airports 2 and the excellent Boston Logan airport by Mr Grimshaw!Regards

Hi,I recently updated my ServInfo folder and in the process incurred two seperate problems.Can anyone advise me as to the relevant lines to insert into the servinfo.dat file to accomodate IVAO.aero? I inadvertantly overwrote the original and can't find another reference on Google.My second problem is that while ServInfo is running on my desktop it is now no longer running in my cockpit gauge display.The message on the gauge is "SI Not Running".Can anyone suggest what could be the fault here?Warmest Regardskevin
