Hello everybody,A few days ago I bought the My Traffic 5.1 package to install AI into my flightsim. In fact, I bought the package and received both the Fs9 as well as the FsX version.Now, as I am still using Fs9, I tried to install the Fs9 version but with little or no succes.From various sources I get info that the program installs itself inside Fs9 and creates a folder into the startmenu.The first part I can vouch is true but the second part eludes me completely.I have tried to install the program a couple of times (after removing the files manually each time) but there is no sign of the program in the startmenu. It doesn't show up in the add/remove programme either.I l…

Ok, you know whenever you download a repaint, a lot of the time it tells you to add stuff for the plane in the aircraft .cfg file.Well, I have tryed in Windows Wordpad and Notepad. Each time I can open it, but when I go to save it, it says "Cannot create the C://......aircraft.cfg file make sure that the path and file name are correct"Because of this, I am limited to very few repaints and other things. So, if someone could tell me what I am supposed to do, I would greatly appreciate it

How come when an AI plane taxis and take's off the flaps arn't set to 5?-Nick

Has anyone ever found or developed a AI Traffic program that will span WideView in FS2004? I know about WideTraffic in FSX but I still don't much like FSX even with a brand new dual core Dell -- I get such better overall performance across 3 screens in FS9.Thanks folks!Chuck

at kdfw i get really jumpy and bumpy taxiways in some places, very annoying, - is there anything i can do to get this to be smooth?thanksciao!Brian S

A niew event occurs when I start FS9. No main cockpit view obvious on the screen, then I need to press the W key to make it appear. Could anybody help for that problem?

I have seen a lot of posts about different FS9 issues lately and considering I spent close to two years troubleshooting FS9 errors I thought I would take a little time to share my experiences. When a pass 4,000 ft, my plane has contrails. AT 4,000FT! Thats a little weird. Anyone know how to fix this problem?-NickPS: I finally completed my first long distance trip in one sitting. (LAX-PHNL)

Speaking of tweaking the flight lessons, is there a way to swap into a lesson an add-on aircraft of the same type instead of the default one? Some of the troubles with completing the lessons are that the default aircraft are twitchy to fly. I've gotten so use to the smoother responding and more stable pay ware add-on aircraft I own that I won't fly the default aircraft anymore. Probably not possible but I thought I'd ask.Kim

Hi,This has never happened before and I have been using AI Smooth for a long time... when I run FS9 and AI Smooth, AI smooth is not recognizing that FS is running and so it's not controlling the traffic. I was using FSUIPC 3.7.0 and I just upgraded (after this problem began) to FSUIPC 3.7.5 and I also upgraded from AI smooth 1.9 to 1.11 and it still isn't recognizing. Does anyone know how I can fix this?Thank you,Matt

Where can i find the free ez scenery libraries from abacus?

When climbing and descending the Vertical Speed won't work. This magically happened once UT was install. It always worked before. If I make the plane descend, I get angry passengers on FsP. Please help.-Nick

How do make the traffic density higher for Ultimate Traffic. From looking at the preview video, I'm getting nothing like that. I just flew out of LAS for SNA on a A319 and there were only about 25 airplanes. There should be at least 130 is what I think. In Traffic 2005, I saw 541 aircraft in the Los Angeles area alone. Im not getting anywhere near that in Ultimate Traffic. How do you make the traffic density higher.-NickPS: The traffic density is already set at 100% in the FS2004 Traffic Menu and there is no General Avation set. I don't understand why there arn't as many airplanes as it seems there should be.

I just downloaded and installed Thomas Kwan's VHHH05 scenery, in the read me it suggested installing a 3rd party mesh file for the area. I downloaded the mesh and unfortunately it doesn't have a read me. The file contains a single .bgl file (hong kong mesh), what is the correct installation procedure for mesh? Right now I'm thinking, i should create a file named Hong Kong in my add on scenery file, and then create a file called scenery in that folder, then i'll place the .bgl in the scenery folder. From there I go into the sim and activate the mesh file. Does this sound right? Thanks!!!

Anybody currently working on an M28 SkyTruck? I remember about a year or so ago there was one on the go, looked great but never did hear of it being completed. If somebody has done one and they can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Hi,Just downloaded the above fill and have a question.It say`s in the readme fill that the panel folder have to be removed before activating the bmp2dxt3.bat. Do anyone know what would habben to the panel both VC and 2d if not removed?Im asking because I have never done this before.RegardsSvend

Is there a way to make city lights turn on earlier in GE Pro. I've had GE Pro for some time but haven't been running it due to hard drive space. Well I picked up a 400GB HD so now space isn't an issue...Last night I did a flight in my ATR from KASE to KPHX and was in the phoenix metro area at late dusk... sun was behind the horizon, scenery turning almost black with no city lights. Since it was my first flight with GE Pro at dusk I was actually wondering how I was going to land since there were no lights and I couldn't see anything on the ground... then all of a sudden BAM! the whole world lit up with city lights very unrealistically. Is there a way to set the lights …

Hy there, I just installed the PMDG 737 600/700 and v1.3 patch. The overhead panel is fine but my MFD's and the FMC don't work. The same problem appears on the PMDG 737 800/900. Is there anyone who knows a reason for that? Thanks for help.hammer1602

Hi All,I just upgraded my PC-Cillin from 2006 to the 2007 version. Now when I start FS9 I get a warning from PC-Cillin that a program called "Cleanup" is trying to run. The author of the file is Macrovision Europe Ltd. I have tried running FS9 with and without running "cleanup" and didn't detect any difference. I Googled the file and it appears to be harmless....I think. But, I am not all that computer savy. What do you all think?

Like others I've been perplexed by how certain runways at various airports in FS2004 seem to have "holes" in them and cause my jetliner to crash on takeoff or landing or at least veer wildly for a few moments.Tonight I had an idea: I thought I would check KSEA 34R to see if it was "Concrete" because I was fed up with severe veering on takeoff when approaching V1 in various jets. So I opened AFCAD 221 and saw that the runway was "Asphalt." I wasn't sure if this was good enough (although it sure beats "Bitumus" which is a disaster waiting to happen at some international airports in the sim.) I know that you can choose to make some of your downloaded aircraft AI using Ultimate Traffic. I'm trying to use the 50N 737-300 in America West. I saw it once this morning, but don't know how to do it again. Can someone help me.-NickPS: I know I have had a lot of questions about UT, but I'm just getting the gist of it.
