i just downloaded the FFG Saab 340... and i downloaded the American eagle repaint... but the repaint doesn't come with one of these[ fltsim.0]title= TACA Peru A319-132 N474TA with dot com titlessim=A319_IAE_IFDG_011model=iae.... (etc. of course this is for the A319, but its an example of what im trying to describe)i tried making one from a previous livery for the FFS model but it didnt work... has anyone made one or know how to make one?help would be greatly appreciated..-Rene Trujillo

Hi allI am trying to manually fly the pmdg 747-my problem is keeping on the magenta line all the time.I find I am constantly deviating between +1 or -1 degree of the course,this happens with even no wind effect.My question is ,does this happen in real life too and doesthis constant readjusting of the route have any effect on the final flight path.Looking forward to your replies.Qas

Greetings, I am curious if any of the settings in the FS9.cfg will allow me to improve the scenery graphics beyond what can be done with the in-game settings sliders. Thank you in advance-Mike Miraglia

Hello everyone: After a long hiatus, I am back to flight simming and just recieved a new laptop with the following: ATI x1400 (128 MB) Core2Duo 2.0 Ghz Windows Vista Business x64 So my question is, should FS9 run on such a setup, and is there anyone running on such a configuration and can offer some tips? Any plugins/add-ons that do not work?Thanks!

Popped a sleeping pill to go to bed? I have. Aggrivated with the LDS panel. After many re-installations, I still have this jagged line down the middle of the panel. Then I jump into the PMDG747, and for me, its a pretty complicated aircraft, so I hope it loads up with full engine start and ready to roll. Well, I only got half of what I wanted. The two left engines were started. I tried for 20 minutes and was unsuccessful in starting the other two. Annoying...So much for my long haul tonight, huh? Im off to bed folks, just had to vent. Hopefully I'm not the only one thats ever been this aggrivated with FS?

As soon as i press a single button in FS(, i am unable to pan in the virtual cockpit left or right. Up and down works fine but when i try left or right it attempts to but shakes somewhat and returns to center. What is the cause of this and how can i fix it?thx

hi i was doing a flight bos to mia and i was by flying over long island about fl370 everything went all fine until i got to a certain point in long island bout 1-2 nm miles away from my next waypoint and it just crashed i tryed this flight twice today and has crashed in exactly the same position both times i was using real world weather fs9 and posky 737-800 anyone no whats going onthanks in advance jimmer

In FS9, is there any real diference or gain to be had between 128 megs on video vs. 256 megs onboard. I have read so many different articles that say yes, no, etc. it is hard for me to say.The cards I have tested are the 9800 pro ATI 128 meg and the 9800XT 256 meg.I have both of these cards for a few years and I never saw a diference.I tried both on a DELL 8300 3.2 Hyper-threading computer. Maybe it is my settings.How much does FS9 use video on board memory?.I see no difference between them.I cant afford a new rigout and I am using the 3.2 DELL 8300 currently.Thanks for any thoughts and I know the cards are outdated.I was doing some benchmarking.R. I wasn't sure if I should put this in the hardware or here, but I figured here because its not really a question about hardware, but more about what does FS want from me now!I just got a new computer, and here are the specseVGA 680i moboE4400 OC'd to 3.5 stableGeforce 8500GT 256mb1gb kingston hyperX ramaerocool zerodba 620W PSUI run at 1680X1050x32 all the time (only resoltuion this monitor supports actually lol)I took every slider to the right knowing it would no longer be an issue about the slow computer i had and guess what! aero EDDF and PSS 757 (most 2 FPS eating things in FS9 that I know of) and I was getting like 12-13FPS in VC!!!:( why! why!

Any tips on how one can go in and alter an AC so that the airline name shows up with ATC?

Where can I get the charts? Ive found one site which requires registration, but that part isnt going over so well.. See the error message in the attatched pic. Does anyone know of another site or know what this error mssg means? Im about 3 hours from LHR with no STAR or approach charts on vatsim... I have a Dell 8300 3.0 and I checked my CPU settings in my BIOS. Hyper-threading is disabled. Should I have it enabled or not with FS9 or anything else?thanks

I just added the full CH line up to my system and I am left with a 2 yr old fully operational Saitek X-45 which I would love to donate to maybe help someone without the resources to enjoy the full benefits of our hobby.We all enjoy freeware titles, so why not open a forum for donations to other users for say video cards,cpus,monitors,controllers and so on to help others.Andy
