Hi Folks,I have had problems with my FS9.1 start screen "create a flight" page showing black where the selected aircraft should show and frose there.Now I got it working again by installing FS9.1 all over anew, but moved all the scenery, aircrafts and gauges etc. to another place befor I reinstalled FS9.1. Well, without any addon scenery my start screen was ok! But as I reentered all the scenery in the scenery.cfg I discovered that one or two of my sceneries produces a problem and crashes my fs9.1 at the beginning with the black box. Now, I spent some 10 houres to find out which one! I found out that "FSAddon - Wenatchee" produces the problem. So, you see, it is NOT …

For some reason I have problems with 'distant flickers' while flying over (auto-gen) scenario. The more you move to the horizon, the more unsharp it becomes. Hi,I remember the was a tool for FS2002/2004. It was an AI Traffic viewer. You can basically view all the traffic in a radar or something. And you look at their speed, altitude and so on. You installed as a .dll in the module folder. Apparently it was a 'hidden' feature of FS2004.Thanks

This may seem like an odd question ... but is there a way of disabling a specific type of autogen object - namely trees? They do nothing but detract from the visual realism for me (not dense enough, I've seen entire forests dotted with mere dozens of trees) but I like the autogen buildings ...

Hi,I want to use the panel from the Phoenix Simulation 757's in my POSKY 757s and 767s but when I install the panels and try to use them, the autothrottle won't work... it doesn't seem to control the engines at all and never holds the set speed. I tried copying the PSS 757 aircraft config. into the POSKY 757 but that didn't solve the problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?Thanks in advance,Matt

I have a cockpit sound that I'd like to remove from my default 737 because I can't understand what he's saying and the guy seems to come on every 6 or 7 minutes. It's getting really annoying.It's a british sounding co-pilot that sounds like he's saying "There is exactly (something inaudible) 3, 2, 1 now(?). . ." and I've searched and searched and I can't find it in my FS9 folder. I just started to download the Netherlands 2000 V3 scenery using the bittorrent file sharing protocol. Has anyone successfully downloaded the scenery? How long did it take? My download window is showing 630 hours to download the first file!! Is this normal?Thanks!Airbus

In the past, I have mainly used the "Windowed mode" for viewing the simulator. When doing so, the menu along the top would always stay there, unless of course I went to the "Full Screen" mode. Then to get it you hit "Alt". Something has now changed & in the "Windowed" mode, I do not have the menu bar, just the blue bar with "Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight" To get the menu, I hit "Alt" but then as soon as I hit any key the menu disappears. It does not stay at the top like it used to. I have to continually hit "Alt" to use it. I can't figure out what might have changed & have been unable to find any information on how to keep it in place. Am …

Hi,I'd like to collect some challenging VFR approaches, those with very short fiels and things like trees, rocks or other obstacles in the glide path. Preferebly bush flying ones. Have you any recommendations there?I am in the process of checking the strips in Glacier Bay but haven't found a field like that so far.

ey allEverytime i turn off AP just before landing on ILS, the plane goes either up or down a lot..and i crash. Why can it just leave all the rudders etc. on the same position?Any way to prevent this?thanks!

Hello,we have awesome and nice conmuter aircrafts for fs... ATR 72, SAAB 340, DASH 8, ETC..but when will we have a nice and wonderful commuter like Fairchild Metroliner?? From many years many people and me wanted this plane for fs, and we found some good freeware projects of it, but I think that is not a bad idea what some day, developers like Dreamfleet, Digital aviation, Eaglesoft, etc, will bring to us a complex representation of Metroliner... this airplane deserves it.RegardsDavid GaliCanary IslandsSpain

Does anyone have the setup files for the NOVA program? I cant find it anywhere and the author has been out of flight simming for a while. I personally thought it was a great program and I cant get my copied files to run correctly after re-installing windows and a new computer.
