I was flying from KIAH to KACT and once at cruise altitude of 10000 ft I came across this. I usually fly jets high so I dont know how long this has been here. I dont have any addon scenery in this area. Anyone seen this before.Thanks CDOG

Hello,due to the OOM Information I decided to transfer all Sbuilder Sceneries from AD On Scenery - Scenery Folder to a dedicated Folder in FS9 - Scenery - Sbuilder Folder. But I am not able to add this Folder to the FS Scebery Library. After opening the FS Scenery Library I click on "Adding An Area" and a window is opening to choose the Folder I want to add. But when clicking on the folder nothing happens. I have to say that the File Path does not show up in this window.Any ideas how to add the new folder to the Library?many Thanks!

I downloaded JFK FSDreamteam and installed it. Because I use AES, I opened FSNav data and changed the level of JFK to be immediately below AES, I saved it to FS9 and started FS9. For the first time ever, FS9 stopped loading and sent me an error message I never saw before: "Your computer has run out of available memory".I cleaned up whatever could be, removed a high load of unnecessary files on my computer, verified the available space on the disk and found that 28% remain available: my HD has 186Go, 133 are used, 52.9 are available, there is no need for defrag. Hi Folks,Bit of a long shot this question but just thought I would ask - I am using AI Seperator which is fine (generally) for handling my AI, however sometimes when times are busy I notice that some aircraft just get moved back and eventually they have gone from the approach list in AI Seperator and the aircraft never arrive at the airfield. Is there a button somewhere that I can press to reload the AI traffic without having to start all AI traffic from scratch again. I was told a little while ago of a scenery refresh button which refreshes the scenery. I have this assigned to my pause/break key but I wondered if there was any such button anyone is aware of where the sam…

Hello,good news. As many of you know AI Separation does not recognize the own aircraft. It only acts when AI Traffic conflicts between 2 AI Planes occure.All tests went fine, it works!Now I am making some final tests.If the remaining tests will be good too I will post at the library file a Manual. Somehow I hit a key combination that causes my selections across the top of the window ( Flights Aircraft World & Etc ) to disappear. Now to get them to appear I have to hit the Alt key and then that pauses FS9. Does anyone know how to get them to stay at the top of the screen as they are supposed to be??Thanks for any help on this. Randy

I've noticed that the number of my FS9 downloads is over 15GB. I download to a folder (FSDownlaods)in my documents. Is there any problem with copying that folder over to an external HD and deleting the FSDownloads on my desktop HD? Specifically, once the executable has been run and the files are integrated within FS9 itself, there isn't any chance of FS9 looking for a file within FSDownloads? Has anyone tried to merge the Feelthere CRJ-700 panel / FDE with the new POSKY CRJ-700? I have played around with it a little bit but it seems that I continue running into some problems. I have moved the xml folder and panel.cfg lines into their appropriate locations and merged the contact points, light, and effects from the POSKY CRJ into the right spots as well. As POSKY doesn't support these I just wanted to see if anyone else has tried it and what the results are.Thanks In Advance!!Mike

Hello,since some days I got a malfunction within the FS2004 Scenery.When flying over oceans the only thing I can see in dry land.The strange thing is that this malfunction does still display Islands (as you can see on the picture) incl. their Coastlines but some miles away from the coastlines land gets created.I found out that Ultimate Terrain Europe is causing this problem but I do not want to delete UTE so is there any solution without deleting UTE?I would be very happy about some help to solve this problem.Many thanks.

Hello,Only the Istanbul Ataturk airport scenery is having this problem. When I load the scenery, I get a stop error referring to my Nvidia driver (DLL file). But other airports are not giving any problems. Yesterday, I even did a full flight from London Heathrow (FRF Studio version) to Munich (Heiko Futerrer's version) and no problems at all. At first, I was able to load my plane at the gate at LTBA (Istanbul, Ataturk airport) but then I cannot load it at all. I had also loaded the Turkey mesh, Marmara region geography and Istanbul City scenery from 2005. Even when I uninstall everything but just the airport, I get a blue screen - same error each time referring to t…

My FS9 is freezing at various times since I've gone to 64bit Vista & this never happened with XP. I'm wondering if I should go to Vista 32bit or back to XP which ran my old Dell. Any observations appreciated!Thanks,Terry Wallis.

I have been out of the loop for a little while. Are there any new 3rd party aircraft on the drawing boards for FS9? Seems like everything has been transfered to FSX. Completely understandable, but sad. Thanks,Scott

Has anyone been able to make this gauge (here in the library) work? I've tried to get it to install and everything seems OK until I get to the part to "Build Database" and when I click on it, a page in German comes up and I am lost!!!! Can anyone help? Thanks jerrycwo4

I have noticed that if I start a flight at KEWR or KJFK FS9 will crash to desktop. I have aerosoft Manhattan but disabling it changed nothing. I also started FS in SAFE mode and the problem still remained. What could this be? Is it possible to repair FS?

Hi there,Is there anyway I'm able to get the maps of a default airport scenery in fs2004. The reason I ask (and it may be clearer) is because on VATSIM, I'm told to taxi via such and such routing, and my graphics aren't the best tuned, so it's difficult to see the taxiway signs - a map would assist greatly.Many thanks,Kelvin

I have been getting back into Flight Simming again, I took a break after beta testing FSX completed. For personal reasons I am still with FS9, and very happy with it.If you are willing, how about compiling a list of knock-out freeware files that you use, enjoy, and still say WOW, each and every time you use it. I just picked it up tonight. It flies nice, has a nice assortment of liveries, and is great for those not interested in studying a bunch of manuals to get going. A pal of mine who is a Concorde fanatic is thinking of getting into Flight Simulator for the first time simply to fly this aircraft. OK, I did nudge him a little. Would like to get some thoughts on what is the most frame friendly AI program out there? Currently use Ultimate Traffic, but if there is one that is better on frames I can live with random traffic rather than the RW schedules.Thanks,Joe

Hello,many FS Users seem to be very anoyed about the AI Traffic Problem. Although 2 Programms are already available (AI Smooth, AI Separation) they do not work very well. They are freeware so no reasopn to somplain about but why do software companies like Flight1 do not develope an good working AI Traffic Programm? They could earn a lot of money with this as I am not the only one who is anoyed by the traffic jams during approach. Installed the CD FS2004 version, however having CTD everytime I change something with the Singapore airline (day to night or reverse, also if I programme SIA when stating up the flightsimulator the FS9 just freezes at 0%. It seems to happen with the 2d aircraft & not with the other textures up to know. I have installed the A380 after receiving it in the mail today from Wilco. Any solutions as SIA is my favorite A380 being the 1st in service.Also no night cabin lights in the nose of the aircraft in 2d. New comupter with 64bit Vista & FS9 (working OK) but none of the WoAI I've installed show up (like they do on my old Dell with XP) so I wonder if there's a compatability probem here? I tried to install .NET Framework 2 (as advised by WoAI for the Installer to work) but it wouldn't install as it said it's not 64bit compatible. I have airlines in the aircraft folder so it appears to be working. Oh - default AI are flying. I'd be grateful for any help.Thanks,Terry.

Has anyone else noticed that after opening doors (main door, cargo, etc) that no manner of shift+e+# will close anything but the main door? WTH causes this? It's highly annoying to have to reset the game and leave all doors closed because FS9 all of a sudden forgets how the keyboard combos work. It doesn't happen on all my ac, just a select few and even then only once in awhile.I could understand if maybe the pneumatics needed to be online, but then I shouldn't be able to open them at all let alone close them.
