I found my old Air Shadow Gauge that a number of you wanted but I don't know how to up load it so others can get it. I also am not sure just how I installed it but I guess I could copy a portion on my panel.cfg and that would show how I did it. How do I upload this file.? It is NOT MY file. Someone else made it. I just saved a copy of it. Maybe the owner/author could advise up if it is still available from his site? jerrycwo4

I've been looking for, without any luck, 2D interior view .BMP's (Left, Left_Rear, Forward_Right, etc.) for a Cessna C208B Grand Caravan and a C17 Globemaster.Anyone aware of any?

Hey guys, ive not been on Flightsim for a while so decided i would dust off the cobwebs today, only to find it isnt working. I've got he Level-d 767 and found that it keeps crashing FS. I've reinstalled FS and the 767 but when it comes to disc 4 it stops at 71% and says that it cant deal with AFRI.CAB. ive reformatted PC and tried on my partners laptop to get the same message. Now whenever i try and do a flight with our without the 767 it crashes, normally in the Level-d options toolbar where you can pick and choose failures etc. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello guys,I just saw the review of this addon on AVSIM. What is it exactly ? A scenery for the whole north america ? Is it doinf more or less the sames as Ultimate terrain ?Or is it only a pack of textures (like Ground environment) ?Jc

I am having an issue with addon airport scenery not showing up in fs. I have spent some time digging around for a solution on these forums but couldn't find the answer I was looking for, so I thought I'd post one myself and see if I could get some help.I should state that I have already installed airport scenery files in the past without problems in the usual flow, i.e. extract files to the addon scenery folder, add within fs9, restart and fly, so in theory I should be doing everything right. The problem is after I follow all of the install instructions and setup at the particular airport, all buildings, hangers and terminals are missing. There are only runways and taxiwa…

Thought I'd leave the FMC in the hanger, and broke out the old Iron Knuckles DC-9 for the first time in ages (actually a JCA DC-9-41 merged with the Iron Knuckles panel). Once I remembered how to start the thing, I had a blast! VOR to VOR from KSEA to KMSP, remembering to pressurise and depressurise the cabin, just kept pretty busy compared to more modern metal.Anyone else have any old favourites that they've recently returned to?Cheers, SLuggy

For those that requested, here is the "shadow gauge" that I was refering to. I have not as yet found the "Shadow Gauge.exe" so I don't know if this will work. This is the actual gauge that I pulled out of my FS2004 Gauge Folder. If this doesnt work, I'll still look for the complete file that I downloaded a few years ago. jerrycwo4Ps " Upload failed. Anybody have, and willing to share, Ross Aldrich's stock FS2004 Beechcraft Baron 58 set up with an aftermarket STC coversion package from RAM Aircraft, Inc. of Waco, Texas. The package replaces the factory 300hp Continental IO-550-C engines with new 325hp TSIO-520-WB Turbocharged engines, giving a 50hp increase, and the sustained power of the turbochargers means a sustained 1500fpm climb rates, 100lb increase in Max GW, and 200 kt cruise speeds. The file, "beechcraft_baron_58p-tc.zip" is no longer available in the files list and I can't find it at any of the other usual places.Thanks! Vic

I thought I'd asked this already but I guess not. Until about a week ago I was using FS2004 ATC. Upon arrival GROUND would tell you which gate to go to and it would be empty so you could park there. Now I'm using RC4 v2.13 ( the latest). There is a place that you can input the gate number on you destination airport before you leave your departing airport, BUT it may or may NOT be empty. How do you get around this problem when using RD4? In real life does the pilot know what gate he is going to at his arrival airport , BEFORE he starts his flight? IN RC4 if you don't input a gate at the arrival airport it say, "Taxi to the ramp". Where the heck is the ramp, which ramp?…

Now that my FS2004 is working pretty good it's time to go back to an old problem. One of the most expensive aircraft that I have purchased, the Majestic Dash 8, will NOT work with my Go Flight throttles. Does anyone have this combination and can tell me how to set up the throttles to work with it? Thanks jerrycwo4

I'm trying to add both an internal and external APU sound to the default 737-400 sound folder, which I alias to other aircraft. I had it working in a previous installation of FS2004 but have upgraded to Win 7 / 64 and reinstalled FS2004.I'm really new at this stuff and any help folks could provide would be appreciated.Hardware: Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 Processor 2.2 GHz / 4GB RAM / 320GB HDD / NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT w/ 1GB RAM

Hello all,After four days my registration at the UK2000 forum still has not been processed, so I thought I'd better drop my message here. Today the first update for UK2000 Manchester Xtreme has been released. This release contains a new 'AFCAD' file, in which Norman Dean apparently intended to change the ILS for rwy 05R into the (temporary?) frequency of 111.55. Closer look at the AFCAD file with ADE reveals that he has set it at 111.15 instead. Maybe one of you who has access to the UK2000 forum could make Norman aware of this mistake.Regards,Ren

Was it possible to modify the aircraft shadow within FS9, e. g. to lighten it up a bit that it looks like in FSX as it can be seen in the AVSIM review of KBOS http://www.avsim.com/pages/0210/FlyTampa/pic_06_05.JPGThis would look much more appropriate under overcast skies or in heavy weather.I know it was always said the aircraft shadow is hard coded, but maybe there was a development lately which I have missed.Wolfgang

Can anyone please tell me in specifics how to download aircraft from avsim and have it attached to your aircraft menu on ms2004? I performed download but isnt found in ac library on fs 2004.

Hi!Im having a serious problem with my computer. It restarts when playing FS2004 (seems to happen faster w. FsPassengers and real world weather activated, but it happens no matter what) sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 30min. Its REALLY annoying, as its an allmost new computer with ok specs. - I have updated all drivers (chipset and bios aswell) checked temperatures of CPU, GPU, benchmark tested, Memtested, reinstalled games and add ons and everything I could possible think of! without any luck! Does the PA Airbus A320 not have wingflex? I know the latest version of their A319 does as I use it. But I don't see any flex on my A320 and I don't use the A321 so I dunno about that one. Maybe I don't have the latest model?ThanksDanny

Hello all,Just to prevent frustrating situations during approaches, especially when flying on-line, I thought I'd share this: The ILS frequency for runway 05R, which comes with the fantastic Manchester Xtreme scenery (108.90), is not correct. Up to date maps and AIRAC cycles show 111.55 as the right frequency. Thanks to good old AFCAD (or ADE) this can be solved within seconds...Regards,Ren

I just installed custom scenery for Rostov-on-Don airport (URRR) in Russia. After installation I go to the airport and all my AI are floating above the ground. I was going to us the program Jabbl to change the AP file so my AI is not floating anymore. But when I went to look for the correct APxxxxx.bgl I couldn't find it. I thought I could use AFCAD to find it but URRR does not have a stock AFCAD. Does anyone know what APxxxxx.bgl file is for URRR? If I can't find the correct AP file is there another way to correct the floating AI?

I'm getting this error now and don't understand why. I'm using PSS777 flight from KDEN to KJFK and it pops up usually about 300 miles out from JFK. I've checked my scenergy.cfg file and everything is in order.Any ideas. I do have a full install of FS9.

I love the PMDG 737. I fly the 800 series, and i want to know how to disarm the N1 limit in the FMC! It's awful, i can't get up to FL320 even with around 1800FPM before it stalls or looses lots of speed beacuse of it lacking thrust from the N1 limit. Can anybody help me? Or is it just me, im used to flying powerful 757's and 767's?? :(
