I am checking out a new scenery for Bratislava airport (LZIB), I do not touch anything on the radio in my planes (I tried a few) and the ATIS for VIENNA comes on!?!? How does this happen? How do I fix it so Bratislava ATIS comes on and not Vienna?The scenery I have I got from this link http://www.avsim.su/forum/topic/71517-scenariy-bratislavi/ (the download is in the second responce)I did change the parking using AFCAD for my AI. Could that of caused a problem?

The Canary Islands hold a special place in my heart as the first overseas destination I visited as a young man, but for some reason I have never sought out any airport or land scenery for the area until now. Can you tell me in your opionion who has the best scenery/scenery package for this beautiful region of the world for FS9. I am mainly interested in the airports on the islands - Tenerife, Gran Canrias (sp?) and such. Freeware or payware, I don't care, I just want the best.Thanks in advance to the group.

Hey there, pretty quick stupid question, Im just trying out SB and can't find the .sms (model set) files! I did a search through the whole FS9 directory, no results.I can however see 'VIP' and 'Default SB planes' in the SB settings. The files are supposed to be in Aircraft/Squawkbox but there is no .sms in there.If I make one, where should I place it?Thanks!

And where it says "ThomsonAirwaysFs" click on the comment "9:42" Right now youve heard the low whurl spool up on these amazing RB211-535E4's. Is there a sound package any package with that low whurl spool noise. Well like a moosing noise. I know i sound weird but im, very picky when it comes to good realistic sound packages. Even the TSS RB211 sound package has missed out this classic noise! :( :( :(

When choosing an aircraft, I am unable to use the ATC call signs (United, US Air, American, etc.). I hit the drop down arrow but nothing happens. Please help me solve this. Thanks.

Hi guys, is there any way to make AI landing aircraft land further up the runway? At a couple of my airports the landing AI traffic is barely landing on the tarmac and with quite a long taxi to the slip I'm having a lot of go-arounds, even with AI seperation in use and the taxi-landing speed set to high.Cheers in advance.

Hi guys,This has been happening on my machine forever but I don't think I have ever taken the time to ask about it.First, I have a 1 core system Pentium 4, and nVidia GeForce 7600GS AGP. Not so high end, but I still get nice smooth stuff in the PMDG 747-400 cockpit at a default scenery airport. HOWEVER, with all planes, whenever I have the mouse over the 'simulation aera' (meaning inside the FS window. Hey Guys, I am getting MS Flight Simulator 2004 in a few days and wanted to know if my laptop was good enough to run the game at its best settings i.e. having the best graphics, no slowdown, no poor frame rates. It's really important to me that I have a good experience with this game. I also played it safe and bought a joystick. I'm gonna go ahead and list the system requirements first and then the specs that are on my computer. Also, anyone know how the graphics will look? Hi Guys, I'm fairly new to the flight sim world, and I was just curious what these virtual airlines are. There is a link to several of them on this forum. I'm talking about things like Delta Virtual Airlines, American Airlines Virtual Airlines etc. Are these virtual airlines, but they would operate how they would in real life? In other words, do you apply for membership, and Delta or American or whoever assigns you flights just like they would a pilot in real life? I think its very cool. Hi all:I fly alot of planes and they are all great. I just found a neat Antonov AN24 plane and downloaded it. I am using fs9 and a selection of add on programs .I am having a problem with ai traffic disappearing at about 1000ft after take off. :( I am using woai and ultimate traffic with the traffic slider at about 85% in fs9. I have not had this problem until recently.Any ideas anyone.Thanks in advance.

I had a total hard drive failure a couple of weeks ago which I had to back up. In the process a couple of 'scenery\world\textures' files came up corrupted and I have no idea where they came from.The two files in question are:102133223233311Wi.bmpand 102133223233321Sp.bmpIf anyone knows what add-on installed these files I'd really appreciate the feedback. Hi all,Am reloading fs9 following a Windows XP crash and I thought I would ask members what they think is the best AI package fro fs9? Previously I had a combination of F1 Ultimate Traffic and WOAI, but I was wondering about purchasing Aerosoft My Traffic 2010 and perhaps combining that (if necessary) with WOAI. Bought the Ariane package a while ago, but wasn't happy with it. Biggest dissapointment were the slideshow like gauges. The speedtape and the altitude tape on the PFD don't go anywhere near smooth, but jump from value to value. With my new computer, I had good hopes this would be solved, but unfortunately, the gauges still don't go smooth.Is there a way to solve this?
