Man this is old (just getting back into FS9 now)......you know you are sitting there plane spotting at a major airport and on final you see what appears to be a big, glowing ball of white fire. Oh wait, there's something in the middle! And it's not until it's almost on top of you that you realize that this weiner wrapped in a big, glowing gas ball is actually supposed to be a plane coming in with its landing lights on.Not all the aircraft in my line-up do it, but the handfull that do makes it totally unreleastic and annoying. Hi,I have an issue with missing coastlines in Greece. The problem is local, only affecting a small area: LGSM (Samos) and a few other neighboring islands.A long while ago I installed Hellas Scenery Project base scenery and some freeware sceneries for Greece (GAP)I don't have a clue where to start looking.Are there files missing, or is it an exclude file, or...??Any help is appreciated.

I've been looking for this model for several months, and could never find it anywhere except by download from SimMarket, which only takes payment in Euros. There is no info listed on it at all on the Cera simaircraft site, and I can't find anything much about it around on the web, other than reviews when it was released in fall 2008. Does anyone know anything else about this? Was it freewared? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello chapsI know this looks like clouds - they're not. The same "glow" the colours and lines that are with it follow below the aircraft at night, you can see it never changes and the ground move underground.Have any of you seen this before?Shouldn't it be all nice and black? It's sort of right below the aircraft and fades out the further towards the horizon you look. Hey everyone,i usually visit this forum and also the one from flightsim.com and one thing that keeps attracting my attention, is how many people are having performance issues with fsx. So,i asked myself why the hell then did they give up on fs2004 when u can get it to look as good as fsx without performance issues.here are a few screenshots to prove my point:

I've downloaded some flight plans on world of ai and the 2.4 world of ai installer then when I click install in the installer it goes it says error. Why is this and is there anyway I could get free traffic on fs2004?

Does anyone know of a consolidated list of approved (tested) FS9 addons that operate without issue in a 64-bit OS? As more of us migrate to 64-bit, it would be nice to have such a list as opposed to "just buy it/try it" process of elimination. I'm running MSFS2004 on:a Dell Dimension 8400 3.6ghz processor (admittedly several generations removed from today's latest and greatest CPUs), w/4GB RAM running WinXP sp3 using NVidia 7950GT overclocked w/512mb RAM running 3-21" monitors (via TripleHead2Go) and 1 17" monitor from the video card's second head. I am using 9 GoFlight units and CH yoke, throttles, pedals. Finally use TrackIR. I have lots of complex airport scenery and many complex aircraft.......but the sim runs with reasonably good/adequate framerates for my purposes.My sim is tweaked to the max....as I have, over the years, faithfully read and followed (and tried) just about all the hints for getting…

Hello chaps,Simple question really - at night time (I use FS2004NT), clouds still show up as quite "illuminated" and are not dark as you would expect them to be. This is on moonless nights with FS 2004 Night Time, and I have tried various different texture sets as well as the default clouds of course.Do any of you smarter ones out there have any ideas as to how I could remedy this problem, if indeed it is fixable?Cheers and thanks in advance for any help you could offer.Cheers,Rudy

The FS loads so slowly, especially during loading a flight, where usually stucks at 98% for almost 5 minutes or so.2. FS seems to heavily need more power to render everything. It's been a project for so long now I'm beginning to think that he's not going to. I sent him an email concerning this but never did receive a response back. Hello,I have a problem with FS9 that is about to drive me nuts. Everything basically worked fine until I decided to reinstall the application a couple of days ago. I can't even remeber why I wanted to do it in the first place. Anyway, since the reinstall I have a very strange problem. When running the application in full screen mode everything works fine. But I normally run it in windowed mode so I can look at charts in Navigraph while I'm flying and since the reinstall the graphics won't update when running in windowed mode. hii'm experiencing a problem with my FS9 ans i can't solve it :i can't turn the aircraft on the runways, while on the ground i can't do otherwise than going straight awaywhile in the air, it's ok i can go left or rightdoes anybody had this probleme before ?Thanks

I am experiencing the following problem, which occurs occasionally but not always. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction.I will have FS9, and my entire system lock up. The sound goes into a "loop", I lose the keyboard and mouse and there is nothing I can do but a hard reboot. There is nothing listed in Event Viewer. I have backed off slightly on my GPU overclock, for lack of any idea what else is causing this. Note that my GPU temps are fine when this happens so I'm not sure I should blame the GPU OC?Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Vic

Hi; I have downloaded and installed this file emidc10.zip from flightsim, could not find it here. When the landing lights are off on this aircraft the logo remains lit. However when using other DC 10-30 repaints for this SGA model this does not occur. Does anyone know why this is and whether there is a way to make the logo light stay on with other repaints. Thanks
